Popular Post kkulifay
PS5 When this game came out, I didn’t understand the hype. Playing as a cat seemed boring and underwhelming. Since it’s out on PS Plus Extra, I gave it a shot since it’s been so acclaimed. It completely exceeded my expectations! The attention to detail, the emotionally-charged story, and charming characters all blended together for a very memorable experience. It was stunning on the PS5! The platinum trophy verdict: I must have got lucky on the ‘Can’t Cat-ch Me’ trophy since I got it on my fifth attempt. Everything else was straightforward, but I do want to vent on one particular trophy that almost spoiled the journey for me. I’m bias here because I HATE speed running trophies, but it was absolutely unnecessary to have a speed running trophy in the mix. This game is meant to be enjoyed and to savor one bite at a time. I did it last night in a total time of 1 hour and 50 minutes without save scumming. I died 4 times and didn’t use a guide until halfway. My advice? Unless you have a great memory, just use a YouTube reference guide to plan your attack so that you’re not left with 10 minutes to spare. I’ve read tons of comments that there is plenty of cushion, so just do some planning before you go in partially blind like I did.
Popular Post Redgrave
#271: N7 Elite - Mass Effect (PS4) With the Legendary Edition on PS Plus, I decided it was time to re-visit the trilogy and commit unspeakable space war crimes save the good people of the galaxy from the Reapers once again. As well as put a stop the Batarian menace. It was interesting re-visiting the first game again and seeing the roots of the series. I would read or listen to the Codex stuff and it's cool seeing how much they tried to make a really detailed sci-fi setting with its own set of rules and plausible explanations for how the technology works. I assume they consulted physicists or whatever to ask how such and such would at least theoretically work. In particular I think my favorite explanation for why the guns are virtually infinite ammo with an overheating mechanic is that it's really just an ammo block that has has a device in it that shaves off chip-sized parts off that block and fires it at a high enough speed to give the impact of a bullet ? I wish they kept this system instead of having it be the ammo counter in the sequels but that's for another time. But yeah, it was cool reading that stuff and how there was a lot of mystery and wonder to the setting that kind of petered off in the sequels in some areas. It was also cool visiting the different planets that while mostly barren I feel like it added to the whole mystery of space exploring aspect of the game. Knowing it's just you and your two companions in the Mako alone in a wide barren terrain with the only signs of civilization possibly being an outpost filled with mercenaries or Husks truly gives that feeling of outer space being terrifying and this music playing doesn't really help either. But on the more lively worlds it was cool seeing the scenery like the big towers and skyline on Feros or just seeing the ever active Citadel which is gave me Coruscant vibes. So it's kind of a compare and contrast thing where the eerie barren worlds are out there that make you feel alone but then you have highly active places like The Citadel where nothing eerie is really happening. As far as the Legendary Edition changes, I guess I can live with the UI change and I think the balancing for the difficulty is a nice touch because playing on Insanity means I'm not holding the fire button for ten minutes just to kill one enemy that cast Immunity on themselves. They still cast Immunity on themselves but it's nowhere near as bad as it is in the original and it doesn't seem to last as long so it feels like you're actually playing a third-person shooter and not Mass Effect May Cry 2. The model changes are 50/50 for me but I think a lot of it has to do with the lighting. There are other things that I probably didn't notice but I appreciate the Legendary XP option where you level up more. So yeah, I think I'll stick with that in the sequels. The trophies are also updated and made a lot easier. The grindy ones requiring to use certain powers has been reduced to only using them 25 times (with the exception of using Medi-Gel being 50) and all but the AI Hacking and Neural Shock can be farmed on the transport terminals on the Citadel. AI Hacking is easy if you just bring Tali with you to a place where you will expect to fight Geth. I guess you could also just save and load to hack the same Geth but I didn't have to do that. Neural Shock for some reason couldn't be done on the terminals but could be done on the Mako instead. I don't remember if that was a thing in the original or if I just got it naturally. They also changed the requirement with the companion trophies where instead of "most of the game" it's just five missions which is nice since I like to bring different squadmates on different worlds depending on the situation. There's also no difficulty trophy technically, but I figure I might as well do another playthrough for Insanity to get the 100% on the Legendary Edition trophies. I know what to expect in the sequels but in some way I kind of look forward to playing them again. The Batarians day of reckoning will also come whenever I play the DLC in ME2 again. "I think I will crash a large asteroid into the Alpha Relay and not warn the colonists ensuring more Batarian casualties."

Popular Post Darling Baphomet
201: Moss (8.26%) This was one of the early big VR games, and I first played it four years ago... and then it proceeded to sink to the bottoms of my backlog until a few weeks ago. Moss is probably the best entry in the "3D platformer where you're a giant helping a little guy" collection of games. Between its cute protagonist, dramatic environments, and... well, the fact that it's an actual full game, it's easy to see why this game stood out among early VR titles. And unlike some other early VR games (coughsuperhotvrcough), it actually stands up. The visuals still look gorgeous on the PSVR and the gameplay is tight and fun. While the game is rather short, it's still a very polished experience and a must play for anyone who has a PSVR headset, IMO. And the ending theme is super pretty.

