I'll start with Horizon Zero Dawn, this game really blew me away. I loved the atmosphere, the depth of the story, and the character development that you can see throughout the progression of the story. I felt like it was the perfect game to envelop me and take me into the world they created. I have obtained the platinum and completed the Frozen Wild DLC. The only trophies I have left are those for completing the new game +, but for right now I am going to take a break as I don't want to get bored and I want to be able to appreciate the game once again at a different time. Hidden Through Time was a hidden gem that I found on the PSN store. I really enjoyed I Spy and Where's Waldo books when I was younger (heck, I still enjoy them)! This game was a great side game for when I needed a break from Horizon Zero Dawn and I enjoyed every level I played. The premise is that you go through the era's of the world (from cavemen --> western times) and you look for certain objects that they have hidden and they give you clues and markers to help you find them. I hope more of these types of games are released as it was relaxing and enjoyable. POWGI games are always great, I never have anything bad to say about them. I always support and if you love doing puzzles in your spare time, these will not disappoint (and they even come with platinums and cross-buy)! Currently only have two more word search levels to complete in Epic Word Search Collection, but I am taking my time so I can play them while watching TV. I just started the Walking Dead Final Season and I don't have a solid opinion of the change they tried to take TellTale games into. I will update everyone once I complete the game and describe my thoughts on it. I have to say I get really excited when I see a notification on these forums, because I love reading everyone's updates and progress. Best of luck everyone and stay safe (or as best as you can)!
Popular Post AscendancyGaming
Time for update number two. I've finished three of the games on my list, Titanfall 2, The Crew 2, and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands. None of the games were particularly hard, except for a few spots on master difficulty in the Titanfall 2 campaign, and the annoying gauntlet speed-run. Wildlands definitely took the longest, but didn't present much of a problem, especially on the easiest difficulty. I'd say Wildlands is best played on a lower difficulty, because on the higher ones stealth becomes almost mandatory, and a large amount of weapons become near useless. I haven't decided what to clear off the list next, but I'm leaning towards Skyrim, and I'll likely switch between that and one of the shorter games. Spoiler The Crew 2 - 53% → 100% Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition - 2% LEGO Jurassic World - 16% Titanfall 2 - 19% → 100% Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online - 10% Skyrim - 29% Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands - 54% → 100% Red Dead Redemption 2 - 45% Edited April 5, 2020 by AscendancyGaming
Popular Post DizzyDavidson
Update #5: Final Fantasy Type-0 HD (PS4) - 100% God of War II (PS3) - 0% Spyro 2 - Ripto's Rage (PS4) - 0% Syberia 3 (PS4) - 12% => 100% Knack (PS4) - 0% I just wrapped up Syberia 3 today. It went faster than I thought. Even finished the free DLC (very very short and no trophies). I'm going to change my stance and say it is best if you have played Syberia 1 and 2 prior to this. But with that said S3 is not as great as the previous two. The story is interesting, the puzzles are ok... actually easier than what I'm used to (although I got caught out twice, once I had a brainfart on a puzzle with symbols, the other time I couldn't see an item on the ground and I must have walked over it like 5 times). However voice acting is pretty bad (except for maybe a couple of them), subtitles don't always match the dialog, when entering new areas there's a lag/freeze and the game crashed on me multiple times. The game also ended with a cliffhanger so Kate Walker's journey is definitely not finished and I wouldn't mind continuing it (if they make a part 4) as long as it's a bit more polished. Well that's 2/5 done. For now I'm going to play Need for Speed (2015) then pick another game from my list. My PS+ runs out next Friday and I don't plan on renewing for a while which means I'll most likely have to swap Knack for something as it's a PS+ game. I have also decided not to get REmake 3 at this time like I originally planned. Because of that I'll have more time for my backlog and I might add more games to my list later.

