RaidenXS
Is it not redundant tho with bc compatibility? I will admit, I prefer the ergonomics of a ds4 but the console itself it as important as a WWE referee

armontiiago
I still love my ps4. I got it late into it's lifecycle (2020) and use it almost daily for games and steaming services. I haven't bought the PS5. For what the PS5 costs and that I still have a poop-ton in my games backlog, I don't see myself running out of things to do until the PS6 gets released.
CymroMatt
Sure. I don't own a PS4 anymore but mainly still play PS4 games. It's in my opinion the best console generation we've had thus far. Absolute banger after banger. The PlayStation 5 is without a doubt the best console, but probably the worst generation we've had up til now. If that makes any sense. Mellenthin
Well, the performance of the PS4 nowadays completely blows, unless you mainly focus on decade old games like I do. Flee while you still can.

iriihutoR84
The games? Yes. The console itself? Possibly the worst designed hardware I have owned because of how damn loud it could get. I don't understand how they weren't able to fix it across multiple hardware revisions either. It should have been a priority.
kidson2004
Still play it to this day. Got a lot of games to get through in my backlog. Plenty of life and fun awaits!!
Darghel
While I still do love my ps4 pro, I admit that my ps5 is slowly taking its place: the loading speed is just too nice of an additional and helps a lot for certain games, like RDR2. I still play on it from time to time, especially if a game can't be played well on ps5.

Lava_Yuki
I no longer use it but I do like it, and hence kept it. I even kept my PS3 which works perfectly well despite like almost 2 decades passing

It should have been a priority. Probably they never tested it. On first 1-3 years there not was games on PS4 that make it very loud. Main loud problems happened after 2017
