DEI2EK
I can't really see a use for this but maybe some of you guys might?
F1rstinFlight
Extra buttons on the back can give people an advantage in fast-paced competitive multiplayer games. They also have uses for certain singleplayer games because you don’t have to take your thumbs off the analog sticks to hit the buttons on the back. DaivRules
This would be more useful if it could be programmed to execute a button script, but a single button limits the functionality for me. Akrioz
It would be nice to remap L3 R3 to this in some games. Edited December 17, 2019 by Akrioz
Evil_Joker88
My brother has 4 buttons on the back of the controller attached and it works really well to push either of without letting go of either Analog Stick so i do see an advantage from those buttons

HusKy
This is actually pretty great for online games. Being able to reload/interact/pickup items while keeping your thumbs on the sticks is a huge advantage.
PSXtreme_
anyways, these hand-held controllers are so yesterday... Let me know when we get to the haptic suits and then I'll upgrade...
iGGTheEnd
I have an Xbox elite controller with 4 paddles which works wonders in multiplayer games, but the games I play are now Xplay so I just use my PS4. I do want an adapter to let me use my elite on PS4 tho.

MidnightDragon
Don't see much use for this personally, but doesn't mean others won't.
Crispy_Oglop
I wonder if this will end up being in-built into the PS5 joypad...?
TrophyChief
I’ll check it out. I do think they will incorporate this somehow into the new controller for PS5. I can see how it can be helpful with certain trophy requirements for trophy hunters.

Staying hopeful that we get more buttons instead of touchscreen.
