Popular Post dakk55
#131st Platinum Columbia Acquire all other trophies I must admit, this was yet another excellent installment in the Bioshock franchise. I was, admittedly, not sure if the new setting would work out since the underwater city of Rapture had it's own awe inspiring visuals, but the city among the clouds, Columbia was surprisingly equally as wonderful. With the new setting, new visuals and background to draw from. While Bioshock 2 was allright enough sequel, it felt like it was drawing on too much from it's previous installment while Bioshock Infinite had new information to draw from. Although I was disappointed there wasn't much to be mentioned of Andrew Ryan since the developers mentioned that a younger version of him would show up in there, at least as a cameo. But regardless, it was quite well written and the last hour of the game was in short, a mindf*ck of Inception proportions. One big letdown was the Handyman and Heavy Hitters. It felt like they only showed up since the plot thinks the gameplay isn't hard enough so they get thrown in too, rather than like back in previous sequels where the Big Daddy had an integral part in the story involving the Little Sisters and can be actually completely avoided if the player desired. In my mind, the only enemy in Infinite that comes close to the Big Daddy was the Songbird, even then you don't actually fight Songbird, only actually seeing the Songbird in few cutscenes and an endgame plot device. The Vigors felt too little and not as variable as the Plasmids, and I missed the whole Tonic system, the Gear system in Infinite wasn't really useful with the exception of one or two items. I honestly only used two Vigors in the whole gameplay, Possession and Devil's Kiss(Later replaced with Shock Jockey), Return to Sender only being used in the most dire of circumstances (yes, I'm looking at you endgame mecha-Lincoln army). In short, the game had a new fresh perspective with fun gameplay with the Skyhook (Oh I love doing Rail-by-shooting). Greatly recommended.
Popular Post LianshiSaonji
Zombie Driver HD Platinum DriverCollect all Trophies. This platinum turned out to be more tedious than I thought it'd be, it seemed easy until I had to get the trophy for getting 150,000 points in one slaughter mode round, as I always died around 130,000-140,000 points which took me like 15 minutes to get to. The game took me 4 days to platinum though.Overall, fun game, worth the £3 I spent, started of as a game I played whilst sick to being my next completion, it can be tedious but the platinum is easier than most, I'd recommend it.
Popular Post nenugalimas
#75 BioShock: A true masterpiece. After playing BioShock Infinite I had to play this one, as I heard good things about it. BioShock did not disappoint. An amazing atmosphere, great story and perfectly crafted characters make this an incredibly enjoyable experience. The survivor difficulty was also great. I really enjoyed it as it heavily depends on strategy and is therefore very immersive. I did find it ridiculous at times, especially when splicers manage to survive 4 buckshots to the face from point blank range. Trophy wise its simple, but the bloody collectibles got on my nerves... Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 3/10
Popular Post Ala-Arska
The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn Marlinspike's heir Unlock all the game's trophies! As a semi-fan of the Tintin movie (and comics), I was curious to see how the game was laid out. As it turned out, it was fairly fun to play. A solid platformer with some driving, diving and flying mixed in the bag. The solo and co-op main stories were fairly easy to complete with collectibles in plain sight, so nothing stressful there. The challenges, on the other hand, had some frustrating parts (I hate timed challenges). Especially the plane ones. I don't know what it is about flying in games, but in my experience it always sucks. This one was no exception. But as a whole TAoT:TSotU has some enjoyable moments, and therefore I do recommend it. At least for the fans. Next up is some light RPG-ing with trophies such as "Face-Hoff" and "Ass of Fire", now what on earth could that game possibly be...

Popular Post linksbanePS
Taking A Liberty Just…wow. What a freaking time sink. Almost as enjoyable a waste of time as Red Dead Redemption was. This was really my first experience with a GTA that went beyond being a murderous jerk with my friends in GTA3. I don't know what to say about this to express how well made of a game it is. Everything from the characters to the writing to the engine came together so nicely for the whole package. The only thing that drew back from the experience was how tedious some of the chases seemed, but they weren't difficult so I guess it's nothing too bad. Big thanks to ProfBamBam55 for setting up a great boosting group back before the GameSpy servers went down.
Popular Post Razza
# 78 Far Cry Classic Paradise Memoirs - Unlock All Trophies In FarCry Classic I honestly can't think of one positive thing to say about this game. It is just so terrible with constant freezing, terrible frame rates and also the game struggles to load half the landscape in front of you. The whole gameplay mechanics just feel so clunky and obviously wasn't updated for the PS3 version of this as it's clear its just a straight port over from the original version from back in 2004. The story is just ridiculous and after finishing it I still didn't care about the story or even what happened to any of the characters in this game. Overall I am so glad I managed to power through this game as quickly as I did so I didn't have to suffer for too long whilst playing it, but I will go on record and say this is easily one of the worst games I have played in recent memory
Popular Post MrManBuz
#67 Lord of Xillia 2 Hmm...I'm not really sure what to say about this game, I enjoyed it but some of the things in this game had and still does have me scratching my head. Making Ludger silent was a really poor choice IMO, it's difficult to build up a sense of connection with him because of it, I get they wanted to make him 'your' character but I just didn't feel it, the fact you can make his choices voiced as a NG+ bonus was such a facepalm, it should be like that from the get-go, I'd bet there's a lot of people who don't even know that if they just finished the game and moved on. They tried to go a more dramatic route with sad scenes etc. but the acting is so-so with Elle, it's not awful but it could be a lot better. I was a little disappointed that there was so little new areas in the game, hell the majority of Rieze Maxia serves no purpose whatsoever, it's just there to be there. The main story itself is actually really short, like finish in one sitting short. The trophy list was alright, nothing really annoying minus a battle challenge or two, just monotonous grinding. I clocked in at a few minutes under 117 hours, could have been around 100 or even less if I started NG+ sooner. It feels like I'm bashing the game which isn't my intention, I did genuinely enjoy it but it could have been better. Enjoyment 7.5/10 Difficulty 5/10 A little bit of advice to anyone who hasn't played or finshed the game yet, start NG+ as soon as you get enough grade to bring everything you need for the playthrough, I wasted more time than I should have trying to beat the EX monsters while horribly underleveled, fly through the first playthrough then do everything in NG+, it'll save you a headache or three. Popular Post QuantumMercury
#298 - inFAMOUS First Light Noble Achievement Not much to be said here. Infamous Second Son was a great game and this "DLC" was merely an expansion of that game's assets. It was well done, and had a decent back story to give some context into Fetch's life. The arena mode seemed kinda tacked on and served no real purpose other than to extend the game's content though. I didn't mind it but the trophies relating to it were kinda stupid. Given it is a challenge mode they should've actually put a challenging trophy for it in the game... like increasing the score target trophies or something. Oh well, just one more plat now until I make the 300 plat milestone.

