Popular Post Taruta13
So I've been busy the past week knocking out the free play modes of the LEGO Marvel Collection, finished up Free Play 100% for LEGO Marvel Avengers two days ago and just completed the 100% Free Play for LEGO Marvel Superheroes, which was boring as hell. But NOTHING compares to the living nightmare of 100% Free Play for LEGO MARVEL SUPERHEROES 2!!! 20 levels instead of 15 and the chance to softlock or glitch in every level, meaning I have to exit the level and come back... and the intros and outros are UNSKIPPABLE AND (bleep)ING LONG! How did Traveler's Tales allow this ? to leave their doors, I do not know, but it SUCKS and makes the game longer than LEGO Jurassic World, which at least was tolerable, even with custom characters. ? Once I get 100% Free Play in that turd, I will proceed to do the worst and final part of the platinum for the collection: 100% EVERYTHING, which means clearing all quests and collectibles in the hubs. Avengers first since I have that as part of my February quota for Backlog by the Month and each hub has a tracker of how many items are still around. Then I'll rip off the flying race badness of LEGO Marvel Superheroes and the evil Maria Hill cart race before I eventually delve in and tackle Chronopolis. Man, this collection is a SLOG, and I don't want to leave it unfinished just to do other games. Current Completion: 90.80% (93/104 games complete)
Popular Post Llobster12
Update 4 Overall Completion Percentage: 86.23% --> 86.90% (+0.67%) Change From Last Update: 86.74% --> 86.90% (+0.16%) Goal: 91.23% ---- (-4.33% to reach goal) Plats Earned: 103 --> 107 --> 109 (+2 from last update, +6 overall) Games Completed: 128 --> 132 --> 134 (+2 from last update, +6 overall) Trophies Earned: 4568 --> 4641 --> 4694 (+53 from last update, +126 overall) Games Started: 150 --> 153 --> 155 (+2 from last update, +5 overall) It's been a few weeks since I've managed an update. I keep getting busy and running out of time on the weekends so this time I'm going to do it today before I get busy. Games I've been playing: Ratchet & Clank 2: Going Commando (PS3) 22% --> 100% Platinum #108 attained! I finally finished off game 2 of the Ratchet & Clank franchise as I plan to slowly make my way through this series. I had already played the first two when they released on PS2 long ago, so the next game in line will finally break new territory for me and I'm excited about that! Overall I really enjoyed the game. The platinum experience had a few things I could've done without though. I was not a fan of the hoverbike racing levels and felt like those were the hardest part of the game, not because of straight difficulty per se, but because the controls felt really bad. Those weren't too bad overall though, and I didn't realize what the really obnoxious part of the game would be: The space race challenges. Ohhh boy did those get my blood pressure up! You have to not miss any rings in the race to get some platinum bolts (3 different races total) and the controls are absolutely garbage. They felt like they oscillated between unresponsive and wildly over-sensitive and just gave me a hard time. Once I quit using a PS3 controller and connected a PS5 controller things got better, but were still not great. That one gripe aside though, I really enjoyed my time with the game and look forward to the next one. Just not too soon to try and make sure I don't burn myself out. , Omno (PS4) 0% --> 100% Platinum #109 attained! After seeing a few people mention this as it's on PS Plus, I looked up the trailer and immediately had to play it. This is just the type of game I am a huge sucker for. Unique art style, great relaxing music, ambiguous and somewhat mysterious story/setting... Yea, I loved it. It's a great palate cleanser between more demanding games and was just what I needed to relax some nights before sleep. Hot Shots Golf (PS5) (but really PS1) 0% --> 5% Just started this last night. One of my goals this year is to complete all of the PSOne games with trophies on PS Plus and decided I may as well get this one done. Since there are 2 of them (Hot Shots Golf games) with trophies now I decided to do this one early in the year and the second one late in the year so that they are spaced out and I don't get burned out. It's ok. Nothing amazing but passable I guess. We will see how it goes. Returnal (PS5) 15% --> 28% I continue to chip away at Returnal and I feel like I've really turned a corner! I REALLY struggled to get through the first half of the game (my skill level seems poor and I didn't feel like I was getting any better). I thought maybe I just wasn't destined to enjoy this game much. But then something clicked. I started *getting* the game somehow and I started getting better. Once that something clicked in me I have become obsessed and just can't get enough. I'm not great at the game by any stretch. (I have a co-worker also playing the game and everything that takes me hours to do he manages in just a couple tries) But I'm not terrible anymore and I am loving it. I've finally gelled with the flow of the gameplay loop and am having a blast with each run. I've managed to "beat" the game (I've rolled credits on Act II, but now there is some more post credits stuff to do) I'm now really enjoying re-running the game as I look for collectibles and try out different weapons and see what kind of cool build I can come up with. I'm really glad I stuck it out because I'd really be missing out if I'd given up too early on the game. What's Next? I'll keep making my way through Returnal and Hot Shots Golf. Once I'm done with Returnal, I think that my next big project will be Skyrim. Also, I'm looking forward to PSVR2 a couple weeks from now. That's it for me, thank you again to everyone posting their progress, I enjoy reading them! Happy trophy hunting and good luck to everyone! Taruta13
Small update: I decided to try to clear out the hub tasks in Chronopolis to get some pink bricks... only for a mission in the Old West to softlock the game and make it impossible to move or open the menu, so that was a thing. ? So I put LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 in a box for time out while I worked on the others. Got to 180 Gold Bricks in LEGO Marvel Superheroes and completed all the godforsaken races not connected to quests. The flight controls are jank as Hades and the ground races are a living Hell due to the forever rush hour traffic. So after hitting 180 Gold Bricks, swapped to the last game, LEGO Marvel's Avengers and am pounding Mjolnir at it until it begs for mercy. Already hit and cleared all the mini hubs so all the rest of the collects are in the main hub of Manhattan. I'm gonna put on a 10-hour video of LEGO building while I work on these collects. If I can't get enough energy to avoid sleep, I'll just swap back to LEGO Marvel Superheroes and try to get the rest of the collects there and pull the band-aid off so I can get progress. In terms of frustration from least to most: LEGO Marvel's Avengers: A few glips but nothing game-breaking, but sadly no map to cruise New York so I have to rely on the mini-map to get collects. LEGO Marvel Superheroes: Lots of jank and the map doesn't give any clues to collects, but I can mute it and just AFK my brain while collecting. LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2: I wish I could love this game, it is very superior graphics and audio wise to the original and I loved making my own superheroes and giving them backstories... it's just that I can't throw a stone without softlocking the game. And quitting and entering requires 10 minutes to waste because the title screen is unskippable and it shows a two-minute long movie. At least I got the PvP trophy(Grandmaster's Greeting) out of the way.) This brings my Assassin's Creed collection back to 100% (I do plan on doig other stacks of tehg ames eventually). Added and completed Syphon Filter 3. I didn't originally play this series on the original playstation, so no real feelings of nostalgia here. I do think they're good games, but with really outdated and clunky controls. Also added and finished The procession to Calvary. This is a short little point and click game, which was recommended to me a while back, and finally went on sale this week. Really quite silly, very Monty Python esque. Decied to tackle the God of War series next, starting with Ascension, and working through them in canonical order. My only experience with the God of Wars, are the 2 Norse saga games, and foiund this one to be a bit harder than I was expecting tbh. Will be planing on finished GoW: Ascension this week, then probably onto Chains of Olympus.

I never finished it as a kid and literally the only thing I remember was Gabe in a courtroom. Ascension is by far the worst of the old school GoW games. I have been playing them since the PS2 era so I am eager to see your opinions on the series playing them chronologically versus release order. Congrats on finishing the behemoth that is Valhalla!

Syphon Filter 3- A lot of the story is played via flashabcks, about things being discussed in the courtroom scene you mention (characters initial meetings etc). GoW- The story seems ok up to now, but the actual gameplay feels kind of awkward to me. AC Valhalla- Thanks 196 hours total ccording to my save file. I do eventually want to try and have a complete set of Assassin'S Creed trophies (stacks included), but this is one I'm usure I want to go through again. So. Many. Collectables.

Ah that would explain the courtroom if the testimony was a flash back. Yeah, just get through Ascension as fast as you can, the quicker you can get to 1, 2, and 3 the better. Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta were good but being ports of portable games they are not as good as the main line games. I'd like to at least redo the Ezio trilogy and maybe Chronicles on PS4 but I have largely checked out of Assassin's Creed post Origins & Odyssey. I will take 100 feathers over 100% every location in Valhalla any day.
