Popular Post CrumpetOfDojima
69.22%Common Platinum Trophy Found all Trophies for Gemini: Heroes Reborn Very, very easy plat. I got the 18th spot for fastest plat time, for 3hours 18mins. That's including the times I kept falling asleep during the only one grindy trophy, as it' currently 5:52 am here now. Can be done in one sitting, in 2 hours if you're fast, on easiest difficulty. You need to find 30 collectibles, the game has 36 so you don't have to do that all the way through. Throwing 1000 objects can be grinded on the same one object, which is the only one grindy trophy. The other is throwing back 10 rockets, took me 20 seconds. Another one for re-loading up any level from the main menu's load option. Besides those? Only story related.
Popular Post SuffyZorugelion
#196 Terminator Salvation This game isn't as bad as everyone says. I guess the reputation comes from the trophy list. Very short game with no replay value, but the gameplay works for the most part. The controls take a little time to get used to if you are used to todays standards. This is another one of those games I traded from a friend. If this is supposed to be one of the most "shameful plats" I don't see it... I've played worse dog turds. In my next adventure, I will take a ride... to Hell. Popular Post D-Tron
#100 - Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited Hardcore Gamer! The me from almost four years ago didn't think he would reach this milestone after he felt like a goddamn champion for getting his first platinum trophy in WipEout 2048 on his brand new Vita. 99 platinums later and I have my seal of approval with the most kickass platinum image and title this self proclaimed Instructor could have. Disgaea has easily become one of my favorite game franchises ever since my entry into the franchise with Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention. I had only played it because it was a freebie for the now critically panned Instant Game Collection. That game and Tales of the Abyss on my 3DS were the first two niche games I had played and I can't thank them enough for it. While Tales of the Abyss still remains my favorite Tales game in that franchise, Disgaea 4 had surpassed Disgaea 3 in almost every way. I had pre-ordered it physically and was not let down; Much better presentation, visuals, a better story and the best protagonist in Disgaea (sorry Mao) as well as one of my favorite game characters of all time. I had around 45 platinums at the time I started playing and I stopped after I had spent a little time in the Land of Carnage. I don't exactly remember why I stopped. I only remember earning so many more platinums until I decided to save it just for this number. I still had more than 50 hours of grinding to do and a good chunk of them I nearly had to sacrifice my soul to RNGesus in hopes he would spawn the Prinny and the Artist Pirates but that was the only thing I detested about this game. Here's to another god knows how many platinums I hope to earn in the future. Maybe I'll even stop procrastinating that trophy checklist and maybe create a trophy guide for this game. Now I celebrate... WITH SARDINES! Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Edited April 19, 2016 by Blue Flare
Popular Post AJC3317
LEGO Jurassic World - Life Finds A Way i love the lego games. they aren't perfect games, but they're always consistently fun and they do great justice to their source material. there's something so deeply satisfying about mindlessly destroying everything around you in a level. plus in this game you get to play as freaking dinosaurs! how cool is that? i also enjoyed the e.t. and jaws easter eggs in this game, and it made me think: how cool would a lego jaws game be?

Popular Post Ryoudji
#51 Grand Theft Auto IV Taking a Liberty Sorry for taking liberties with your time. This one certainly took a lot of my time and patience, the multiplayer was a mistake but I finally managed to get it. A big thanks to dev2610 for helping me boost on Auf Wiedersehen Petrovic, literally the worst online trophy I've ever worked to unlock. As for the game the single player was pretty good despite some heavy changes on its control compared to older games, initially it felt kind of slow or clunky but manageable at some point later. I also really liked the story this time, one of the main reasons why I enjoy the GTA series so much. Nevertheless to say the multiplayer was a painful experience, not only the servers are pretty much dead at this point but the connectivity could glitch on us and shit our progress/stats anytime. Besides the technical problems the online itself was pure grind, most of the races were too time-consuming and the game modes weren't anything special. After all that I'm glad it's over. At least they are sorry for approving this insane platinum, or so I think. Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Difficult: 9/10

Popular Post J2V89
#100 Grand Theft Auto III There was many choices for my 100th platinum such as Fallout 4, Bully, GTA IV or either GTA V. Popular Post Bez_Gaming
Platinum Trophy Unlocked when all trophies collected. I took some time away after my hard drive corrupted.. Losing all my progress on some of the games I was working on kind of let a funny taste in my mouth, but after 2 or 3 months I decided to pick this up and start it seen as I hadn't really made a proper start to it anyway, was pleasantly surprised i didn't find it that difficult either, some of the shootouts towards the end on hard difficulty were a little tricky but there is usually always somewhere to find cover or you can usually just power your way through it. the cars you have to sell can pretty much all be found just by playing the campaign, which just leaves the playboys... little motivation was needed to get a walkthrough to find them, overall im gonna say i did enjoy it and i will probably play the sequel also... next for me will probably mean a return to beyond: two souls....

