Stormverse
Sword and Fairy 6 Decent story, but that's all I can really say that's positive about this game. If you like to watch cut-scenes then you'll feel at home here, there's at least 20 hours of them, no joke. The game is plagued by horrible glitches (some game breaking), crashing while attempting to save (hint - save often!), poor translation, lag and extremely poor optimization. I can't believe it made it through QA in its current state. The platinum took around 40 hours for me.

Popular Post Froopy the Temmie
[#38 - Witch and the Hundred Knight] Legendary Hundred Knight!! You got all the trophies. 17th Apr 20199:21:47 PM 7.19% VERY RARE When I first started playing this game, I honestly didn't like Metallia. In a lot of parts of the game, it seems like her dialogue was written by an angsty 15 year old boy. There's several instances where she did something really messed up in the first few chapters. Despite that, if you go through the game, you'll figure out exactly why Metallia is the way she is and it starts making sense. If you go through the whole story and the 'Bad' ending (which is the true ending), it feels like a satisfying ending. The gameplay itself is something I've not run into before. Though the play style is very similar to Secret of Mana with elements of Disgaea thrown in. I liked it well enough. LDCurtiss
#83 Platinum Pig Get all other trophies I know, an easy plat. I didn't get the game because it was easy, I remember playing games like this a long time ago. There are other platinums I'm working towards, but with classes, it's hard to take the time to get the platinums I want. In due time, I will have more challenging plats instead of these easy-peasy, cheap plats. Edited April 19, 2019 by LDCurtiss
Popular Post Jelly Soup
#102 - Metagal (Vita) I'm finding a lot of these multiplat games play way better on Vita for any number of reasons. #103 - LEGO The Incredibles Ok, so, I complained a lot that the Marvel LEGO games were just too much busy work and pixel hunting. This is the complete opposite. Over half of the collectibles and junk are just sitting out in the open, no puzzles or quests, just fly into it. In some ways, it's kinda nice. Something very zen about an uncomplicated collectathon.

Popular Post Eramir
For the first time I got two plats on one day. ☺️ Platinum #40: Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag The best AC game I've played. Really enjoyed it in 2014. When the trophy milestone was in sight I doubted which game should be there. R6: Siege is taking to long, so I thought of this game, because I was playing Revelations. Online was a grind, but I quite enjoyed it. When I was going for all the gamemodes, I couldn't stop after I got them all. The plat is ot as hard as the rarity would suggest. Platinum #41: Assassin's Creed Revelations Had this platinum ready to pop, once I hit the #40 mark. I like this game, but not as a trophy milestone. Went back to complete it recently. Enjoyed it alot, this is why I like trophies.

You don't even need to play all levels... #109 - Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse I remember the first 2 titles. They were "serious", with a great humour and nice riddles. Story was also thrilling and characters behaved authentic. Developer announced a big "Back to the Roots", when they tried to get money via Kickstarter (or a platform like that). B2tR my a$$! Broken Sword 5 has imo bad riddles, a lame story, clownish humuor and it's sometimes stupid. You can see that they ran out of money and good ideas, because all locations are reduced to a only a few important characters. What comes to my mind, when i think about this game: The Simpsons (with season 13 i think, all characters were "dumbed down" and the humour got clownish) and Prometheus (the alien-movie). Maybe some understand what i mean^^ Platinum itself is easy, when you play with a guide. It has some missable trophies. If you use an item to soon, it's gone, but you need it later for a trophy or the "Joey"-Trophy"... You'll have to replay the game or reload a savegame. Can be annoying. PS: As a fan of 1 & 2 (Both were back then my first Point and Click-Adventures), i see it through more critical eyes. #110 - Trüberbrook Easy, but many missable trophies. Better play it with a guide. Solid adventure with easy riddles. Edited April 19, 2019 by RuNNinG-sCaRe_D

