Popular Post Alex_Garbar
Bioshock (March 30th), then Bioshock Infinite (April 3rd) shortly after! Skipping Bioshock 2 due to the multiplayer grind! No set in stones plan for my next platinum, but looking at Deus Ex, Bloodborne, Any of the Assassin's Creeds, Final Fantasy 7, or something to that effect.

You know back in the PS2 era, Persona 4, Samurai Warriors 2 Empires and this game is the only games I've clock in over 100+ hours. Ahh good times... Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#105 - Battleship This was a surprisingly fun game. I expected some half-arsed cash grab that typically goes hand in hand with movie titles. Well, I was wrong... it's a solid shooter, that varies weapon damage on distance to the target. It's been ages since I played a shooter that had that in consideration. The naval part was well implemented and felt great to play. It's not too difficult except the 6th level which has a tricky part, but other than that even the highest difficulty isn't too bad. The most annoying thing is the grind for 200 kills with support fire from the ships. I'm fairly certain that the guide on trophies.org is incorrect, and it actually has to be specifically the artillery support and not missiles or others for it to count towards the trophy. Anyhow, solid game that should be available for a steal. Enjoyment: 7 Difficulty: 3

Popular Post vampiresarego
#36 - Wolfenstein: The New Order (PS4) 3 Apr 2016 Wolfenstein master 2 weeks, 5 days, 2 hours What can be said about Wolfenstein that hasn't been said up to this point. This game was incredibly fun!!! To get the platinum I had to play through this game 3 times. You can easily achieve the platinum on one play through, but I don't roll like that. I started on "normal" difficulty and just played the game through. Then I went back and played it through on Uber, doing the chapter select, and getting the rest of the collectibles. Unfortunately, the trophy didn't pop for me, making me have to go back and play it for a third time. I decided to give one of the bonus modes, specifically the "999" mode a try, before the trophies I needed popped. Not once, during any of those 3 play through's did I ever wish I was doing something else. Great game. I would highly recommend this game to anyone. Superb job Machinegames. Keep up the good work. BLAZKO!!!!
Popular Post Suicide_Tortuga
#125. No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise Welcome to the Garden of Madness Man gotta love playing another Suda51 game because it's just awesome and over the top in every way. Travis Touchdown is the man, only he can get bored while in a mission and start dreaming about another game. The only down side is play though it 3 times. Bitter mode wasn't too bad only died like 2 times and S ranks were easy to get on my last playthough. I really hope will get another No More Heroes game and bring No More Heroes 2 to PlayStation already man!!! Popular Post NotAFoxAnymore
Platinum #24 - Helldivers (PS4) The epitome of Super Earth My first Ultra Rare plat, hopefully there's more to come in the near future. This game is honestly a lot of fun, definitely better than I expected. The game never truly ends which I like and the friendly fire mechanics made things more interesting. This is an easy game trophy-wise, as all the hard trophies have exploits, but would be harder and also a lot more boring solo. I highly recommend that you play this with friends. I played this mainly with Chemergy and zR_Downlinkz, but also played with some other people from here occasionally from PSNP including Superbuu3, thegirltom, StewartBros, ihadalifeb4this, and probably some other that I've forgotten sorry. For the last few levels I played with randoms a lot farming seigemech (as you can see from the screenshot) and oh wow...play one match with randoms and you'll see why I recommend playing with friends. They're awful, like beyond awful. So yeah, a fun but grindy plat which I'll still be playing to get the 100%, and maybe sometimes afterwards. Popular Post starcrunch061
Plat #162: Okage: Shadow King. This game was perpetually on the discount rack back in the day, and I never picked it up. I probably would have been disappointed then (given the excellent state of JRPGs back in 2001), but in 2016, it really hit the spot. It's still a B-rate game, but B is the new A when it comes to JRPGs. I enjoyed it much more than I should have (despite the hurried finish), and was glad for the purchase (at $7.50, it felt like the proper price point for a PS2 game). Popular Post DamagingRob
#120- Strider(PS4) Strider Master Earn all Trophies in Strider If I hadn't been just sitting there, and pressed once, while waiting for the trophies to pop, the bottom pic would have made a much better Platinum image.. Snapped a screenshot, anyways. 2:35:15 probably won't break any world records, but it'll do. I'd been wanting to play this since I tried the demo way back when. It certainly lived up to my expectations; game was a a blast! Much more challenging than a 3/10, though, in my opinion. I died less in Bastion. :/ I'd give it a 5/10, at least. Popular Post black__bunny
#31 Final Fantasy XIII This is my second game from the Final Fantasy world, only having played FFX on ps2 before this. I had seen the very mixed reviews about this and wasn't too sure if I would enjoy it or not, but decided I would try it for myself with no expectations. I guess if you have been a loyal player of the series since the beginning I might have shared some negatives about this but I really thought it was a great game. The only negative thing about the game itself - the story. Just couldn't follow it and usually had only a basic idea of what was going on. Everything else was great, I enjoyed the characters, the battles/fights, the locations. Except for Treasure Hunter, the trophies were very straight forward and not trouble some at all. This would be a much quicker plat if hours of grinding wasn't needed for a single trophy. As long as you use a guide from the start to prevent having to start again after missing an item you can't go back for, it's not too much of a pain. There are a lot worse/grindy trophies than this one. Overall, I really enjoyed the game and will probably pick up Lightning Returns at some stage.

Popular Post minh2t
Platinum #65: Senran Kagura Estival Versus Great upgrade to Shinovi Versus! The Shinobi Girl Hearts stories are still entertaining to do and fun to learn more about each characters. Even with such a big cast, I think each girl brings something to the game. I have to say, Creative Finish are.. very creative haha. Trophies this time around were very straightforward, I didn't delete any patches and didn't need any grinding to buy out the store. I'm also glad the patch added some free extra missions. Especially the 2 Special Missions which included an advertisement for the Estival Versus Anime OAV. I honestly wouldn't have known about it. (Contrary to the game, the OAV is uncensured o.o) Overall, a fun game and also a fun platinum. Platinum #66: ラブライブ! School idol paradise Vol.1 Printemps Not much to say, the sub-unit songs were pretty good compared to the two other games. Thanks a lot to bladesoframen and SatoshiOokami for the easy to use trophy guide. Platinum too easy to get, and the game isn't enough to satisfy my rhythm game craving. Thinking of getting IA/VT or Senran Kagura Bon Appetit next.

Popular Post Jacob_Neal01
#15 Star Wars Battlefront Man, I'm so happy with this one. My first (hopefully of many) ultra rare platinum. Worked on it for a while at a reasonable persons rate, then did the last 10 levels in 3 days. I've not had enough sleep I absolutely love Star Wars and so I love having a platinum for it. The game is good, but if you don't like the specific game modes they have or whatever, its not for you. Quite a repetitive game in all honesty. Seeing a campaign would have been nice but we got missions instead. Oh well Edited April 7, 2016 by Jacob_Neal01