Popular Post Xenoblast91
UPDATE 4.2: Ok guys, the month is starting and things coming seems pretty good! New project because we are at the penultimate period before the deadline. If I can beat at least 6 of my games, I'll be prety satisfied. But as thing goes on, I believe that I can do it! So at the moment: Driveclub -Completition date: May 31st 53%➡96% Ratchet & Clank Completition date: April 9th. 54%➡100% Final Fantasy XV Completition date: May 31st. 33% I managed to finish Driveclub. At least as my percentage allowed me because I lack a DLC. However, I feel so proud about it; was really challenging, but the reward was completely worth; there goes my first game. Following that pain, I decided to jump to a platformer, which I was looking after finishing that racing game. I'm falling in love with R&C. I'm really used to classic fashioned platformers because I grew up with Nintendo, so I'm pretty familiar with the genre along with the fact the game is super easy. I'll be playing it for few days for relaxing and simple fun; this was the best choice for that. Also, with FFVII's eve I'm kinda nervous to get back to FFXV. I left the game months ago and I can barely remember where stucked. However, as a FF game, plus it's open-world, rushing directly for the platinum doesn't stick with me; will take at least 2 months to play it at my pace and enjoy it. Seriously. I like to explore, battle, wonder from every world I visit so I want to respect the essence of that game and for what the devs wanted to be played. But nevermind, I think will wait a little bit to finish it. Therefore, I'll choose "quick" 100% games, but fu also. Don't know what to play after R&C, but probably would hop into Wolfenstein. This week will decide. Edit 2: Ok, finished R&C. Took me more than expected. Be careful to farm enough nuts and bolts, to gather as many weapons for your second playthrough. Nevermind... The day has arrived. Time to jump into FFXV. Going to start with DLC before finishing the story. Please, wish me luck! Popular Post Litha
Update #2: Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice (PS4) - 9% ➡️ 100% [15/15] The Last of Us: Remastered (PS4) - 11% ➡️ 32 % [18/50] LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 (PS4) - 0% [0/76] God of War (PS3) - 0% [0/36] Dark Souls: Remastered (PS4) - 5% [4/41] Dragon Age: Origins (PS3) - 0% [0/77] Jotun (PS4) - 0% [0/37] I finished up the last of Hellblade today! The last time I played through it I missed only 2 collectibles, so this time I figured I'd just follow a guide and have done with it. It's a pretty good game. The story and psychosis aspects are really interesting, although the gameplay is average and the mythology and the depictions of Germanic and Pictish society are... kinda shit (I'm a bit of a Nazi when it comes to historical accuracy, which is why I have no interest in Vikings, for example). At first I thought I wasn't enjoying it as much as the first time due to constantly referencing a guide, but in hindsight I did enjoy it just as much as the first. I also finished The Last of Us' multiplayer component. It's good, don't get me wrong, but I burned out on it really quick. I initially intended to do it 100% legitimately, but eventually decided to use the match quitting exploit to speed up my progress. I'm a bit disappointed because I hold myself to a 'no cheats/exploits/glitches' kind of rule, as I feel that doing things as intended makes the reward more... rewarding, I guess. Taking into account how much time I spend on gaming I found it would take me months to do legitimately, so I decided 'screw it, this is my one concession'. I don't even have much to discuss in this context unfortunately, I'm just glad it's over with. I'm going to do a playthrough of The Last of Us on Survivor next, which will then likely be followed alternately by God of War, LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 and The Last of Us on Grounded mode. Until next time! On 3/23/2020 at 10:48 AM, IzTriicky__ said: Thanks to @SpaghettiGrabsy for inviting me to his NFS crew so I can get the max level trophy, Happy to help. The length of the game is not an issue at all, but it does have other flaws that keep RE2 as the superior one. I would only recommend this to avid RE fans who know what exactly they're getting into, and are willing to replay the game to get their money out of it. For other people, I would recommend waiting for a price that you're comfortable with before purchasing the game.

Fighting EX Layer [Done on 3/29/2020] So I didn't get much done as I usually do in previous weeks but this will do. I started the week playing Resident Evil 2 so I can power through the game for Resident Evil 3 but I think i'm gonna take my time with the game since I think it will probably be one of the last games I finish that's on this list. I managed to get a few trophies for it but not any to be too happy about. So with that said i'm using my first swap to replace Resident Evil 3 since I don't plan on getting it now with The Wolf Among Us since I just bought it recently in a sale on PS4 a few weeks ago. Then I decided to play Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time. This game is one of the best in the series I think by far. Not THE BEST, but it's up there for me. The trophies like in most Ratchet and Clank games, were really easy to get so didn't take long for me to get and I that is my 9th game completed out of the 20! Oh and i'm also going to use 2nd swap to replace Ratchet and Clank: All for One with Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered just because at the moment, I have more interest in playing that over All for One. So I already used both of my swaps but I plan on still going through this list and hopefully get more games completed along the way.

