Popular Post madbuk Posted September 2, 2013 Popular Post Share Posted September 2, 2013 I really couldn't think of anywhere to put this, as I don't feel it belonged in the Off-Topic section. I'm surprised by how often I visit this site, especially considering (at the moment) I can only update once an hour. I like how this site is so small community wise. I recognize everybody who posts in the threads, whereas on other trophy sites like .org, I hardly recognize anybody when they post. Then there's the amazing fact that this site is maintained by only 3 (4 if you count the chat moderator) admins. That's pretty damn impressive. This site is so warm and kind, even with AF threatening to kill you every 5 seconds. I'm not a very sociable person, and thus I was reluctant to even try out the chat portion of the site. But when I did try it out, I liked it and visit it the second I get on the computer (even if it is pretty dead there that time in the morning). Sly listens to our whining, and adjusts the site to please us (trophy guides coming, the greyed out like button on trophy tips, bugs get fixed usually within 14-48 hours from my experience... it's a long list). I've never seen another site where the creators or admins are so dedicated. I see myself sticking around for a very long time (sorry about that) and feel guilty I don't have a subscription. The reason is, I return to school this week (last year ) and I know somebody who will buy it for me, providing I'm good to them for a while. I can be so manipulative sometimes. It was a real pain when the site was under 3 days maintenance because of hard drives replacement (or something), i didn't see any use for my pc those days because i could make everything else from my cellphone. Even not much in the forums (believe me, i'm trying to) or the chat, this site still proves to be something living, you can see that people are people here, not just characters and avatars like in the other sites. Everytime i come here, i want to make something to make this even better, i've contributed with some suggestions that i saw being implemented and gave other ones that i still expect to be in development, but can surely say that this website it's complete the way it is. BDKSimba Posted September 3, 2013 Share Posted September 3, 2013 though I would have to admit being da 1st victim of da CB, can't say I am sensitive enough to hold it against anybody. and when it comes to Moderating no team does it better. and I think being gamers themselves are one of da big plus's to da site. and I think one of da big reasons We all feel @ home is due to da fact that most games We are currently playing there is always a number of members playing said games and are always willing to convo and share ideas. not to mention all da features available seems to be exactly what you needed to take your gaming to da next level. can't praise PSNprofiles enough for a place to waste a couple hours a day..... Although, I don't quite understand the "the site is so small, community wise" comment. I'm pretty sure it's one of the leaders when it comes to number of members. Meh. Some of the forums can get a little heated but I like that. Definitely hooked on this site watching my rank go up and down is s great incentive to play games until platinum.