Popular Post stuthesheep
This Week Assassin's Creed: Rogue 2% -> 20% Spent the week working my way through Rogue. Although my trophy numbers for the week aren't particularly impressive, I made a decision to try and get the bulk of the usual silly amount of collectible and location-related ones - not quite Valhalla numbers admittedly, but bad enough - as much out of the way as I could first while there's still story missions on the board, since I ended up getting a bit irritated with the length of a similar clean-up I needed to do post-story in Origins last year. The Rogue story doesn't seem particularly lengthy (I'd probably have been a bit annoyed if I'd paid full price for it back in the day and wasn't bothered about trophies) and I'm halfway through the penultimate sequence already with virtually no problems, usual AC control issues and jumping off in weird directions apart - although that admittedly may be a workman problem rather than a tools one - so a hefty chunk of the groundwork has already been done, which should mean both a marked percentage increase to report next week and help minimise the post-game grind considerably. Hopefully the increase will finally be enough to get off page 463 of the UK rankings - been stuck there for four weeks now. Long way to go in the year yet though. Popular Post da-Noob123
So this week was pretty slow for me but in a good way as the bulk of my time was spent exploring Hogwarts! Hogwarts Legacy 0% > 22% I started HL and have for the most part just been soaking it in. Learning spells, searching for collectibles, doing side quests, searching for more collectibles, flying on my broom, searching for collectibles. There’s a lot to find in this game. Hogwarts is big but the area you explore around is huge. There have been some graphical bugs like robes flying up and staying stuck at knee height but the biggest bug is an issue with the collectibles tracker but that will supposedly be patched this coming week. FYI, you will need 1 full playthrough and 3 partials for the corresponding Map Chamber + House trophies. Sacred 2 34% > 38% Took 2 weeks but I finally managed to get a successful boost session going for the 3 MP trophies in S2 so I don't need to worry about those anymore. Shout out to @Desavenencia, a legend who despite having completed the game, graciously helped with this. Managed to get back up to 93.8% and back under 600 unearned trophies.
Taruta13
I have decided I am not going to continue participating in this challenge, mainly because my completion is going to tank to hellish levels. I bought several Vita games and already started trophies on two of them(Word Maze by POWGI and the Vita version or Warlock's Castle) and I plan on starting up the original Persona 4 Golden soon so that will tank my percent some more. So I probably will fail this attack on completion. Good luck to everyone else, though.

Popular Post gladiatorrrrrrr
Pretty decent week again. For the first time I am under the 3,000 unearned trophies! FIFA18 - PS4 - 80% => 100% Pretty happy about this UR platinum (1.74%)! Had only the journey left which is more time consuming than difficult. Another FIFA game done. Assassins Creed Odyssey + DLC (5/6) - PS4 - 95% => 100% End boss was a bit bleh. At the start it looked like a Souls boss fight but with one difference; the difficulty level ?. But the Atlantis world was nicely designed. The missions were a bit boring but all in all good game! And another one on 100%. Strange Brigade + DLC (0/4) - PS4 - 65% => 75% The season pass was on sale. I was pleasantly surprised that the game stored my progress online so I still had all my unlocked stuff ☺️. The DLC missions are pretty straight forward, very linear but still a lot of fun. Love the narrator! Very stiff English ... Finished the first DLC ' Isle of the Dead' , had some troubles getting into the groove again. Especially the end boss needs to be taken care of in certain way. I missed the pop-up close to him when his health came down , instead I kept on shooting on him which resulted in absolutely nothing. Once I saw the pop-up it was a lot easier.... Current Status Plans for next weeks: - continue playing Strange Brigade - PS4 - spend some time on the PSVIta Happy trophy hunting everybody!
Popular Post ORIGINAL_BEERON
Update 5. Started @ 66.07% now @ 71.94% - Goal 75% Week 1 > 0.47% increase Week 2 > 1.57% increase - Platinum's = 1 Week 3 > 1.37% increase - Platinum's = 2 Week 4 > 1.40% increase - Platinum's = 3 Week 5 > 1.12% increase - Platinum's = 1 Games played this week: Rocket league: 0% > 67% > 83% Missing only one trophy for the plat. Not sur I'll go for the 100% on this one. The club trophies are a hassle to get setup and running with random's. I've been having fun with this though. Beveron: 0% > 100% Couldn't finish out the week without any platinum's haha. Since rocket league was taking longer than expected to plat I opted to pop the platinum on an another car game. Mad Max: 23% > 43% This one has been sitting in my backlog for years. Finally got back to it yesterday afternoon. I don't recall this game ever being a big success but damn is it fun. I'll be grinding away on this one for the next week and hopefully max out the trophy list by next update. (Unobtainable platinum due to server shutdown but easy trophy list for a 98% completion) Back log games I'm looking to improve upon or complete: Thief - 28% (not played in years) Marvel's spider man - 97% (New game plus and ultimate difficulty) 5th week of playing and tracking for this challenge. I thought I'd be burned out by now. Finally making progress into some of my oldest backlogged games and the percentage increase per trophy is getting ridiculous. If I'm consistent for another 2- 3 weeks I should be right at my goal percentage for the year.
