I made some more progress in The Witcher 3 as well, and I did finish up Sherlock Holmes so I can hurry up and play Devil's Daughter at some point before I get the new SH game, but I'll be waiting for a sale on that one anyways so I have some time. I meant to get back to Tales from the Borderlands but I got distracted playing other stuff.

Arcade Game Series: Galaga (NEW) Dragon Age II Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life Special Edition The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake Wonder Boy Collection-100% March 18 Swaps used-2/3 I’ve done the other three of the Arcade Game Series. Popular Post MidnightDragon
Time for an update. Arcade Game Series: Galaga-0=>50% Dragon Age II The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake Wonder Boy Collection-100% March 18 Swaps used-2/3 I got halfway through the game so far, both with trophies and progress. It's tougher compared to the other three Arcade Game Series. Thankfully save states are a thing! It's fun, but a bit frustrating. Hoping to get the platinum before I leave for my trip (roughly around noon CDT on Monday).
Popular Post Charizarzar
Been a little bit since my last update. Happy Easter weekend, everybody! Death Stranding - 24% > 37% > 53% Mafia II - 0% The Complex - 0% > 68% > 100% A Plague Tale: Innocence - 0% Hitchhiker - 0% > 100% The Town of Light - 0% Road 96: Mile 0 - 100% ---------------------------------------------------------- Death Stranding It might not look like much progress, but I've really been toiling away at this one! Have almost completely 5-starred the facilities in the central region, which is apparently the largest (and honestly didn't even feel like a grind), and finally unlocked ziplines, which will let me get from A to B much faster once I get them all set up (that will be the hard part) as I've mainly been using slow-moving trucks to get around, though that was still a massive improvement on having to walk around everywhere. Though considering you're walking around the entirety of America, I'd say Sam gets around pretty fast! While I've been enjoying myself, I'll likely take a break from this soon to work on something else. Also debating whether to start that new indie game everyone is talking about (Dredge), so I'd rather get at least one other thing cleared off first. Taking a detour from deliveries to take a dip in a hot spring Road 96: Mile 0 Also added a new game to my list and got it done pretty quickly! I really liked the original game, which is a randomly generated hitchhiking adventure with some politics sprinkled in, and had been looking forward to checking this prequel out. It's a lot more linear and there isn't much variety in the endings (which also made me kind of hate the main character), but I still would recommend checking it out. This one has a new Temple Run/Subway Surfers rhythm feature where you have to get an S+ rank on 10 different songs - that got annoying with a few of them, but not enough to make me dislike the game, especially with how catchy the songs are (though I'd probably rather it wasn't brought back to a potential sequel). I helped write the guide for the original and am doing the same here, so that should hopefully be wrapped up soon.

Popular Post StilRh
Hey loves, This last week I added Meet Your Maker to my list and platinumed it. Initially I was very on the fence about the game from the trailers and some youtuber footage, but I decided to give it a go and I was instantly hooked. I've never played Mirror's Edge or Ghostrunner, but I can imagine what fans of those games get out of playing them - a delicious flow state where you flawlessly sprint through a level that had grinded the last 20 players into a pulp. The building mode is also fun, especially with the replay feature. Anyone who's played PvP in the Rat King covenant in Dark Souls 2 will understand the twisted thrill of watching players get destroyed in a Sen's Fortress style funhouse. I was cackling like a loon with schadenfreude... I did make my dungeons fair though (I don't think ultra brutal kill-box designs are fun and so players will leave - you get fewer deaths and accolades and so it's counter productive to dungeon design) and when I saw players learn and beat them I always felt happy for them. I don't usually get competitive with trophies but I was determined to finish in the top 50 for this. I think I was 37th? If not for work and a doctors appointment I'm sure I would have gotten top 20. In addition to MYM I played Dredge, finishing the game. I want to platinum this soon, I may use a guide to find all the fishies as I listen to an audiobook or something I've also been playing Hogwarts Legacy. I've collected hundreds of collectables and it's been dull to be honest. Some of the side quests I've peppered in have made it enjoyable overall though. Sebestian's quest line was excellent and he is a total bro. I think Poppy is absolutely adorable I'm about to start on Natty's quest line. I just need to finish a lot of side quests and get the remaining 50 or so collectables scattered across Hogwarts and Hogsmeade. Spoiler Sebastian did nothing wrong and curses are excellent. I have the talents that allow you to daisy chain curses and then avada kedavra the lot of them. Even before I got dark magic unlocked I think my 15 year old wizzard had killedway more people than Voldmort could dream of, lol This next week I want another platinum or two - Hogwarts and Dredge would be my main focus though I'd be very happy to play any of my listed games (I think I've got a really balanced list this time around). Have a great one Catan 100% Chained Echos 16% Crosscode 12% Dredge 28% > 59% Elden Ring 11% Hogwarts Legacy 50% > 67% Kaiju Wars 26% NEW: Meet Your Maker 0% > 100% Monster Sanctuary 16% Shantae: Half-genie Hero 49% Sniper Elite 4 29% Star ocean divine force 5% Steins;gate elite 0% The Forest 100% The Last Spell 29% The Pedestrian 100% Warhammer 40,000 Mechanicus 27% Wild Hearts 29% Resident Evil 4 (remake) 47% Swaps 0/3 Platinum/100% 4/19