Popular Post Together_Comic
Update 2 The Outer Worlds So after I've played a bit more, honestly I am enjoying it. What is really engaging about it is the dialog, dilemmas, and the ongoing social commentary throughout the game. Almost every single person you encounter is a little bit rotten or has a little bit of an issue. Whether it be Dr. Anton who seemingly is concerned about his crew, but is actually more concerned about his diet toothpaste recipe or whether you let the marauder that has stolen it out or kill her to return it to the Dr. At every turn, it seems the game is making you make a crappy decision and I am enjoying it. If I had to nit pick the game though, the trophy list is kind of awful. While I appreciate the path divergence trophies, i.e. get one trophy for siding with this faction, and another for siding with the opposite, or another for brokering peace, I dislike that some of them force certain decisions onto you in order to obtain. For example, the above toothpaste example has three different outcomes that you can pursue, you can let the bandit keep it, you can give it back to the Dr., or you can trade it to the fence on groundbreaker to get an item you need for the main quest, however, only one of those outcomes gives you the trophy which is annoying. Another small trophy nitpick are the do X thing a certain amount of times trophies which are basically pure grind, because I don't think many people would get some of them naturally. For example, shoot 30 enemies in the groin during the slow time mechanic. For 1 the groin is a very specific place in the game, its not just an area so if you are casually trying to get the trophy, you won't get it unless you actively stop and aim very carefully. All that being said, the game itself plays well and looks great. Hopefully next update will have the Plat and some final thoughts. Anyways here's an updated list of whats left J Star Victory Vs+ 0/50 0% Mass Effect Andromeda 1/56 1% The Outer Worlds 22/49 56% Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order 0/40 0% Everspace 0/34 0%
Popular Post Fanatixa1
Update time! I completed the brutal playthrough for Uncharted 2. It was quite challenging at moments, but also doable. The most annoying thing was that the game isn't made for brutal. There are points in the game where you respawn after a checkpoint and you get killed right away. In these moments it's really difficult to evade the bullets and that can be frustrating. But other then that it went better then I thought. I started Uncharted 3 now and so far enjoying it a lot. Other than that playing Two Point Hospital ( no new trophies because I lost all my progress) and Rayman legends. I really like Rayman Legends, but I'm not adding it to the list. Apparently it's really hard to get the 100% because of challenges. It will take more than 3 months so I'll play it around the list. 1. Popular Post GraniteSnake
A small, basically insignificant update but an update nonetheless. Decided to add Shadow of the Tomb Raider to my list, should be good motivation for me to finish it before it's taken off PS Now in a couple of months. I played one score attack in RotTR, got gold and popped a few trophies and haven't returned to it since. Haven't had a chance to link up with @Flex_Da_Brent yet but that will happen in due time, I've been so busy with other games that I haven't even bothered to try and organise anything yet. I also bought The Ezio Collection (left it pretty late) and have it installed, will be started ACII on the 9th and will pop the platinum on the same day as my first platinum, 10 years later, on the 25th. I'm actually very excited to return to the game after all these years, should be a pretty cool nostalgia trip. On 19/03/2020 at 1:01 AM, GraniteSnake said: Been grinding the co-op portion of Fortnite (Save The World) on the side as well. It's definitely a long-term project as the requirements for some of the trophies are absolutely absurd. Nearing the end of the Canny Valley quest-line, will probably start grinding 'Play With Others' missions once I'm finished with quests (1,000 required...) I'm at 500/1000 Play With Others, been grinding like a maniac, staying up until 5 a.m some nights and plenty of all day sessions. Each mission averages about to around 10 minutes per mission if you include loading times etc, so still a long road ahead. (That should give you an idea of just how much hours I've been putting into this grind) To add insult to injury this is just one of the absurdly grindy trophies.. so while I'm not making great progress in this event I'm still putting in the hours and getting shit done.