Popular Post Pauloxzak
Update #6: Starting completion rate (from the beginning of the year) : 60.68% Current completion rate : 61.39% (+0.03% from last update ~ +0.71% from start) Target rate: 65.68% (5% increase) Hi guys! Another really small update this week, as I focused solely on crisis core, at least now I finally moved forward and should be doing good progress this week, at least I'm not going down on my % Progress this week: Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion - PS5 - 55% - I'm finally past chapter 8, took me quite a while to be able to beat sephiroth, now I'm just before the final battle and I got all missables out of the way I believe, I'll spend some time doing missions before I go for the final battle though. Also I got Costly Punch and finally got damage break from the buster sword (was almost at 30% proficiency and starting to get worried lol) Completed games during the event: Spoiler Babylon's Fall - PS5 Heavenly Bodies - PS5 Heavenly Bodies - PS4
Popular Post Redblaziken8
Week 6 Update Starting PCG: 58.08% Current PCG: 60.30% I made some more progress on Crash Bandicoot Warped last week, getting 21/31 relics and just over half of the gems. I'm getting back to this later this week, I'm having a lot of fun with it too. Also finished Star Wars The Clone Wars Republic Heroes with the other half at the weekend, which is the game that is registered as the first trophy I ever got, so it's nice to have finally got this platinum about 12/13 years later. It may have encouraged me to go back and finish the TV series too. ? Planning on making some more progress on Operation Raccoon City this week or finishing it, doing some Crash 3, MW3 special ops missions and starting some Borderlands 2 couch co-op with RJ. It's sitting at 1% on my list so I'm looking forward to playing it.

Popular Post Squirlruler
Update #6! Lego DC Super-Villains (46% -> 80%): Finally. The plat is obtained. I have started going through the DLC sections as well, but needed a break. The DLC is super easy compared to the main game. Glad the main part is over, will complete the DLCs in between other stuff. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy (0% -> 30%): There's a discord I am a part of and they do a game of the month club. This is the game for this month, so I am knocking it out. It's pretty good, all things considered. Finished Ch. 6 last night. I think there are 16. Following a walk through for it. The combat is pretty fluid and fun. Enjoying that. Hoping to finish this game this week. Senran Kagura Bon Appetit! (Hanzo x Crimson Squad) (92% -> 100%): Finished the grind. Nothing new to report lol. Final Fantasy X-2 (48% -> 48%): WHA-WHA-WHAT?! An actual backlog game?! Yes. Yes it is lol. So I stopped this because I think I got bored with the grind. I was going through the bestiary filling out in via infinito. I was on floor about 26 or 27. Well, been grinding this out, on floor 75 or so. I know I am going to start getting to the harder monsters soon, so a bit nervous about that since I don't remember anything about this game. Oh well. I will just look up strats for everything lol. Hopefully I will be able to knock this out over the next few weeks. Hope to make regular progress. I am getting close to my next milestone, which I want to be Dark Souls, so will probably start that pretty soon. Will finish GotG then Lego then start Dark Souls I think. I did a little test and completing a new game nets me an amazing .05% to my total completion. This is motivating me to complete games on my profile, hence why I am going back to FFX2. I will also look at doing XCOM and Dead Nation, once I find something to do the co-op with. Might just do everything else in Dead Nation and then just have the co-op left and blast through it on easy lol. Need to go back and do more PS3 games, as that is where the majority of my missing trophies lie.