However, I have active Asdivine Cross because I need to get Plat #165 quickly before that damn POWGI comes and steals it with Wordsweeper. I want to see the milestones list on my profile not have POWGI as #175 because Hogwarts Legacy came in at #165. Also grinding a LOT of Disgaea 4 Complete+. Managed to get Valvatorez to Level 6000(which you need him to be to get one trophy in the Item World and also when I do my New Game+ because I foolishly missed some chests and need to unlock Android) and grabbing the P Flonzor parts and X-Dimension stages to get to LoCarnage for now. That means capturing a ton of monsters and torturing them to find their treasures. Forgot that you have to complete one X-Dimension stage because the Flonzor Parts will not spawn in normal stages, so I clear X-Busted Mythology as it's probably the easiest as long as you have a Ghost to regenerate the mana lost by those Deaths and their Wind spells.

You only have to finish the game and the bonus mode and you are done. I did my first playthrough and the bonus mode legit and then used the invulnerability cheat to get through the hardest difficulty (thankfully the game`s difficulty trophies stack). Popular Post Buff_Cupcake
Update 6: Hey all, hope everyone is doing well! I just came out of a nice long Easter weekend. I'm not religious anymore but I appreciate the fact that it means I get a public holiday out of it ?. I made some decent progress in my list which feels great. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order I bagged the platinum for this and I really enjoyed it. I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Star Wars in general nowadays. I'm not a huge fan of all of the newer Star Wars movies and shows and I generally find them to be a bit hit or miss. The Mandalorian, Andor and Rogue One are probably the only modern Star Wars media that actually feel like Star Wars to me. So I actually went into Fallen Order with low expectations. But I came out of it very, very impressed and I feel like I can confidently add it to the pile of 'good Star Wars' stuff. It wasn't a perfect game by any means and the traversal gameplay was more often than not, quite jank. But the story, characters and settings really nailed it for me and left me feeling really excited for the next game. Now my body is officially ready for when Star Wars Jedi: Survivor comes out in a few weeks Resident Evil 4 Remake After stopping and starting multiple times and trying to figure out if I actually liked this game or not, something finally clicked with me and I finished a blind playthrough on Standard difficulty. My overall performance rating for the playthrough was an A-Rank, which was way higher than I expected, because this game is hard or at least, way harder than the RE2 and RE3 remakes. At least it feels that way, I think i might be comparing it too much to RE2 and RE3. I know both of those games like the back of my hand. I also didn't play the original RE4 as much as I played the originals of the other two, so there could be something to that. Anyway, after seeing the game through in it's entirety, I think I have found my appreciation for it and I'm actually looking forward to going through some of the harder difficulties now. Next up is to get an A-Rank on a Hardcore difficulty playthrough to unlock a specific costume for the ultimate escort NPC, Ashley. This apparently makes it virtually impossible for her to get abducted when you aren't looking. Destiny 2 Tiny little bit of trophy progress here with me getting 10 expansion specific Exotic pieces of loot. Huge bit of in-game progress with me about 90% through completing the requirements to complete a collections badge. The badge is basically a grouped together series of themed gear and challenge related requirements. Once complete, i should have one of the grindiest trophies in the game - Fashion Statement. Next up: RE4 remake and Destiny 2 should keep me occupied for a bit now. I might make a start on Yakuza Kiwami though and slowly push through that! Powerwash Simulator Resident Evil 4 Remake - 7% > 50% Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Star Wars Jedi: Survivor - 0% Silent Hill 2 (PS3) - 0% Evil Within 2 Yakuza Kiwami - 0% Destiny 2 - 52% > 53% Wolfenstein: The New Order - 0% Thief

