You can put the difficulty as easy as you want, depends on what challenge you want from the game.

Some tips on the assists: Lower the braking assists a little, the game likes to force braking early when you can get away with a lot later braking.

Change the dynamic racing line to through the corners, it will allow you to come up with lines you like and learn the track some more.

There are some great setups available online for certain tracks, but the default settings worked just fine for me.

Try and do at least 3 of the test programmes to help get resource points but also to help learn the track and how the car responds.

Hello everyone! Alright so this week went a lot better however, this week was one with a ton of progress but little return in trophies, hopefully I'll keep the good streak and grab some sweet %

Overcooked - PS4 - This one was almost done, and I just grabbed to try and finish it, wife helped me and we did it

Astria Ascending - PS5 - 5% - Beat the second boss, doing a bunch of sidequests now before proceeding further

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout - PS4 - 82% - Almost done, I'm missing the trophies for Fall Ball and the grind ones, there's a Fall Ball event coming thursday hope I can get my trophies there

Final Fantasy VII Dirge of Cerberus - Retro (PS2) - Finally advanced, I reached chapter 2 and it is already quite interesting with some lore, I'm excited to see more

Hyperdimension Neptunia - PS3 - 32% - No trophies here but I advanced a lot, recruited the 4 extra girls (Nisa, Gust, 5pb and Red) and did some nice lvl up with the team, also started on ranked dungeons and so far I'm doing pretty good, already ready to advance the story some more

Weekly Update Time

Forgot to update this over the weekend, so here we go.

Finished FF6 at last, with a perfect stats run. All characters at 99, max HP & MP, and at least 1 stat, some with 2, at maximum.

I'd initially intended platinum 325 to be FF16, but finished the pixal remaster's quite a bit quicker than expected. Instead, I've gone for Stranger of Paradise. The platinum is done, as is DLC 1 (not showing on my profile as yet, havn't synced my ps5 since the weekend), and I've now finished the long grind for gear to undertake DLC2 (annoyingly, I've sicne worked out I could have cut down teh grind time down massively).

Picked up a few cheap games while getting Diablo 4. That helped me get back the .20% I lost last week, and then I made a little progress in other games to push me a little further. Still working on Slipstream, which is fun but repetitive, but I should be able to finish it up before D4 on Thursday.

Batman Arkham Knight 95 > 100%

IT'S DONE! I finally conquered the Community Map Pack DLC. Honestly though, at the end of the day it wasn't exceptionally hard. It just took a lot of attempts and patience. Requiem for a Killer become a lot easier after completing Chill in the Air and The Curtain Falls, plus I found a more effective strategy to build a combo. After using this strategy, I got Requiem in about a half hour to 45 minutes. Really glad to get 100% in this game after all the time I spent on it.

Call of Duty: Ghosts 67% > 71%

Picked up a few trophies with Randoms on Mayday and 2 more on Nightfall in the sole session I got to join in the CoD Discord group.

Syphon Filter 3 0 > 100%

Did this over 2 days, definitely the weakest of the trilogy. It was interesting as it filled in a lot of the background of the series so far.

Syphon Filter: Black Mirror 0 > 100%

Powered through this in a 6 hour session yesterday. It had a good story that kept my interest to the end though the final boss was super annoying.

What started out as a slow week, turned into a productive one thanks to the holiday weekend in the US. I finished off a game I never thought I would and completed 2 of 3 games I need to finish before my PS+ Premium subscription ends. I had hoped to to get through a lot more of CoD Ghosts DLC but even in the CoD Discord I found, support is pretty dead. ☹️ I might try powering through Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow today and tomorrow so I don't need to worry about it the first half of next month.

It’s been a while since my last update, so a bigger one this time. I’m again quite happy with my progress!

Game progress:

Overcooked: All You Can Eat - 67% --> 76%

Started playing the DLC, will keep playing in the coming time.

Hogwarts Legacy - 21% --> 31%

I'm not sure what it is with this game. Once I play it, I really enjoy it. But I have a hard time starting this. I'm really hoping I can complete it in June. I want to move on to other games.

A Plague Tale Requiem - 17% --> 100%

Managed to finish this game. It was enjoyable but too long I thought. Also the fact that I needed to replay quite a lot of the story for some of the trophies, I thought was annoying. But happy I finished.

Arcade Paradise - 0% --> 22%

I started this game since I read it's a fun simulator. So far I'm enjoying it quite a lot. The mini games are fun to play and I think will give a nice amount of challenge to platinum.

