Good luck on Crash. I've heard its BRUTAL. @DazzaFett Yes I looked into Bleed. It looks hard, but with limited slots I went with a few other games. The ten that I settled on are: Assetto Corsa Crash Bandicoot 4 Crypt of the Necrodancer Doom 2 Ikaruga Koihime Enbu RyoRaiRai Silent Hill 2 HD Super Meat Boy Tetris Effect Wolfenstein 2 These will be for a badge next year. Also, good job on 17 platinums already this year, that's nuts lol And if you need help / tips on guide writing I can help you, just PM me the game you want to start writing a guide for once you're ready to start and I can walk you through it since I've written 10+ myself.
Popular Post Rebourne07
Platinum #265: The Callisto Protocol Whelp, I platinumed "Squeeze Through a Crack Simulator". I really wanted to like it, but if I'm being honest...this game sucks. It would have been a great movie, but as a game it just falls flat. I bought it and beat it at launch and really tried to like it. But then I bought and beat Dead Space Remake...then went back to this to finish up the platinum and man it's just a turd in comparison. I won't list out all my reasons cause I know some people do like it...it just wasn't for me. Anyway, 6/10 complete and I'm now the first person to achieve the PS5 Master badge! Which is kinda shocking lol Anyway, I've already started Dark Souls 2: Scholars of the First Sin and as with all FromSoft games I'm loving it. It'll be a while on that one and even longer for Gran Turismo 7, especially if the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters drop anytime soon so it may be a while before I update again. I anticipate GT7 being my hardest game this time around so hopefully I can pull it off! Y'all are doing awesome though. It's so cool to see everyone's progress and seeing everyone tackle increasingly difficult games. Popular Post zaxonzaxon
Couple more to knock off the list: 2/10, 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim This was an interesting game. Not the type of thing typically in my gaming wheelhouse, but after hearing nothing but extravagant praise for it over the past few years I picked it up on sale and finally got around to playing it for my 2/10. I'm a gameplay > story type of guy and this is very much a story > gameplay game, so I had some concerns with this. Fortunately, the writing and presentation are strong enough that I enjoyed it overall. (I did think it dragged on a bit too long, and I was still quite confused after finishing it, though.) 6/10, Stardew Valley One of my favorite games of last gen, I'm not sure there's much to say that hasn't been said already -- you either know and love Stardew, or you are completely baffled as to why anyone would spend 100+ hours watering plants and giving townspeople bread. I've had the platinum pretty much ready to go for a couple years now since the notorious Fector's Challenge got nerfed, and have been waiting to save it for something special. That ended up being the prized platinum #100! (Only took me nearly 15 years to get there...) That brings me to 5 out of 10 completed. Now I'm in something of a holding pattern. TOEM and Returnal require a PS5, which I haven't bought yet (Soon... I hope.). FFVIII is waiting for the next time it's on sale, Metal Wolf Chaos is currently slotted for July for 'Murica, and DRG just needs a boosting group for the last trophy (I'm in no hurry on that.) Thinking of starting a second list to do Ultra-rares and series conqueror, but I have too many other games to play as it is... 1: TOEM 2: 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim (PSNP) 3: FFVIII 4: Two Point Hospital (metagame 4.5) 5: Zone of the Enders HD (PSNP) 6: Stardew Valley (PSNP) 7: Metal Wolf Chaos 8: Deep Rock Galactic 9: Returnal 10: Vanquish (PST 9.5) BADGE PROGRESS: Spoiler COMPLETE: Finally! - Stardew Valley (4 years, 1 day) (Side note: I put a lot of effort into making that exactly 4 Years, but learned too late you have to subtract a day for each Leap Year. RIP.) Popular Post UnIvIIIrsum
I apologize if minor updates is frowned upon but what a struggle the 10 black series golds have been. Same mistakes over and over again and even finding new ways to mess up after way too many hours. I feel like the worst Trackmania player that is going for platinum but with a stupid amount of stubbornness. I have seen people say that some black series tracks took them over 7 hours... for trackmaster medal. I would be happy if gold took me 7 hours on some if not most of them so far. Too make myself feel better I will mention that track 168 took me like 30 minutes, it felt very online mode . Just wanted to went.