Popular Post yellowwindow7
Bunny Titan / Bunny Raiders ( ps4 ) i don't get what these guys really trying to gain from making a game a free to play + completly playable offline + having nothing but 11 Gold trophies and a Plus! Platinum Trophy... there's nothing to be considered hard to do to get this platinum, the only thing you need to worry about are the bugs and glitches. i platinum this game on four different accounts before deleting it off of my ps4, the game told you that it have an auto save feature to save your progress but of all the four accounts i played the game on the game saved my progress once! the first time i played the game it randomly crashed by entering a never ending loading screen during my 3rd playthrough raid, when i rebooted the game turns out my progress havent got saved at all, which i lost the progress on collecting the 5000 coins, when i restarted the game i checked if it's saving my progress and this time it does. when i cheked if people were complaining about this it turns out everyone do, trophies guides even suggested to do the entire game in one sitting to avoid this and hope to god the game will not gonna crash. game also had framerate problems, the first time i played through the game it ran fine at 60FPS... entering the lab level and the framerat dropped to 30FPS, going out the lab level and back into it again will cause the framerate to dips even more, in one of my playthrough i managed to made the game to hit like 10 to 9 frame per second LOL! the frame rate will never gonna fix itself until you turn off the game and reboot it again. how the hell a mobile game like this will tank the same ps4 i played the Nathan Drake Collection on it at solid 60FPS or an open world game like Saint Row the Third Remastered at 60 to 55FPS is beyond me. i wasn't intended to post about this platinum since it was not a platinum that i was very proud of getting, as the game just give it to you by just trying it out, but i just want any platinum trophy so i can brag about it here lol!

Popular Post reaperveteran86
Platinum #319 Assassin`s Creed: Brotherhood (PS4) Julius Caesar - 31,55% Classic Assassin`s Creed. The 100% sync trophy doesn`t gave me as much problems as I thought it would (with the exception of the bomber mission and some of the don`t lose any health requirements). It has it`s problems (controls, busywork) but the positives (likeable protagonist, subject 16 puzzles/lore, Shaun`s sarcastic history comments, interesting story) outweight the negatives for me. Platinum #320 Autobahn Police Simulator 3 (PS4, EU) Highway Hero - 5,00% I had this game since it`s release, but didn`t play it. Not because the platinum was unoptainable, but because the stuttering was so strong, that I got a headache after playing it for 10 minutes. Now, after several patches (and a obtainable platinum) I decided to play it again and what should I say: the game is as bad as the 2. game. They made a few improvements (rank ups can be bought with exp., you can select side cases at the police station and don`t have to wait for them to randomly appear as in part 2) but that doesn`t change, that the game is bad. That doesn`t mean, that I haven`t had fun with it, but it was that kind of fun that one get from watching something like Birdemic. Platinum #321 Bunny Raiders (PS4. EU) Bunny Titan - 74,26% Why have I the feeling I played Kitten Squad in 3D and with bunnies. - customizable character that is meant to look cute but looks ugly. - free Twin Stick Shooter with rouge elements. - game looks like a young kids game, but has some fucked up things in it that aren`t for kids (the dissected monkeys in the robot base). - enemies are robots send by the most ehevil entity in the universe: humans (sarcasm) - game is made by a shady organisation/cult: Kitten Squad-PETA Bunny Raiders-One Earth Rising. Platinum #322 Anno: Mutationem The Age of Mutationem - 26,46% Hack and Slash/Adventure set in a cyberpunk world. It has a graphical style, that mixes 2D sprites for characters and enemies and 3D polygons for the environments and it looks absolutly stunning. The story was good although there are parts, that could be explained better and felt as if there are some scenes missing. Popular Post PraiseTheFluppi
#90 - Nun MassacreTape Master Difficulty: 4/10 Time: ~10 hours Enjoyment: 8/10 You want to pick up your sick daughter from her boarding school, but a psycho nun doesn't want you to leave... she wants you dead. ✝️ Nun Massacre is an absolutely terrifying game. Like all Puppet Combo games, it's made to look like you're playing on a PS1. The low resolution, the blurryness and the pixelated look make the whole game more horrifying than good graphics ever could. And the nun is just plain creepy. Getting chased by her through staircases and long dark halls or even vents is no joke. The sounds while beeing chased make your hairs stand on end, especially after total silence. The game's goal is simple: You're stuck in the school and have to find a way out while avoiding the nun. With different items you can unlock new areas and progress in the game. As you walk (or crouch ?) around the house, you'll come across notes that tell you a bit of the backstory concerning the nun and the building. Even though they are not a part of the trophies, if you enjoyed the nun scenario, you can unlock three other scenarios for you to play. I played two of them so far and enjoyed them thoroughly! If you love horror games, and good graphics aren't necessary for you, I cannot recommend this game enough, and other Puppet Combo games as well! Popular Post Burritoprime