Sackboy: A big adventure --> 91%

I played this game a while ago, but decided to start it up to complete it. I only have the last wonderplane challenge left. I haven't been able to complete it yet, but I'm practicing and getting further every time. Should be able to do it.

Aerial Knight's Never Yield - 0% --> 98%

I started this game because it got recommended in a YouTube video. Unfortunately I didn't really enjoy it much. Glad it was short and not too challenging. The only more annoying trophy is the last DLC trophy. Not sure if I even want to go for it. I might just leave it.

Cat Quest II - 0% --> 31%

I started Cat Quest II last week. I really like these games. They're easy but fun. I like to play them in between the longer games.

Narita Boy - 16% --> 100%

I started this game a while ago. I thought it would be nice because the graphics looked really cool. Unfortunately the gameplay is not too good and I fell off. This weekend I completed it, it was not too hard.

Update #15!

Bioshock (89% -> 100%) :

Finished up the Challenge Rooms. Man, Worlds of Hurt Expert was really hard lol. It does feel good finishing this game up. Only took 13 years 6 months to 100% lmao. Need to see if Bioshock 2 challenge rooms (or whatever they are called) are something I can do with a guide.

Omno (65 -> 100%) :

Finished it up the night of the last update lol. Nice easy game.

Lollipop Chainsaw (0 -> 24%) :

So this is a game I have been wanting to play for a while. I am playing on hard because there are collectibles only available on hard. And this game actually is fairly difficult. I think I am finally getting the hang of it (only halfway through the game lol). I think getting some of the other combos will help a lot. This game knows exactly what it is and leans into hard. I am thoroughly enjoying this.

Minecraft Dungeons (60 -> 61%) :

I am missing so many trophies in this game, and I am sure Season 4 is going to start soon, so I am back at it. Wish that people could "gift" you higher level gear lol, but that would really trivialize the game. Not a terribly big fan of this, especially after they have added SO. MANY. GRINDING trophies. There are about 50 trophies unearned, so even if I can get half of them (reasonable) it should help my overall goals.

Fairly nice update. I think I am going to add another goal of having less than 35 uncompleted games on my profile. I think if I can couple a handful a year then it will eliminate them in no time.

Lastly, I will be doing the weekly update in 2 days. Make sure you are synced with PSN, as I pull your stats directly from there now.

small update i have been practicing harder difficultie modes from certain games and not make any progress with games only played yugioh legacy of the duelist and persona 3 portable i finally got that trophie grasping at greed by defeating a golden hand i saw on my trophielist here on psnprofiles its just so many but i tackle now 1 game at a time and it is so much better now i start with challenging games like devil may cry 5 and so on good luck with trophie hunting everyone

Ovivo: This one deserves an honorable mention. Completed in the lightning speed of 3 years and 6 months, an excellent puzzle game with some of the best artwork I've seen in a long time. I'm almost ready to get a tattoo to have some of these images immortalized on my body. Highly recommended. I had removed the game several years ago to load some inane game and with my steel trap mind, promptly forgot about it. This event brought me back to the future and got the deed done.

A few progress mentions on recent games with completion numbers:

Hollow Knight: ---> 1%. I predict this one will be done in the year 2026.

Cat Quest II: --->71%. Down to the last boss.

Clouds and Sheep 2: --->38%. Maybe completed in June.

Wheel of Fortune: --->?. Twisted friends with X rated answers actually made this game funny.

Shady Part of Me: --->. Fantastic puzzle game. PLAY IT!

The Pedestrian: --->?. I went old school and actually completed the puzzles. High five to the developer of this one.

I’ve reached the incredible percentage of 66.71%, only 1% higher than my starting percentage due to me starting a whopping 32 new games this year already. Anyway I’m making progress, and there are no plans to start more games (yet), and I have decided that if I hit my goal by the end of the year then I will I unhide every hidden game on my profile and work in them next year.

The games I’ve hidden are mostly games that my nephews started ages ago on ps now before I made a visitors account on my console. Most of them are quite simple games, My Time in Portia, Rocket League (which gives me travel sickness), Final Fantasy XV, which I hid when it left ps now, however, my youngest nephew got 1 trophy in Power Rangers: Battle For the Grid. I’m terrible at fighting games, especially fighting games with an online ranking system. Hopefully the servers won’t be shut down before next year

This is a great puzzle game that is available on PS Extra/Premium that I'd easily recommend. The puzzles get increasingly challenging as you unlock more colours and therefore new areas. It also gets slightly more difficult as you unlock the new colours too, so the game never feels too easy. The last area you visit can be pretty challenging too, and super satisfying to finally figure out the solution. If puzzle games are your thing, get on this one! ?