I'm getting close to finishing the main quest line. They added a new DLC so that's why there are more trophies in the current section. I am planning on starting the DLC as soon as I finish the main quest. I've already completed the first DLC and the trophies for it. I started playing some Torchlight 2 with a friend of mine, so might be a bit slow progress because it's hard to find time to play together right now. But I think I'm gonna do the hardcore part on my own, so might play a bit of that too. It's a pretty game and I've missed playing something like Diablo since I got the platinum in that one. Other than that I am playing Knights of Pen and Paper +1 back and forth when I feel like it, it's a slow game and you kind of need to be in the mood for it, I still have a lot to do in that one. I've also played a few other games not on this list, but I'm not going to add any of them for this challenge because I am not sure I want to commit to finishing them in this time line. South Park: The Fractured But Whole (PS4) - (30th March) 4. Zero Escape: VLR (PS Vita) - 40% ➡️ (5th April) 5. Shenmue (PS4) - 24% ➡️ (8th April) 6. Detroit: Become Human (PS4) - 66% 7. Dreamfall Chapters (PS4) - 10% ➡️ 23% 8. Donut County (PS4) - 0% {NEW} Root Letter (PS Vita) - 10% Swaps used: 2/2 Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward is fantastic. The story is really well thought out and you gain a genuine like or dislike for each and every character. The flowchart helps you keep track of which route you're going down and allows you to skip to different story arcs easily. Some of the escape rooms take some real working out which makes it satisfying when you crack them. I resorted to looking up a couple and saying to myself that I was almost there anyway, ish. I'm fairly new to the VN genre so I'm going to play a few of the more popular ones I've read about. Root letter is completely different but equally as intriguing so far. Shenmue had me a little worried part way through when I realised I was useless at the fighting parts. Because of how the game pans out, you have basically no fighting segments for the 1st half. The game then builds them up gradually but with very easy enemies. All of a sudden, bang, 70 man battle. I actually did it in one attempt which was really surprising. Dodging back to let yourself recover definitely makes things easier as did settling on one or two stock moves/combos. You give them a proper old school satisfying whack when you connect properly. Despite the worry over the difficulty, and one or two missable trophies that may/may not pop depending on if you've stroked the cat and what the weather's like, it was a really satisfying platinum. I was on the fence halfway through, but then I warmed to all the characters and really enjoyed the strong emotional story. The audio sounds like 70s porn on VHS though. Dreamfall Chapters is interesting to say the least. I don't have much clue what's going on, but I've laughed out loud more than once. Something I haven't come across in decision games before; you can hear the protagonist's thoughts about an answer before you select it. It means you get a bit more background which is nice. One of the blokes sounds like Sean Bean. The jury is still out on it, but better than watching the news every night which I had been doing. Aside from the list, I recently started playing Diablo 3 with a mate for the 1st time and I'm looking forward to starting Yakuza Kiwami 2 soon. Tonight's mission is to finally get the last trophy on Day of the Tentacle. I just need to keep the radio on this time! I'm really pleased to be part of this with whats going on. Reading everyone's updates is one of the day's highlights! Stay strong Edited April 8, 2020 by Stanners316

Also, adding God of War 2 as I think I have enough time to quickly do it. Edited April 8, 2020 by TheNazyKiller7 Chose to add a game
Popular Post StilRh
End of week update: Cleared another 2 games and made more progress into RE3. I just need no box run and then to complete on hardest difficulties. I've got night shifts this weekend but I'd like to dip my toe into FF7R, finish Sims and maybe start Wasteland 2 as I've neglect it due to fears of missable trophies. Popular Post Copanele
Thursday update: CHANGE OF UPDATE 1. Tekken 7 - 100% 2. Dragon's Dogma(PS3) - 100% 3. One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 - 100% 4. Alice : Madness Returns - 3% 5. Mini Ninjas - 2% 6. One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 - 11% Swaps used : 1/2 I have played One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 like a madman for the past days and...Jesus Christ this game is simply a neverending grind. Playing through so many episodes for those stupid coins, getting S ranks was atrocious, getting the extra movie collectibles means even more playthroughs...I will lose my mind with this garbage of a game. For sure one of my weakest choices in terms of gaming. Greatest issue is that your whole run through the pirate infested lands can be voided if you get hit by a random meteor while struggling for S ranks. I am sick of the times I got zapped by a random Enel attack or an Akainu meteor which inflicted a ton of damage. If Pirate Warriors 3 is the same stupid slog I am not looking forward to starting it. I would rather play a bad game than a boring one. FRIDAY UPDATE - One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 completed. Won't do another post, no use flooding the thread It was a slog, not gonna lie, but it wasn't awful either. Guess I completed 50% of my goal list, 3 more games! Popular Post AuroraHistoire
Scribblenauts Mega Pack is a game compilation where I completed one of the games out of obligation. Scribblenauts Mega Pack is a complilation of Scribblenauts Unlimited and Scribblenauts Unmasked. I bought the game for Scribblenauts Unlimited and didn't give a fu- flip about the other one. Scribblenauts Unlimited is a nice little puzzle game where you have a magic notebook with the ability to spawn any noun into existence (except copyrighted material and profanity), give it a few adjectives if you want and interact with it in various way. There is a very detailed object creator so you can make your own (or just add copyrighted material and profanity to the game). Your goal is to help people to earn Starites, to save your sister from turning to stone because you tried to poison a old man to death. You are also allowed to mess about while your sister suffers. The controls are a little crap but the game is a lot fun. Scribblenauts Unmasked is the DC crossover game that I didn't want. I don't particularly care for superhero comics in general. The game is mostly the same as Scribblenauts Unlimited but you can now spawn 2 cubic tons of DC superheroes and villains. Instead of collecting starites, you get reputation for helping people. The system in kind of neat. You get reputation penalties if you use the same noun or adjective twice in the same level. You also get 10 reputation points when you use a word for the first time. Occasionally, you will get the option to double your reputation gain in a level if you play under certain restrictions. For example, your only allowed to use words the start with letter J, or all objects have random adjectives, or your notebook spawns random sh- stuff instead of what you write. It forces you to get more creative at it's best and makes levels completely unplayable at worst. There are 3 types of reputation in the game, Batman, Superman and everyone else. The type of reputation you earn is based on what level you're playing. Reputation is used to unlock new levels, costumes and super powers. You're required to unlock every level and costume for trophies but superpowers are 100% optional. Superpowers are just attacks that you can unlock and equip (you can equip multiple). There handy for combat because having to spawn a weapon every time a fight breaks out can be a tad annoying. I wish I took the time to unlock a few before I was almost done with the game. The game has 15 levels (give or take) and they're all okay. Each level has a story mission that you'll do once. They're all basically the same and all you do is assist a DC superhero. There are a bunch of procedurally generated encounters in each map, so you can gain reputation. Encounters will shuffle and reset once if you leave the level or manually reset it. Those encounters are the majority of the game. They are usually fun but you see the same ones regularly. The best one is were you save someones place in line while they use the restroom; you just stand still for a minute and earn 300 reputation. Most encounters are more complicated and only give you 100 reputation. Scribblenauts Unmasked has too much combat for a game with okay-at-best combat. The combat is a little different from Unlimited; you regenerate your health if you don't take damage for a bit and weapons now have durability. Combat is simply spawning a weapon, mashing the attack button and hoping you win. It is very hard to not accidentally hit a nearby friendly NPC. Usually, fights break out for no reason and sometimes ruin the level. Scribblenauts Unmasked feels like slightly enjoyable grind for 90% of the game. You mostly play the same borderline lifeless encounters, on the same levels to earn reputation. To make things worse, you need a lot more "everyone else" reputation than the Batman and Superman variety. That reduces the level count to 4 (I think). It's not much of a lose since a level is just a background and music. Also, one of those levels is a water level but it's not significantly worse then the other levels. Unmasked has a cool feature that lets you sort through all DC characters and gives you little biographies on each character with links to related characters. It's very useful if you don't much about DC characters. It's most useful for getting the trophy that requires you to spawn 150 different green lanterns. Scribblenauts Megapack, half of the game is good, the other half is just okay. It was neat that each game is exactly 50% of the trophy list. First was Phoenix Wright. All I manged to do was work on the 5th case that's in the first game in the trilogy. Now that I have finished it all I have is 1 more case for that game and I can work on the other 2 games in the trilogy. Very fun game tho! Then came the game I've been waiting for YEARS. Final Fantasy 7 Remake. This game honestly is one of the best looking games I have ever seen in this generation by far. The gameplay is really fun as well since it's an action RPG and switching between characters is just freaking amazing. I love it so far, but i'm taking my time with it as I don't want to rush through it. This will be one of the multiple games I plan on playing this week. Pretty much the entire last week was me playing games that aren't on my list here. I managed to get another platinum during that week and fixed my percentage a little, so I can't be mad about it. I will like to get one of these games close to completion but we will see.
