You can pull it up, go to Contacts and choose Acting Up. I don't know if the update removed it, but this is one of the ways to access Director mode. I just completed the DLC while being offline (except for 2 mandatory online "upload movies trophies" which I have done weeks ago) - my last two=> used an animal in directors mode + used an animal while finding all onshore 22/27 animals popped ("Animal Lover", "Cryptozoologist") at the same time. Just logged now to sync the trophies-> GTA V downloaded 1.49 patch. So let's see what has been changed... Edit: Director Mode is only available via the Phone now. Rockstar Editor is not available at all, but as mentioned above - trophies descriptions have changed so it seems that instead of uploading / exporting 1/10 videos with Rockstar Editor now you simply have to enter Director Mode 5/10 times. And you can use your Online char in Director mode so complete DLC can be done offline now. Case closed ;). Like 'Complete the Doomsday Heist in order without dying' should be fair. Remove the requirements to complete it with 2, 3 and 4 players. Just survive the entire shit without dying... still hard but very doable and solo player friendly. This happened once before with the game Towerfall Ascension (and possibly others but this one came to mind first), where they changed a bunch of the hardest trophies into even more difficult trophies 😝 But I would hate for them to change the requirements of Mastermind, because I don't believe in making things easier so that more people can obtain them. Trophies need to be "earned" not given out, and Mastermind is one of the pinnacles of skill related trophies! Changing a trophy due to a server shutdown is a very nice gesture, but I would never want to see a trophy changed that's completely attainable otherwise. I was afraid someone would say this! The Doomsday trophies themselves were actually made to be the harder version of the OG Heist. It would indeed be unfair to those that had tremendously suffered getting the trophies legit. But one can only wish that they could be changed. I mean thinking how Rockstar has not 'properly' fixed the Auf Wiedersehen Petrovic in GTA-IV yet, and how can we forget Run Like The Wind on the PS3.