Yes, I eventually got all the P Flonzor Parts, got TWO Puppy Paw sticks and am now killing my own Battle Suit to dupe a weak glove which has a Statistician innocent on it to dupe a freakton of Statisticians so I can get from Level 1 to 9999 in two fights of Land of Carnage Mount Ordeals Stage 4(the one with Balrogs on it) then I will perfect a Trapozhedron with max jump and move so I can clear all of the remaining X-Dimension stages and get the rest of the items. That will be the major grind so I need perfect OP fighters to stand a chance. Until then, I won't be touching anything else except maybe Asdivine Cross to get Platinum #165. Or A Hat In Time. OR SOMETHING BEFORE I ACCIDENTALLY PLATINUM WORDSWEEPER.
Popular Post gruffiiti
Hi everyone. Last update was nearly a month ago... unbelievable how quickly time keeps marching on these days. Not a huge update as I really only played a few games this past month, which weren't on my original list even. I decided to use a couple swaps as I would like to focus the rest of the challenge on completing games I have already started instead of starting even more new ones... also realized I haven't even bought Hogwarts Legacy yet. Dysmantle *NEW GAME (SWAP) Somehow this game had slipped under my radar and I hadn't even heard about it until i saw @be_minor was playing it last month. We talked about it a bit and it seemed perfect for what i was feeling like playing at the time. It turned out to be a super chill game of smashing and collecting that kept my attention for way too many hours and yet was still fun to play. I'm pretty sure I will be picking up the Underworld dlc and playing through it at some point even though it has no trophies attached to it. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy *NEW GAME (SWAP) I have had this game near the top of my "To get to next..." list for ages so I felt like it was time to play it. I have to say its been fantastic so far and I can't wait to see where the story ends up as I am only on Chapter 4 at the moment. My favorite part is the constant banter between all the crew members as it is really well written and each characters personality really comes through. I am trying to explore the levels pretty thoroughly to avoid having to do a second playthrough but part of me wants to do it again anyways and select different choices in the story to see how that might play out. South Park: The Fractured But Whole - 35% Assassin's Creed Origins - 22% norco - 0% --> Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy - 0% --> 15% Hogwarts Legacy - 0% --> Dysmantle - 0% --> 100% LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham - 3% --> 100% Swaps 2/3

Yeah, feeling ya. I need to force myself to finish Ni No Kuni and Hogwarts Legacy instead of wasting my time on Asdivine Cross when I know I could never get all of Lucile's skills. Speaking of progress, I managed to clear up to Floor 99 on Makai Wars in Disgaea 4 Complete+ and get as powerful a Makai Wars as I can, luckily got Movement to 6 when the Mushroom NPC appeared on Floor 90 Innocent Town. Not gonna Reverse Pirate it though I will have to Reverse Pirate one to get it to Level 300 for the trophy as I am not going to suffer another 100 floor Item World Run. Now just duping POWGI Wars filled with a full set of 19998 Gladiators or 19998 Tutors so all my team can one-shot everything, then I will go to NG+ to unlock the last class(Android) and form an Android Army to destroy everything and get all those endings and special episodes done. Don't know why I waited so long either, this game is brilliant, from the gameplay, to the story, the graphics - everything is really well done in this game. It's a fantastic FPS, and I'd recommend this so easily. The gunplay feels so slick, and the ability to use a titan and feel like an absolute powerhouse in that is such a fun ride. The story just is one that will stay with you for a few days after, and will make you sad - unless you don't have a soul ?. If you've got even a small amount of interest in TF2, I'd recommend you give this one a go easily. Don't let the Becomes the Master trophy put you off, it's difficult but it's really satisfying seeing yourself get better and better and it really gives you that knowledge of how the gameplay works, and I think it helps put you in good stead for playing the game on Master really. Master difficulty isn't too bad either, I only died a handful of times or less on most bosses, and most sections really aren't too tricky. This game feels fair, and realistic with the amount of enemies that it throws at you. Also with your big loveable Titan BT around to help you out - who definitely feels like the typical big guy helping out the little guy trope. BT is great though, a lot of personality and he has some amusing dialogue as well to go with it, Respawn really did good with making BT a character with a lot of personality. Borderlands 2 > 42% I carried on with this game with @rjkclarke over the Easter weekend break, and had a lot of fun as per usual. What more is there to say on Borderlands really other than it's a heck of a fun time in co-op, Salvador's gunzerking ability is the GOAT and this game is full of lunatics, and the sense of humour of Borderlands just appeals to me massively with my stupid sense of humour. We absolutely annihilated the end boss and we're going to make a start on the DLC trophies since we've finished most of the side quests except a couple that are a little too high level right now for us. I'm looking forward to starting the DLC in a couple of weeks time. I'm going to be focusing on God of War: Ghost of Sparta outside the challenge before I carry on with some of my backlog list, in my quest to get the God of War series done this year. But I'm really feeling starting Hue and Star Wars soon, so hopefully I'll get to that pretty soon! I've been pretty distracted with games higher than the 50% threshold, or I probably would've made my way through most of my list already, but as long as you're having fun, what's the harm really. See you in the next one ?. Edited April 13, 2023 by Redblaziken8
Popular Post MidnightDragon
We're halfway through the spring challenge (and I will open the signups for summer May 1), so as a special bonus, I'm giving out another swap for a maximum of four and updated the rules to reflect it. So if you have any second thoughts (like I did), you're good to go. Note it's just for this challenge only. Here's my current list now. Arcade Game Series: Galaga-50=>100% April 9 Dragon Age II The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion (NEW) Wonder Boy Collection-100% March 18 Swaps used-3/4 I decided I didn't want to do SpongeBob at the moment, but have had Turnip Boy in the backlog and since tax day is traditionally on April 15 in the US (though it's April 18 this year), I thought it would be something fun to do to celebrate surviving tax time once again. I'm saving my final swap potentially for something special. Edited April 16, 2023 by MidnightDragon