Popular Post Sunflower
#40 - Corpse Party BLOOD DRIVE I really love the original Corpse Party and I really like the sort of "what if?" spin off/sequel Book of Shadows. However, I have extremely mixed feelings towards Blood Drive. The story just wasn't that great and the majority of the new characters are just irritating and not likeable in the slightest. Thankfully, the few returning characters are still pretty likeable for the most part and I even found Ayumi to be less annoying this time. The gameplay is okay, exploring heavenly host in 3D was a lot of fun but the feeling of danger wasn't really there for most of the game. I think the ending is what disappointed me most though. It was bitter-sweet, which is what I expected it to be, but it felt kind of predictable and too short. The highlights though were definitely the extra chapters, which delves (mostly) back into the events that happened prior to previous characters entering Heavenly Host., or extra scenarios you don't see in the first game. A couple of them even help to flesh out the newer characters as some are dedicated to them, though are quite short compared to others. Overall, I did enjoy the final entry to the Corpse Party series but it really did have a lot of flaws and felt kind of rushed. I'm just glad to have completed it and seen the ending at long last.
Popular Post Aexuz
The Dark Soul 150 Took me around 70-80 hours to get the 100% but it can be definitely be done in 50 hours or less if you are dedicated enough and you are just focusing in the platinum and do not get distracted with PvP like I did. Most tedious part is definitely collecting the tokens for Darkmoon and Watchdog covenants and the 3 playthoughs for the +1 and +2 versions of the rings. Killing Nameless King in New Game ++ was the hardest thing in the game in my opinion. Difficulty: 4.5/10 Enjoyment 10/10 Like all the other Soul games! ~Praise the ~
Popular Post FeralTurtle
#10: Final Fantasy X HD Remaster Pretty heavy grind for me at least, so far this is the most time I spent on a console game (123 hours), but I survived. But anyways yay 10th platinum!! :DD Honestly couldn't think of a better way to celebrate this milestone than with this RPG masterpiece that also happens to be my first FF game. For now I'm gonna take it easy for a little while, since I'm pretty burned out from the grind. Still, here's to more trophies and great games. ^^
Popular Post Spinach
#16 - Dragon Age: Origins () The Ultimate Reward Finally... Fuck you Blight-Queller you glitchy, useless, turd. Pretty sure the requirements say 1,000 not 4,000. But anyway, the story and characters in this RPG aren't anything too original and we've seen similar ones before (especially if you're a fan of the fantasy genre). What makes this a great game is it executes everything really well. The gameplay is pretty good with decent combat and a variety of skills and tactics. The DLCs suck. –––––––– Saucy Rating: 8/10 OUTSTANDING Difficulty: 5/10 SOMETIMES CHALLENGING #15 - Battlefield: Bad Company 2 () Bad Company Elite A decent campaign for a multiplayer focused FPS. A bloody awesome online multiplayer. Still has players today, which is a testament to how well made and fun it is. Popular Post Wdjat Prinny Doods
#130-Shadow Warrior Trophy Hunter Wow what an underrated gem this was doods. I bought this from a sale a while ago but never really heard anything about it and I'm glad I went for it. I had a lot of fun slaughtering the various demon enemies with a variety of weapons and sword skills. A couple problems I had with the game were the button mapping of some skills and the dull boss fight. For some skills you either had to double tap the analog stick in a certain direction quickly followed L2/R2 or swiping your thumb on the touchpad in a certain direction followed by L2/R2. I found neither to be 100% realiable although the touchpad was the faster and sometimes better option for me. While this game is awesome the plat was tedious. You have to play on NG+ some to fully upgrade your character (guides say you only have to play up till chapter 5 on NG+ but I wasn't fully upgraded until chapter 8) and also if you are like me and do a blind 1st playthrough then you will most likely be doing 3 total playthroughs for the plat. Heroic mode, which is the infamous part of the plat due to their being no checkpoints during chapters with much stronger enemies and some chapters taking an hour or so to complete, was pretty overrated diffculty wise in my opinion due to the 9 and 10 ratings I usually see for this plat. Also consider this is coming from someone who is absolutely terrible at these kind of games. It is ceratinly no walk in the park and does provide some challenge but it is more tedious than anything due to the longer battles and chapters and this being my 3rd playthrough, would have been a lot better if they changed up the enemy encounters from the lower difficulties. All in all this is a great game I highly recommend. Oh and to wrap this up whoever came up with the teleporting enemies with the swords should be beaten, shot in the kneecaps, and exiled to some secluded area.
