I tried it your way and switched to normal internet after the error but than it automatically downloads the most recent patch and I can't play... I could really use your help. When i download a game with this method, it goes on PC harddrive or the download is on the PS4? And if it goes on pc how do i transfer it on the ps4? I need to do it for a trophy on Real Farm. You initiate the download on the PS4 to get the URL of the v1.00 file which can then be downloaded by the program to your PC. When you change the proxy setting on your PS4 it forces the PS4 to download this file from the PC. If the download keeps updating to the latest version, check the PC folder where you saved the Real Farm update and ensure only the v1.00 file is there. Otherwise the PS4 will revert to V1.00 and then update to the latest version. Note: you must backup then delete your Real Farm save from the later version, because V1.00 won't run if with a later save file present on your PS4. (Couldn't get Mac method to work). My main question is: is it possible to choose the patch to download for a digital game? I would like to know for the Binding of Isaac trophies. So far, on version 1.00, seeds can be used to help unlock trophies however, after hours of researching online, there are some fantastic set-seeds (set the first few levels of a dungeon with items) to use but for some reason I get different rolled items. This seems to be happening for those playing on 1.00 but it's different for those on other patches. For Isaac, patch 1.04 nulls the seeds exploit. It is possible, but in this case you need to use proxy to remap patch URL and of course you need to have correct patch URL - in your case for v1.02. The glitches only worked out of sheer force of will, with the exception of the 1.2 or 3 one that allowed for unlimited attack power stacking. With the exception of ones that run locally and/or allow for bot players in the absence of real players, ala FF15 Comrades. thistleboy Posted September 6, 2020 Share Posted September 6, 2020 (edited) I've been trying to downgrade Tetris Ultimate for the 60 Second Sprint exploit, but no matter what I do it only downloads 1.02. EDIT: Appears that since Tetris Ultimate is delisted the 1.02 version is the only one that still exists... great. Such a letdown after using XLink Kai to get the Uncharted 3 co-op trophies. I was so hopeful this would work too. EDIT 2: No idea what happened. My last hope was to try to use the proxy method to block the .json that told the game about the 1.02 patch, but all attempts to block it caused the download to fail. The download was sitting "failed" with the X on the download progress bar. Without deleting it this time I gave up, turned off Charles Proxy, and swapped my PS4 internet from wifi back to the LAN cable connection. The download automatically resumed for some reason. I didn't think anything of it until I went to put the game back in it's original folder and noticed the version was now 1.00. I have no idea what I did or how to reproduce it, but maybe this will help someone else struggling to get delisted games back to 1.00. The Speed Demon exploit worked as expected! As long as you are able to download v1.0 using either of the methods listed you can use the glitches listed in the trophy guide to unlock the Hardcore trophy (and bad ending trophy if you don’t have that already).