Battlefield 3 > 71%

I've managed to get all of the online trophies done except the levelling to level 45, so I'm going to go back to this one in a couple of weeks to finish the online off and then make my way through the campaign on hard mode. I've done a couple of the campaign missions and some of the misc trophies associated with them and I really enjoyed them so I'm looking forward to getting back to this one! This will be a pretty long completion on my account too, at over 11 years for the 100%.

Borderlands 2 > 100%

Really loved this game, and I'm glad I have finally started the Borderlands series after being interested for a while. If you have a friend to play this with, or a significant other, I'd recommend you give this one a go if you haven't already. The DLC is really good too, but the last DLC with Lilith is a bit lacking and I think it was more just to get sales for Borderlands 2 as it just has a lot of fetch quests really, a bit disappointing compared to the previous Tiny Tina DLC that's absolutely brilliant and incredibly inventive with having Tiny Tina as a DM in a D&D game with the Borderlands 1 cast. The Torgue DLC was really funny, the Scarlett DLC was a blast and the Hammerlock DLC was probably my second favourite of the bunch really. Nice to see Hammerlock get his own DLC, there's a lot of interesting side quests and some fun areas to explore in this one.

Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues > 20%

It's nice to come back to this one after starting to get into the Lego games when playing a bit of Lego Harry Potter with my uncle and @rjkclarke, and I started this game back in 2011 too so this is going to be one of the longest completions on my list at 12 years. It's a really fun co-op experience that's just super relaxing and a lot of fun. I'll be playing quite a lot of this one this week.

First week of the month was spent finishing Yakuza 3, wasn't as difficult as I was expecting it to be based on some of the things I'd read, planning to do 4 at some point this year.

Decided to try out Celeste knowing it had an assist mode meaning if I didn't like it I could still get the plat without much effort but I ended up enjoying it enough that I did it legit, probably took me an extra 20 to 25 hours more than if I'd done it the easy way but it's one of my proudest platinums now.

Second half of the month has been working on Red Dead 2 and even though I already made a good amount of progress when I first played 3 years ago it's still been a massive grind. Took me 8 days to do all of the online trophies (hadn't touched the online before), 3 days to study and skin all the animals (already had about 30% of them done) and the last 4 days I've been working through the challenges/100% completion (I already had 35 out of 90 challenges and 89% completion, now at 78 challenges and 93%), it's probably going to take another 2 or 3 days to get the challenges/completion done and then I've still got 65 gold medals to get, it's one of my favourite games of all time but I'm looking forward to being done with it in hopefully a week from now.

That's so funny you mention this as I've been thinking of doing the exact same thing ? I have a couple unobtainable games hidden but I also have a lot of games I tried out and popped a trophy or two before I started trophy hunting ?

Little increase this month. I got the platinum for Deliver Us the Moon. Edging towards 100% for other titles but started a few new games. Sounds a lot but I think I can hit 54% next month if all goes to plan.

Not that strong of a month for me, just a slight uptick. This is because, while I finished a backlog game (bioshock), I started a new one (lollipop chainsaw). I am going to be starting D4 tonight, so rip it even more lol. I am trying to get back into Minecraft Dungeons (ugh), because there are a bunch of sweet sweet URs. I need to gear up to Apcoloypse Plus 5 to finish the second DLC set (Howling Peaks). I am working on on the 3rd to do that (Flames of the Nether). Man, every time I get back into this game I realize how much grinding there is. Ugh. Oh well. At least a lot of the work for season progress will happen naturally at this point...

Anyway, enough of my complaining. How did you do? Are you reaching your goal? Next month will be the halfway mark!

I spent more time this month working on games already on my list than starting new ones. I added a couple POWGI games (I love word searches, sudoku, and puzzles), 100% Horizon Forbidden West’s DLC, finished up some platinums that had been eluding me (Back 4 Blood and Yet Another Zombie Defense HD), and started some PS+ Extra games I’ve been eying (Life Is Strange: True Colors and Deliver Us The Moon). Overall, one of my more successful months this year.

Still, my goal is to reach 67.5% by the end of this month.

i did some research on google for genre trophies etc and i am not going to ask questions anymore now i dont know if i am still in this event i was first zalcarezio but changed my online id to maxfighter23___ but now i stay with that online id that i can asure you my pcg is 19.12 i dont think i am going to make it the 25 % that i want to achieve with this event due to some real life things that have gotten in the way but i stil hope to reach it but it is going to be difficult i only finished last month lego harry potter years 1-4 but i stil hope to finish alot of games and getting my percentage up
