2014 Platinum List!

 

With 2014 nearing its end, I was just wondering what platinum's everyone has earned this year and how many? Also, did you earn more or less than last year? Not sure if a topic like this already exists or not but I haven't come across one. Interested in seeing how you guys fared in 2014!

Earned about 45 platinums or so in 2013, and finished off this year quite well, might get 1 or 2 more plats by Jan 1st. Idk if i'll be able to best myself in 2015 though.

I earned 37 Plats this year. 6 of them being Ultra Rare, which is a big accomplishment for me. 
Last year, I only got 12 plats, none of which were UR.

2014 was by far my best year of trophy hunting. I started this year with 13 platinums, and now I have 34. Here's what I got this year:

I'm hoping to get at least one more platinum before this year ends, so that will make 22 platinums in a single year, which for me is really good. It's going to be a challenge to top this next year.

23  :platinum: 's this year. Wich is a huge improvement on my 7 plats of 2013 :)

Nice! Thats a big improvement and a solid list too!

 

I earned 37 Plats this year. 6 of them being Ultra Rare, which is a big accomplishment for me. 

Last year, I only got 12 plats, none of which were UR. 

 

Good job! I definitely need to get some more ultra rares myself. I only have a handful i think...

Awesome list, 2014 was definitely the best by far for me too. And good job on those DBZ plats, the online mp trophies in those games are so annoying  :spank:

Thanks. Online was only a problem for me in Ultimate Tenkaichi because of the horrible online servers. Raging Blast and Raging Blast 2 aren't that bad as long as you have good boosting partners, and for Battle of Z, since I needed 100 online matches anyway, I eventually got asked by a group of people to help them with the online trophies. You just have to get lucky.

29 this year, hoping to get 1 more for my personal best doods. Even if I don't beat my personal best of platinums in year getting 9 ultra rare plats (only had 4 before this year), getting the Star Ocean, my 1st Disgaea plat, Tales of Symphonia plat, and Kingdom Hearts 2 FM plat in the same year made this a pretty awesome year for me trophy hunting wise doods. Really happy with all the games I got the Plat for, and hope to add even more plats to the 2015 list, especially SO4 and Catherine.

More than two times the previous year.

 

And people say Vita has no games.

I planned to finish year with 40 Plats but ending year with Senran Kagura and opening year with Senran Kagura sounds more... satisfying :awesome:

Man it bothers me when people say vita has no games, I probably got more vita plats this year than any other year so far. Such a varied selection and really solid jrpgs.

 

29 this year, hoping to get 1 more for my personal best doods. That'd be pretty amazing to have 100% in all sonic games, can't think of anyone else that has done that to be honest.

So when my Intersemester holidays start, I'll get like 3 to 4 plats at once :) (For the people that don't know I don't actually have vacation even though it's holiday season, my days off start the 31st of january :) )

This is by far my best year as a trophy hunter, although I had a crisis of faith about two months ago and have been playing without the fanaticism of the first 10 months of the year.

 

I think we've all experienced a trophy hunting drought, some last longer than others. Great list though, keep it up!

This is the first year I've really dedicated my self to trophy hunting. In 2012 I got 5 platinums. In 2013 I got 18 platinums. And this year I got:
