The remake did not have an easy list and if a 10 star run is involved it will scare a lot of more timid players off from the game. The PS5 version of What Remains of Edith Finch has only twelve trophies, including the platinum, so it's definitely possible. TurtlePM Posted October 12, 2023 Share Posted October 12, 2023 (edited) I still don't understand the "fetish" people have with "I Want it Hard" 😑 If there are only 12 trophies and one of them is to unlock the spray, following the same requirements of the original, isn't that hard enough for you? Besides, if all these 12 trophies are tied to a specific playthrough/ending, is that even interesting to have an overall completion rate of 2 or 5%? (Like Fight'N Rage where, at least, one run unlocks one trophy). Result: I can see hundreds of players deleting the game from their profiles for not unlocking a single trophy after several minutes 🙄 We still haven't seen any gameplay footage (for a game it was supposed to be released this year) from an average developer team who is used to do scary first person horror games, yet is remaking one of the best (if not the best) third person survival horror of all time. This alone leaves me uncertain how good and faithful this remake will be; and if it turns out to be a bloody mass, I doubt anyone will have fun going for "hard" trophies...