Popular Post Lum
Got another one done: 10/10: Dead or Alive 5 Like I mentioned in the UR cleanup thread, this one’s been sitting at 98% for awhile due to milestone reasons and dragging my feet getting the last trophy finally. This game’s hardest trophy involves having to survive a wave of 100 opponents on the mode’s hardest difficulty that took about 30 minutes in duration. There were several close calls where my run could have ended but barely managed to hang on by a sliver of life. On the flip side of what many find a really frustrating mode (Survival), this game has some really sexy characters to play as and admire…to where it can be even be considered a fetish getting your ass kicked by Kasumi lmao. Talked about it more in detail in the UR cleanup event if anyone is interested: https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/137131-the-ultra-rare-cleanup-2023/?do=findComment&comment=2734667 Glad to have this one done and another sub-1% plat in the bag. 1/10: Five Dates 2/10: The Liar and the Blind Prince 3/10: Horizon Forbidden West 4/10: Void Terrarium 5/10: Resident Evil 0 6/10: Gods Will Fall 7/10: Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice 8/10: Call of Duty: Black Ops III 9/10: Injustice: Gods Among Us Ult. Popular Post stuthesheep
Adding another one to the *DONE* list. 1. 2. 3. Assassin's Creed: Rogue 18/2 4. God of War 4/3 5. Assassin's Creed: Revelations 6/1 6. 7. 8. Dragon Age: Inquisition 1/1 9. 10. *PSNP ratings unless otherwise linked God of War (2018) marked off for my 4/10. Feels like I'm the last person in the world to play this, so not going to bother saying how good it is. 4/10 is a slightly generous rating IMO as you could theoretically play through the whole game on Easy, but where's the fun in that? The Valkyrie Queen is really the only part that might pose a few problems for the plat I suppose, but with a good build and knowledge, even that fight's not too bad (although full disclosure, that was the one part I did turn it down to Easy for, just to get it done) Onwards!
Popular Post Wurstmann69
1 Gleylancer PS5 Shooter, Arcade ❌ 2 Miles Morales PS5 Adventure ❌ 3 CoD: Modern Warfare PS4 Shooter ❌ 4 Golf with your Friends PS4 Simulator, Sport, Strategy, Indie ❌ 5 Team Sonic Racing PS4 Racing, Arcade ❌ 6 Sackboy PS5 Platform, Adventure ✅ 7 Resident Evil Village PS5 Shooter, Adventure ❌ 8 Dead Cells PS4 Platform, Adventure, Indie ❌ 9 Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania PS5 Platform, Puzzle, Arcade ❌ 10 Jump King PS4 Adventure, Indie ❌ I swapped Trine 2 for SMB Banana Mania and DMC5 for Jump King. It's very hard to find viable games for the Minesweeper batch. This year i already finished Hogwart's Legacy, Yooka-Laylee, Jak II, A Way Out and Toem - but I can't use any of these for the Minesweeper list as they are all from the adventure genre and having more than 5 games from the same genre grants a batch and would lock me out of the Minesweeper batch. Anyway, I am now actively working on Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania as my 9/10 as I want to get this one and Jump King out of the way first and then focus on the easier games. Edit: Just noticed that I can't play Jump King: "None of your games can start with J, O, Q, X, Y or Z" ? Guess I will just stick with DMC5 then. Popular Post seannyboy913
Deadbolt is done, getting me gold tier and the PS4 Master badge. A good game that kind of plays like a simpler Hotline Miami with a side view instead of top down. I wasn't expecting a lot of this game but the story was decent and I really enjoyed the gameplay, even when replaying levels dozens of times for 5 star ratings as they only take a couple minutes tops. Even though this game is hard it builds the difficulty up really well, starting with weak and simple enemies while you learn how to use the not so great aiming system, slowly introducing new tougher enemies and concepts throughout the game while also giving you the information before the level so you can choose your weapon as needed. The trophies in this game are mostly simple and encourage replaying certain levels in a different way which is always appreciated but the last three are what will stop someone from getting the platinum. First you need to 5 star all missions which wouldn't be too bad but the game is really unclear on what gets you 5 stars as it seems to be based on time, accuracy and headshot accuracy with no indication of what's good for the level you're working on so you just have to replay until you go fast and the wonky aiming decided you did get a headshot when you aimed for it. Next is a deathless run which isn't that bad as long as you use the exploit to quit mission before you respawn. The last trophy for me was the speedrun trophy which normally I enjoy but this one asked for 1 hour without quitting the game. This doesn't sound so bad but the 1 hour is real time so loading times count against it, selecting a mission takes more of the time and you can't even pause the game as the timer keeps going. I lost a couple runs by minutes due to real life things causing me to have to pause for a few minutes, but overall a fun game that deserves its difficulty rating. 1/10 - Toem - Kids (1/1/23) 2/10 - Knowledge is Power - Quiz/Trivia (1/3/23) 3/10 - Minecraft - 4X (1/3/23) 4/10 - Lawn Mowing Simulator - Non-fiction (1/8/23) 5/10 - Thief - Stealth (1/20/23) 6/10 - Demon's Souls - Horror (1/29/23) 7/10 - Catherine: Full Body - Romance (2/3/23) 8/10 - Prototype - Hack and slash/Beat 'em up (2/22/23) 9/10 - Deadbolt - Thriller (3/5/23) 10/10 - Jump King - Indie Badges: Spoiler Above and Beyond - Lawn Mowing Simulator Award Winner - Demon's Souls Finally! - Thief (2015) Fresh Starter - Toem, Knowledge is Power, Demon's Soul(PS5), Prototype(PS4), Deadbolt, Jump King Hardcore - Knowledge is Power, Lawn Mowing Simulator, Thief, Catherine: Full Body, Prototype, Deadbolt, Jump King Jack of All Trades - See Above Love Bird - Catherine: Full Body Masochist - Deadbolt & Jump King OCD - So far so good Old School - Demon's Souls, Catherine: Full Body, Prototype One Trick Pony - Toem, Minecraft, Thief, Demon's Souls, Catherine: Full Body, and Prototype are all adventure games PS4 Master - Knowledge is Power, Minecraft, Thief, Catherine: Full Body, Prototype, Deadbolt Rare Genre - Minecraft 4X Rare Letter - Jump King

Popular Post NaughtNaught
At the end, the mighty numbers crashed and burned… "You ugh… all set then?" Mighty No. 9 Thoughts: Oh boy… Mighty No. 9 sucks. Positioned as a spiritual successor to Mega Man, Mighty No. 9 gave fans a reason to be excited for a fresh side-scrolling action platformer. However, it has been well documented that the crowdfunding campaigns, and overall mismanagement, eventually created animosity and confusion for its supporting backers. Remember that infamous trailer for the game? ‘And make the bad guys cry like an anime fan on prom night’, yikes. It is disappointing because if the game was polished, I do believe it would’ve been considered a good game. As it stands, the poor visuals, awful writing and voice-acting, buggy framerate, and questionable level design lends Mighty No. 9 into mediocre territory. Fulfilling a sick and twisted fantasy, I decided to platinum this game. Sitting on a 0.76% rarity (as of 07/03/2023), I can see why the game’s platinum percentage is very low. The majority of players would be turned off by the game, and so the path to the platinum is out of the question. The average trophy completion percentage is 4% LOL! However, if you endure the mediocrity and become proficient, the platinum trophy is achievable. Here are some key trophy takeaways: · Multiple playthroughs that are difficulty specific. · Completing the game on HARD without restarting. · Complete the game within 60 minutes (surprisingly easier on HARD since you have all abilities). · Get all technical bonuses (think of these as the collectible of the game, these can be gained in every level and boss, this is a bit grindy, guide required). · Complete Boss Rush Mode in less than 20 minutes. · 'Brave the Gauntlet' is arguably the hardest trophy. Complete all themes in single-player Challenge Mode. You have 36 challenges to complete. Half of them are pretty easy, but the latter ones require you to complete stages without dying. The last challenge is crazy… Beat the entire game without dying. If you die, you restart to the very beginning. Ouch). After getting unnecessarily good at the game, I manage to consistently beat the game in under an hour. This is not worth bragging about, but I am weirdly proud of getting the platinum. Even so, I would still not recommend this game. Five years of this game being on my profile with ONE trophy, I can finally put this game to rest. Difficulty List Log – I really didn’t think I would be able to get the Mighty No. 9 platinum. I honestly thought the game would get the better of me. Six out of ten done! Moving ever closer to getting the list done! Onwards and upwards! Let’s play something less skill dependent.