- Platinum 235- Metagal - Platinum GAL - I bought this a long time ago, a time I didn't even know that cheap platinums were a thing, so after reading that most of these game were cash grabs I completely forgot about this one until yesterday, and much to my surprise the game isn't so bad, it's better than I expected at least, it's a Mega Man clone that plays alot like it but has some flaws, the story is pretty forgettable same as with the lewd dressed teen girls, it's the old good guy gets captured by bad guys and you as the only hope have to save them, gameplay is pretty much classic like Mega Man but very clunky and the controls have a bit of input lag, the graphics are actually pretty decent, the sprites are ok, the soundtrack is actually pretty good too, the trophy journey I blinked and it was over, it's cheap and unimaginative, you don't even have to beat the game......I mean c'mon, I beat the game without using the revive thing and it was a decent challenge, I heard the steam version has better trophies which is great and a shame we didn't get the same list, because despite its flaws the game is actually fun and with a bit more incentive, and a bit more polish people ( who like to collect trophies) could see it beyond a cheap platinum. ukiukimidnite
#101 & 102 - 7 Days of Rose By the standards of these short visual novels, this was mostly a really nice one. It looks good, it has some catchy music and the story has a lot of sweet and funny moments. Unfortunately, I really didn't like the direction the story went in right at the end. Spoiler Out of nowhere, it was revealed that Rose was really depressed and was walking into the ocean to drown herself. After talking to her, she then found a reason to keep living, which was to destroy her family and get revenge for their bad treatment of her (which had been very vaguely mentioned through the story). It was very awkward and clumsy - it approached a delicate subject in a really strange way. It was a major shift in tone and really finished the story on a bad note. Up until that, I was extremely happy with it. I was going to play the PS4 version in a few weeks/months to enjoy it again and get an extra platinum, but the last part just left a bad taste in my mouth so I autoskipped through it so I could just get rid of it.
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#634 - Last Stop (PS4) Quite an underwhelming experience. The button prompts felt pointless and out of place. Story didn't grab me, and the only interesting segment was the Paper dolls one. Another one where I don't have plans to go for the PS5 version. Popular Post PotrikBerger
Cricket 22 (PS5) Anticipation - 4/5 I wasn’t walking in the corridor of uncertainty with this one. Having played a few incarnations of Big Ant’s previous cricket games I was really looking forward to catching this one. A free hit in my eyes. Enjoyment - 2/5 Actually playing in a match and the career mode itself are decent enough, but the rest of the game, I felt, missed it’s line and length. It feels unpolished. Menus and Other in game options such as practice mode feel like an unfinished afterthought and some of the in game mechanics such as fielding could have offered so much more. Bowled over I was not. Retrospect - 2/5 Difficult to keep yourself engaged with it for any sustained time once you’ve moved past your initial sessions of play and can start to feel like a bit of a repetitive slog once you’ve explored the few licensed competitions available to play. Not the powerplay I had hoped for.
Popular Post mega-tallica
Shadows of the Damned (PS3) Story, dialogue, and atmosphere is great, good light-hearted fun. Gameplay itself is incredibly dated and clunky though. Boss fight enemies are just bullet sponges especially on hard and makes these fights go on for far too long. Hitboxes are inconsistent and unnecessarily hard to hit like on those electric enemies near the end where you need to hit the red transformer things on their back. They're hard to hit and they take a bajillion hits to knock out and there's 3 of them you need to take out on each enemy. Takes far too long and far too repetitious. Not very fun. I can see why people see this game as a hidden gem or whatever, it has that kind of feel like Lollipop Chainsaw or Splatterhouse but not nearly as good as those. Difficulty - 2/5 Enjoyment - 2/5
Popular Post RebelsHeart
Platinum #107 - Fallout 76 Took me close to 5 years! I've been playing it since launch day when it was in a very bad state. Never truly disliked the game, until the point where I found out my first character's level trophies were glitched and I had to start all over again. I had contacted Bethesda support about the issue and they just told me to create a new character and get rid of my very first one ? The game is in a way better state now and I actually do enjoy playing it once in a while. The community is incredibly nice and very willing to help you achieve your goals!

Popular Post ZooBlazer
Cyberpunk 2077 - #75 Never Fade Away Fun: 9.5/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Never imagined that I'd get this platinum after the disastrous release 2 years ago. I got the PS4 version refunded out of frustration due to the quality the game was released in between bugs and crashes. I had no intention to ever play the game again, but for some reason I decided to buy the PS5 version a few months ago when it was on sale. I finally got around to playing it recently and I was hooked. The game is still not perfect, but the quality has improved a ton from the initial release. I'm glad I gave it another chance because it's one of my favorite games in recent years and I can't wait to play in the world more with the DLC.