Disgaea 4 Complete+: Was able to clear the Flashback Episode with my army of Androids, then soloed a stage with Val to get the God Ending for that trophy, and then got the first of the four alternate endings, the one for Fenrich. Sadly, I wasn't able to get the relationship for Emizel fast enough as you have to have him counter attack Valvatorez 10 times, and I never bothered training that brat so he was still Level 20 while Val was max level and would one-shot the kid. So I needed an Invincibility or Reverse Damage panel and sadly the only way to get one of those without Item World spamming was Level 4-3, which was the level with towers of Invincibility Blocks manned by ninjas and that level is hell on earth because you have to use the Geo Chains to destroy those towers and pull the ninjas off to clear it. I'm sure anyone who played Disgaea 4 spews all sorts of profane vulgar words when they think of that f'king stage. Unfortunately lightning struck near my house so I had to shut the PS4 down to protect it from a power surge. *sigh* SPRING HAS SPRUNG AND IT IS MEAN.

Scenes look like water-color renderings, which sometimes makes it difficult to see the collectible but a nice change from the usual game. 1. Last Stop 2. Until Dawn 0% 3. The Gardens Between 0% 4. 11-11: Memories Retold 5. Spirit of the North 0% 6. Virginia
MidnightDragon
@BlackSquirrell1 What did you think of Virginia? I enjoyed it, but the ending was a total mind fuck. Also not sure why they were so fixated on bison…bison are native to western North America, not Virginia!
Vulpine9Tails
No update from me this week as I haven't done a dang thing with my list. I'm still trying to figure out swaps and now that we are being given an extra, I am really thinking hard on what to do. Hope everyone is making good progress and having a good weekend.
Popular Post MidnightDragon
Update time! Arcade Game Series: Galaga-100% April 9 Dragon Age II The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion-0=>100% April 16 Wonder Boy Collection-100% March 18 Swaps used-3/4 I did platinum Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion. However, due to some RNG issues going for the last trophy, I failed to get the platinum on tax day. On the bright side, it was fun and quite amusing. Here's the platinum shot. Up next is Dragon Age II. The Secret of Monkey Island will likely be my final swap for the long awaited 100th platinum, even though I can't say if I'll be done in time or not. While it's much easier to get to 100 than in years past, I still think it's a cool milestone to have. Taruta13
Was gonna do Disgaea 4 Complete+ some more but a stupid power surge nixed that idea, and I spent the rest of the day getting a platinum not in this event(Asdivine Cross), so... yeah. Will work on some more in a few hours after I get some sleep.