Popular Post Desmuria
#169 - Conan Exiles To crush all trophies beneath sandaled feet For completing all trophies Enjoyment: 0/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Wow, it's hardly any wonder why they gave this away for free with PS+ this month. I used the admin panel (gladly) because I can't even imagine trying to get the platinum without it. After waiting 3 HOURS for it to download, I was glad to finally delete this game off my dash to rot in my Library. Garbage game, really easy platinum. Moving on... #170 - Glass Masquerade Art Deco Unlock all trophies Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Ohhh, I do love puzzle games and this one was right up my alley! It's basically jigsaw puzzles with stained glass window designs from all around the world. The pictures were lovely, the controls were smooth and the difficulty was just right. I had a lot of fun with this game and I hope to see more like it in the future. #171 & #172 - Crossovers by POWGI Crossoverachiever Collect all the trophies Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Another decent offering from the POWGI series of games. After having recently done Word Search by POWGI (again), this one was easier in comparison. You have to solve 200 puzzles, which will take approximately 2-3 hours (I took longer on my PS4 run because I had breaks). Nice little game, but One Word by POWGI is still my favourite! #173 & #174 - METAGAL Platinum GAL Get all other trophies. Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Ratalaika Games are literally chucking easy platinums at us at the moment, and who am I to refuse? METAGAL was a pretty easy side-scrolling/shooter game. The only part that gave me trouble was the final boss but, with practice, she's easy to take down. I halved my play time between my Vita (31 minutes) and PS4 (15 minutes) runs, so practice does indeed make perfect! Cute little game, cheap and easy for trophy hunters. #175 & #176 - Crossovers by POWGI Platinum Weekend Get all other trophies Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Back at it again with another offering from Ratalaika Games. L1 and R1 are the only buttons you use in this little shooter game and, with practice, it's dead easy. You need to beat three stages on easy mode, collect hearts and earn a certain amount of points and that's pretty much it. Once again, I managed to cut my completion time down considerably with practice: Vita (14 minutes) and PS4 (5 minutes!) Some people have said that they found the third level troublesome. It IS more difficult, but just persevere. If I can do it, you most certainly can. Trust me! On another note, I totally forgot that the 175th platinum is a milestone and now I have Super Weekend Mode on my profile forever. Probably for the best. It'll remind me not to be a trophy whore and play something decent once in a while... Edited April 19, 2019 by Desmuria