Popular Post DizzyDavidson
Update #6: Final Fantasy Type-0 HD (PS4) - 100% God of War II (PS3) - 0% => 38% Spyro 2 - Ripto's Rage (PS4) - 0% => 24% Syberia 3 (PS4) - 100% *NEW Knack (PS4) - 0% => Final Fight: Double Impact (PS3) - 0% - It's two games in one... Final Fight was one of my favorite games on SNES, so much so that I used Guy in Street Fighter games where available (originally Final Fight character). Never played Magic Sword. Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel (PS3) - 0% - I got this game a long time ago and was hoping to one day play it with my brother (couch co-op as he doesn't own a PS3) but since he's moved away so I think it's time I break in this game myself (we still play a few PS4 games online from time to time). The game was still shrink wrapped. Swaps: 1/2 I'm tackling both Spyro 2 and GOW 2 at the same time (not literally). Spyro 2 is great fun. I love getting the levels to 100%. It's probably just my nerves acting up but doing one of the flying levels got me really frustrated (I powered through). GOW 2 is great as the others I've played so far. Kratos really got screwed in the beginning in this one. Also loving the trophy names. I'm using one of my swaps to replace Knack with Final Fight: Double Impact and adding Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel. I had figured I would focus more on my PS3 backlog. Both of these games will require some co-op but I'll try to do it locally. For now I'll focus on Spyro 2 and GOW 2 before starting a new game. PS: I finished up NFS (2015), a game that wasn't on my list. Took me just one day for the plat from where I left off last time and a few days to grind out the max level. It's probably one of my least favorite NFS games, it's always night time and can't turn without drifting (drifting isn't really my thing) but that's street racing for ya. I didn't care to go for the prestige DLC pack trophies but I got everything else.
Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
I came up for some air to make another update, I've been completely immersed in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake for the past few days and I managed to finish the main story at least. This game is an absolute beast and I loved every minute of it. It might be my 2020 game of the year so far, although that might have alot to do with the nostalgia I have for the original game. Now I have to wait a year or three for the next game in the...game? I don't really know what to call the next one, a sequel? that doesn't really feel right in saying it. Maybe - next part? Segment? Installment? I need more coffee. Anyway I loved all of it and the time they gave to all of the side characters and new little stories to flesh Midgar out was lovely. Oh and right before I got assimilated by FF7 I had also made some minor progress in Yakuza 5 - managed to get to the final character chapter, which means it's almost time for mopping up all of the challenges, mini-games and meta-requirements for the 100% completion trophy. If i needed coffee to understand what the next game is after the FF7 Remake, i definitely need lots of it for the Yakuza 5 stuff. In other news I finished season 1 of Picard on Amazon Prime and I really enjoyed it, apart from one specific thing that annoyed me in one episode. Other than that, roll on season 2! Now i'm moving on to a show called The Boys because I loved the graphic novels and always thought that it would be interesting as a movie or TV show. 2 episodes in and it really hasn't pulled any punches so far. The casting for Superman-gone-wrong 'homelander' is spot on. Anyway, that's enough from me and i've bored you long enough. Today I will be starting to clear up some of the miscellaneous trophies in FF7 before making a start on the hard mode stuff. Then it's back to Yakuza 5. Somewhere in there will be a home work-out too. Stay safe and healthy folks! As always, my progress list is in the spoiler tags to try and avoid an A4 size forum post.
