I know that there's a "Every unique pass you complete unlocks special rewards." sign at the beginning of the page but who knows. Maybe those missions can be refreshed. I activated all 3 (silver, gold, plat) over a week ago and only silver and gold was added to my in progress (with no actual progress update on it), plat is still in active offers.
