When I originally joined the challenge I was thinking I would just do 1 list and not focus on badges 😂 Looking forward to taking part again next year

I just managed to scrape a second list under the wire with The Witness: 

 

1/10 – One Night Stand (Romance)

I played The Witness pretty legit (unless I got really, really stuck). The only exception to that was the Jungle zone, where I looked up about half of the solutions, because I'm basically tone deaf! The Challenge trophy was really hard, and – for me – justifies the 9/10 rating. My brain just doesn't work fast enough, and I was only able to get it by getting lucky with most of the puzzles being very easy on my winning run.

To be honest, I could have done some swapping around for more badges, but I couldn't be bothered. 

 

I actually have 5-6 games for a third list, but I don't think I can quite reach Bronze tier with a third list. Would that mean I wouldn't be eligible for badges on them? If not, I probably won't bother haha.

Congrats man, The Witness is a great game and that final challenge hard as hell. Well done

 

As you guessed the badges are only applied once you reach Bronze tier so if you have six games on list 3 it won't suffice, sorry.

Yeah, the final challenge nearly scuppered me. I thought I wasn't going to be able to sneak it through before the end of the year! 

 

Ah, it's a shame I can't put together a third list. Or, more accurately, I can't be bothered to re-examine my lists and try to shuffle stuff around to see if I can get to Bronze on a third list! It's probably possible. 

My love for indie games meant I ended up with a lot more games without guides/ratings than I intended.

Better late than never I always say here is the list I manage to put together based on the games I completed this year. Sadly I was unable to go for my original list of Indie Games exclusively as this year has been crazy with the amount of server shutdowns we been seeing recenlty and the amount of 200+ hour plats I've gotten this year so I had to set my priorities right, anyway here is my main one;

Next year will be a clean up year for me so I doubt I'll join the event but I'll keep watching the event to see what other crazy games you guys keep using as 10/10's 😂. I also manage to put together another incomplete list in case you wanna check that out.

Couldn't complete my initial list, but I still managed to earn enough platinums in a difficulty range that brings me on the leaderboard, so it's at least something. From my completed games this year, I couldn't find a 1/10 or 8/10 difficulty rating, so these will stay unfortunately empty. This makes it a bit hard for some additional badges like Rare Letter as I completed 3 games starting with Y and either they don't have a guide or would kick off games that makes me eligible for other badges. I am happy with what I have achieved this year, especially since I reached 90% completion rate for the first time ever. Thank you very much for hosting, @Rebourne07 ! Hopefully next year will bring a better result.
