I'm not talking about number of hours or even number of playthroughs. I'm talking about playing the game from start to finish. For me, It's Kingdom hearts 2. I've beaten that game at least once a year since its release. This game came out in 2006, so I've beaten this game at least 6 times (I haven't played it this year). Very proud of being in the top 10 first achievers for the PS3 version. Second place is for Demon's Souls with arround 40 playthroughs. Infamous I have cleared the good path 3 time and the evil path 3 times. Arkham Asylum. I have beat the game on hard 5 times. and found every collectible and beat every challenge 4 times. God of war 3 I have beat 6 times God of war 2 at least 4 times on ps3 alone. not counting the ps2 days. Ratchet and clank A crack in time 6 times.
