Popular Post Whyfire
#58 - Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy This Is What We Do Win every trophy. Pretty cool and decent game. Anyone who watched the movies will probably like it even more. Interesting story, good characters and great soundtrack is everything this game is about. Combat is a bit same throughout the game, but at least enemies are different. Platinum can be achieved in one run, but following the guide is highly advised. Popular Post Biscoito18
#266 - Undertale Don't You Have Anything Better to Do? Enjoyment: 5/10 Difficulty: 2.5/10 For a comedy game, "Undertale" has a lot of jokes that don't land. But enough of them do and become memorable because of their creativity. My favorite is when I tried to use instant noodles during a battle to recover HP. I probably would've enjoyed it a little more if I had played again making different choices, but as the platinum title suggests, I have better things to do. #267 - Venba Subam Enjoyment: 5.5/10 Difficulty: 2/10 A very simple cooking simulator that tells the story of an Indian couple trying to build a life in Toronto and their problems adapting. I found the recipes quite charming, but I felt that the gameplay was the developers' last concern. There are very few recipes and they are all quite simple to make. It seems that the idea was just to discuss the problem of Indian immigration in Canada from the Indians' point of view. And it's cool but this is supposed to be a game too, you know? Gameplay should always come first, even if it's simple. Furthermore, the large time jumps during the story make it difficult to get attached to the characters. NEXT: I'm taking my time with Stellar Blade while also playing other smaller titles and revisiting Resident Evil Village. Popular Post D-E-U-S-X
Platinum #239 (UR #91) Vanquish (2.27%)✅ Time: 30h Difficulty: 7/10 (Grenade exploit) Vanquish is notorious for its challenge mode, which is no walk in the park, even with the hand grenade exploit. PS4 version has already been purchased. Platinum #240 (VR #35) Batman: Arkham Asylum (8.55%)✅ Time: 35h Difficulty: 8/10 Finally I have another Batman game on my profile than just the two Telltale games and it shouldn't be the last of the Batman Arkham series. I actually found the combat challenges more difficult than Vanquish thanks to the exploit.

Popular Post nyx770
two i wanted to finish before they leave ps plus on 21st. #101 Last Stop This game was kinda weird, however i couldn’t stop playing it to finish it . The story out of the three i enjoyed the most was the jack and john one . Not sure id play this again , was interesting experience i guess tho. #102 Horizon :Zero Dawn / Frozen Wilds At first i didnt really enjoy this game as it seemed slow pace . After few hours into it tho once i got a few weapon upgrades i started to really like it . The lighting and graphics in this are really good for an older game . The story got better over time as well. I played through the frozen wilds dlc but not ng+ The only annoying part for the platinum was some of the hunting ground challenges with super tight timers . Glad i played this game before its not on ps plus anymore , was worth the time investment. I will most likely check out the sequel in near future . Popular Post Mikel
#450 - Tekken 8 A fight is about survival. Acquired all trophies. Tekken has always been a past time for me and my family dating back to April of 2001, when I was eight years old and attended elementary school. I would usually pop in my PS1 demo disc after I get home from school and play the Tekken 3 demo with my younger brother and sister every now and then (Me and my brother played as Eddy while my sister played as Xiaoyu). I would usually go to the arcade that used to be close to my old house on some weekend nights with my parents and siblings to play Tekken Tag 1 and later Tekken 4 with my family. Of course, a lot has changed since then, and I still enjoy the Tekken series at thirty one years old since playing Tekken 8 (as well as Tekken 7 back in 2017) brought back memories of when I used to play Tekken with my siblings as a kid, and as an adult, my love for the series is still there as it was the franchise that got me into fighting games at a young age.

Popular Post Sigma999
# 99 - Hitman Absolution HD (PS4) Really fun time i had with this game a second time after playing so many years around the release time for the PS3 version, bought it together with Blood Money in Pstore when it was on sale. I actually didn't like it that much on PS3 mainly to the new mechanics of stealth specially of disguise implemented however i've grown to appreciate the improvements they did to Absolution compared to Blood Money (the previous entry). A platinum trophy not hard to achieve imo.

Popular Post shadaik
Plat #152 - 100% 233 Minit LEGEND UNLOCK ALL OTHER TROPHIES PS4 Speaking of odd typography, I have no idea why the makers of Minit decided to style its logo as rninit. Although it might have something to do with some changes carrying over between runs and connecting that to React-Native Init in programming? I don't know enough about that specific obscure area of coding to answer this. Neither do I know why the platinum description is screaming at the reader. What I do know is that I have a very long list of roguelikes and roguelites I'd like to play and a very short list of ones I did. Minit tips that scale a tiny bit, and what a prime example of a roguelite it is! Several runs, with the character growing more powerful each time to beat ever more of the game by virtue of having changed the world (and his inventory) minutely in his favour to ultimately beat the previously insurmountable-looking game. The events of the game start unfolding when our unnamed hero picks up a sword at the beach. As it happens, it's one of those cursed swords plaguing gameworlds every now and then. From now on, we have one minute to live and then respawn at our last checkpoint, of which there are four across the world. Most of the world resets, but some things such as repaired bridges and activated teleporters remain working. Just don't think too hard about how that works, okay? Let's just suppose time is still flowing but people get reset, lest MatPat appears and explores how Freddy Fuzzbear is the mastermind behind it all. Sir, I understand you rarely have guests, but you're talking to a corpse, please stop The one minute increments keep the game tight. The world is designed such that everything can be done within one minute, but nothing can be done in one run. Different spawn points give access to different areas within the time constraint (obviously). Early on, it's not clear what is going on or how what we do is helping us. We have been cursed and there is opportunity to gear up. Until finally, we reach a factory that is mass-producing cursed swords like ours. The roguelike formula is distilled so thoroughly, this is a more roguelike game than even Rogue. There is now story here, just a challenge to overcome. Not a huge challenge, but one that is engaging and well-measured without veering into weird solutions to illogical problems. Straight-up oldschool gameplay that could easily fit onto a GameBoy. Frankly, I would love if there was a GameBoy port just for the sake of it. I do wish there was more of a coherent story here, but I can also appreciate this game for what it is. As for the trophies, this is close to a perfect list: Trophies for progressing in the game, some completion trophies, some odd missions like getting a bone for our dog to chew on, a reasonable semi-speed run that fits the main mechanic by limiting runs instead of time. It just fits the game like a glove. Hmmm, rust soda, my favourite! Game: 8/10 List: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Time: 2 hours