Popular Post Conor
#27- GOD OF WAR II (PS3) Trophy of Gaia Enjoyment: 9.5/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Time Taken: 1 Week, 1 Day, 2 Hours / 15 Hours total Rarity: 4.8% Ultra Rare (PSN) / 20.05% Uncommon (PSNProfiles) Hardest Trophy: Bleeding Thumbs (Gold)- Beat the Challenge of the Titans "Zeus! Your son has returned, and I bring the destruction of Olympus!!!" It shouldn't have taken me so long to get this but life got in the way... I'm supposed to be on my holidays!!!! Anyway, being a big God of War fan back on the PS2, it was great to revisit the sequel to the awesomely gory action extravanganza, which beats the original in every way. Cory Barlog was the creative director on this one, moving up from lead animator in the previous game, and my oh my did he create a Sixth-Generation masterpiece! Everything that made the original great is back, but this time there are more weapons, more enemies and a deeper story than before. Granted, the writing isn't exactly stellar but this was back in the day when hardly anything that wasn't an RPG had a particularly amazing story, and the dialogue is pretty par for the course for this type of game. The combat is where it is at and this game does not disappoint. I never got bored of slicing and dicing the hordes of monsters that came my way, with many creative ways of dispatching my foes at my disposal. The variety really kept the gameplay from getting stale, and some of the puzzles even had me scratching my head a bit- my memory is not as good as I thought it was! The Challenge of the Titans was tough in places, particularly the last one but overall I had an easier time with them than I did the previous game's challenge mode. Although many fans would swear by David Jaffe's original, in my opinion this was the greatest title in the series. I have also played Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta on PSP, which were great considering they were handheld titles but still couldn't top this. Nonetheless, I look forward to revisiting those too in the next HD Collection. I also, of course, look forward to seeing how the Greek saga of the series concludes in God of War III, since I've never actually played it! Popular Post Phoenix_argentea
Platinum trophies Nos. 116 & 117! Ōkami HD (PS4) Top dog Ok, first things first! I've never played this game on PS2, and actually I also ignored its existence ? (I found it by accident), but now I'm proud I added it into my collection. This game is pure art and a fantastic journey into Japan culture. It looks like you are inside a Japanese print (and there are also a lot of them, which introduce the enemies), full of blossomed cherry trees ?. Great soundtrack, especially Kushi's ride (this one gives a real sense of urgency. You have no time to waste because there is a huge dark menace waiting for you), Battle of Orochi II and Rising sun (beautiful! Unfortunately it's the end of the journey...). Probably I said so many times, but I give a lot of importance to a game soundtrack, because I remember the first time I faced a particular boss (I'm looking at you, Orochi ?) and it's what a game leaves to me after I finish it: beautiful music... ? Well, also these trophies images are really beautiful! ? Wonderful story, full of funny moments (sometimes Issun is a little pervert...), but also some tragic ones. And I really love the in-game time day/night. The first time I reached Orochi I thought: "No way! This game can't be so short! I miss a lot of paintbrush techniques...?". Luckily, that was only the prologue of the game, because after that there is a huge plot development. And there is also a fishing mini game: the RNG was ridiculous, because I fished 10 Huchen, and then I finally found a Sturgeon! And I was thinking about how many RPG I played with the fishing minigames... ? 10, more or less. About the devil gates, I was worried about the third (difficulty 11/10, according to the guide) and someone on the web wrote that they were "insane and sadic", but I didn't find this one really difficult: actually I took little damage, because I really spammed the slow time/veil mist, cherry bombs, and the damaging charms (which I never used during the game, especially the huge charms, that I kept only for the battles against Fox-face, Waka and Nagi). If you have never played this gem (like me), please give it a look and a chance! ? LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (PS Vita) Platinum Well, this is a LEGO game, so nothing long to write . I was really surprised by the graphics of this game, because it's really smooth and clean, compared to Harry Potter 5-7 and Lord of the Rings Vita version, which seem... downgraded? I don't know exactly which word is used for the graphics, but they seem a little bit dirty and rough (especially the Harry Potter game). And no glitches!
Popular Post Cave Johnson
勇者ネプテューヌ 世界よ宇宙よ刮目せよ!! アルティメットRPG宣言!! 真の勇者 勇者ネプテューヌを遊び尽くした証。君が真の勇者だ! Yes, that is actually the title. To shorten things a bit, I will be referring to this game simply as "Brave Neptune". It was only $20 on Amazon, so I figured I'd just import. Not even a week later it was announced that the western release would be delayed... I guess it should've been obvious; there's no way Idea Factory Intl. could ever localize a game that quickly. At first, I thought it was odd that a developer I've never heard of from Canada was going to make this game. Wait, Canada? You're telling me Canada makes games? (Insert lame joke here about maple syrup, Rush, etc.) Joking aside, I'd rather have just about anything over yet another Tamsoft action game. I don't know if my expectations were just really low or what, but I found this game to be quite enjoyable — except for the combat, but I'll get to that in a minute. Exploring the various areas/dungeons, jumping around, and collecting (mostly) pointless orbs is all good. The combat kind of drags down the whole experience, though. I'm not even sure what to compare it to... it just sucks. It's very simple, and not in a good way. The most complicated part takes place outside of battle; 95% of the battle is won before it even starts by having the right set up. There are very few options when in battle, meaning that you'd have to see the future/use a guide to have the right skills equipped. Later on, all it comes down to is spamming the right spell with Noire and healing when necessary. I had to lose on purpose to get the trophy for getting a game over, that's how easy this game is. I don't want to spoil anything about the story, but I will say this: It feels very much like a Nep game, and I mean that in the best way possible. Story wise, it's one of the best out of the spin-offs (imo, of course). It was interesting to see "Chrome" have a completely different role in the story than usual. On to VIIR next. Once I platinum that I'll have at least one platinum for every game in this series, I think. Just once is good enough for me; I'm not quite that crazy