Popular Post asm987
Platinum #72: Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster Took me a while but I finally got this. This game was hard for me as a kid and I really hate it, but now I can say: The story may be goofy, at least when compared to X, but the gameplay is quite good and it's way more challenging than it's predecessor. Overall, I enjoyed my ride. "Someday, somewhere in the sky... we may meet again"
Sailor-Cosmos25
My most recent one was The Walking Dead. It's one that anybody could get if they had the game, but in terms of working my butt off, my most recent platinum would be Resident Evil 5.
GarciaFever
At the prologue Riku challenges Sora to a race and says that the winner can share some special fruit with Kairi so they spend the rest of their lives together. and at the end of KH Riku asks Sora to take care of her before the door is locked. Also Riku was supposed to get the Keyblade, but he let darkness into his heart and it went to Sora instead, because he was standing next to him. That's why Riku can snatch the Keyblade away at Hollow Bastion. When you first fight Riku there with the wooden sword, the Keyblade accepts Sora as its master, because of his pure heart. Yeah but to me that doesn't mean he has a crush on her. He just wants to mess around with Sora like he normally does. Plus, if you say that Riku has a "crush" on Kairi, then why doesn't he say anything to her in Kingdom Hearts 2 where he had more opportunities than Sora did? Popular Post SunsetHysteria
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Hope's Last Reward Earned every other trophy in the game Having played Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, you could probably guess that I was eagerlyawaiting the localization of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. As expected, the overall gameplay doesn't stray too far from Danganronpa 2's predecessor; it has an extremely engaging story, strong character development and it's... well, undeniably charming.Despite the second game being similar in framework when comparing the original, it still has it's very own defining moments and features. This especially involves it's drastically different characters and riveting story. However, I found that the characters and developent of the overall story shared that same "uneasy" feeling that I originally experienced. For many people who are familiar with the Danganronpa franchise, it has a very prominent disturbing element. For me, I find that these "over the top" moments are what really captivate me. The game also tends to play with dark, twisted humor which make a lot of these dramatic events that much more enticing.I've said this before, but Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc easily became one of my favorite games.Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair continues to grow my undying love for the series.Despite the fact that visual novels have a small audience, I am absolutely astonished and truly believe it is worth looking into if you're at least interested in this genre.

Popular Post MoreTheVictim
#100 & Trophy 5000: WATCH DOGS (PS3) 100% Clear This is the platinum trophy and is unlocked automatically when all the trophies have been unlocked. 13th Sep 2014 3:35:05 PM Yeah definitely one of my favorite games ever. I really loved it. I especially loved the online hacking part, messing with people while they are trying to find you. Like standing on the bus stop or hiding in the bushes, great fun I thought the game had a decent story and didn't find it repetitive at all. The side missions and investigations were great too. The drinking game, however, was completely unneccesary and I doubt anyone enjoyed doing that. The Wards version was very easy and I won all 10 levels without failing once but The Loop version took me longer and was very frustrating, even after the patch. I was glad when I finally beat Pawnee level 10. I shot the guy and ran away after I beat level 10. The graphics were really bad and they could have done a better job at that, I don't know why they didn't, they even delayed it. Making this game my 100th platinum and trophy 5000 was a very good choice and I'm happy to have it now. I'm looking forward to the sequel and I'll also be getting WD on PS4 once I have my PS4. Here are some fun stats I had when I obtained my 100th platinum: PSN Level 27, 27% 140,745 points 3229 bronze 1268 silver 403 gold 124 games played 115 completed 97,41% completion 164 unearned trophies 4,94 trophies per day And to those who care. here is some short gameplay of me earning the platinum:

Plus, if you say that Riku has a "crush" on Kairi, then why doesn't he say anything to her in Kingdom Hearts 2 where he had more opportunities than Sora did? It's been a while since I played KH2, but I think it's because Riku feels guilty about his actions in KH1 and doesn't wants to face Sora and Kairi. Also did you notify Kishi that you're married to Hinata? Now Naruto will end up with Sakura .
will-guy-bebe
My latest is the last of us. All the superlatives have already been used to describe that game so I cant add anything original to explain how good it was. I really dont like mp trophies but I thought tlou approach to multiplayer was good, much more tactical than some ive played, reaching week 12 twice was a bit annoying though