Popular Post MrHealthy
Some excellent progress this past week. The Pinball Arcade [Vita] (65% - 67%) Knocked out a couple more trophies but did not complete any new DLC packs. Currently have 70 of the 96 trophies. I am working on the Bigshot table and Cactus Canyon table currently. Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe (21% - 35%) Another game I can't finish that I played before I was really into trophies. Not sure what possessed me to pick it up again. Guess I just wanted to get it above 30%. Honestly it was a pain just to do that by clearing arcade mode with every character and doing all the fatalities. It was not worth my time at all. Unlikely that I will ever touch it again. Hitman 2 (66% - 100%) Woo! Finally done with this! It's now my second most played game on PS4 behind Yakuza 0. Fantastic game with some really fun situations and kills. Spent a little extra time beyond getting trophies to get some of the unlockables that are easier to get in Hitman 2 rather then in Hitman 3 so that I already have them when I eventually start Hitman 3. Ultra Mission (0% - 100%) Since I have been playing either games with no plats or plats that I can't achieve lately I decided after finishing Hitman 2 to just pop a quick easy stack. Took me 16 minutes, and that is on the slow end of the spectrum! New games started: 10 New games finished: 9 Backlogged games played: 7 Backlogged games finished: 4 Total games played: 17 Total games finished: 13 Games Finished: Spoiler New games finished: The Last Tinker: City of Colors Axiom Verge 2 Team Sonic Racing Grim Fandango Remastered Agatha Christie: The ABC Murders The Messenger Dragon Sinker Party Hard Ultra Mission Backlogged games finished: Golf With Your Friends SoulCalibur VI Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition Hitman 2 Edited February 13, 2023 by MrHealthy
Popular Post be_minor
My completion took a major hit this week with the new additions of Hogwarts Legacy and Saints Row: The Third. I’ve barely touched the former, but plan to slowly play through it this Spring.. According to in-game stats, I’m about 76% done with Saints Row. I’ve been mostly focusing on the activities, challenges, and miscellaneous tasks for trophies before carrying on with the story. My goal this week is to earn the plat and start the DLC; I’ll see how much I can complete before it finally leaves PS+ on the 21st. Starting PCG: 64.88% Last Week’s PCG: 65.81% Current PCG: 65.39% (-0.42) Goal PCG: 70%
Popular Post Static_Rook
Update 7. 2/13/2023 Starting PCG 57.68% Previous Week 58.06% Current PCG 57.99% Goal = 64% Games - Diablo II Resurrected 16% 46% Nioh 0% 9% Onimusha: Warlords 40% 41% Yeah, D2R kinda took over my life last week.I don't even want to know how many hours of it I played. My offline hardcore Hammerdin is at level 55, and I just started Hell. Terror Zones are getting added to offline mode in the update this week so that should make actually hitting level 99 easier. My completion % still dropped though because I also started playing Nioh. I wanted more Team Ninja action after 100%'ing Stranger of Paradise and realized I had the complete edition and never played it. Well, I tired it once on an alt account and quit out of frustration. It was much smoother sailing this time. Still tough, but it doesn't feel as overwhelming after SOPFFO. My PCG is going to take another hit when Ishin! comes out too. I'm hoping to finish a couple of shorter games from my winter challenge list before then. That should get me back to where I was at the start of February, at least. Still sticking with my no shovelware resolution, but I'll probably sneak in a couple of easy PS Plus games to help, too. If I can actually stop playing D2R long enough. Take care!

At the start it looked like a Souls boss fight but with one difference; the difficulty level . But the Atlantis world was nicely designed. The missions were a bit boring but all in all good game! And another one on 100%. Strange Brigade + DLC (0/4) - PS4 - 65% => 75% The season pass was on sale. I was pleasantly surprised that the game stored my progress online so I still had all my unlocked stuff . Current Status Plans for next weeks: - continue playing Strange Brigade - PS4 - spend some time on the PSVIta Happy trophy hunting everybody! what sort of game is strange brigade? Popular Post J2VLegacy
Update Knockout City (PS4) 71% Had to put Persona 5 Royal on hold for a bit after the server shutdown announcement. Played a lot of matches and the game is fun. Have Daily, Crew, xp, assists grinding and winning with legendary outfits left. Should be done in March. Completion Rate: 48.47%
Popular Post Baco_Lesss
UPDATE #6 Made some progress in my completion percentage (increase of 0.28%). Gained 2 more platinums (Life is Strange and Spider-Man MM), platinum #122 and #123. Again at 700 unearned trophies. With the start of Hogwarts, I want to clear the upcoming weeks some backlog games. Some of the games on my profile are close to platinum, but are grindy or diffifcult, but with a little efford I'm sure I can complete them. Goal upcoming week Progress and increase the %: - Hogwarts Legacy (21%) --- Started the game, I play this game at slow pace, not worrying about the trophies. - Resident Evil Village (67%) --- need to do a few Mercenaries and complete the game on Shadow of Village difficulty. Also want to clear the DLC. - Riders Republic (86%) --- need a few FFA games and around 20 mass races - Star Wars Battlefront 2 (76%) --- only hope to make some progress in the different multiplayer trophies that are unearned - Returnal (51%) --- 100% the first Biome. On to the second Biome. ? Goals last week ✅ Platinum: Life is Strange (PS4) ✅ Platinum: Spider-Man Miles Morales (PS4) ❌ Start and platinum: Life is Strange: Before the Storm (PS4) ✅ Start Hogwarts Legacy!!! ? --- Started the game, currently at 13/46 trophies. Really love this game! Happy trophy hunting everyone! Edited February 14, 2023 by Baco_Lesss
