Popular Post Radebe78
#96 BATTLEFIELD 3 Platinum Trophy And 100% ? This was a journey! Over 60+ hours in multiplayer....Going for level 45, which was my last trophy before platinum, was a pain and a huge grind! Campaign was fun and playing those co-op missions was huge fun, going through them with a friend. We had some difficulties but eventually mowed through them! These days most people, as far what I saw, is playing Team Deathmatch on Noshrs Canals, you know what map I am referring. And how it looks nowadays? Well, bunch of bunny hoppers and shotgun wielders on the server(s) which have (mostly) one rule...only one rule - NO SHOTGUNS. F*ck all of those bitches who run around and 1-shot kill all of the people playing by the rules. Even some who are level 100...Soo you been around for a while, you know game inside-and-out, you`ve maxed the freaking level, you know the rules - it is written on the screen just before match starts! What the f-ck are you doin`? And I get my ass thrown from the server (luckily it was 1 day ban, so I was returning the next evening) for not doing anything against those same rules, only for killing some schmuck who climbs on top of the containers and spam endless amounts of C4 on our heads. So I am killed once, then twice...dude I`m coming for you....After I kill him, I got the message saying that I was banned. Who did I just wasted? Admin, his friend, server owner/host....Dude, however you are - don`t throw me (or anybody else) for wasting your sorry ass from the pile of containers....You have half-a-dozen people running with cannons which is against your own rule, pay attention! Ooook....rant over! #97 Arcade Game Series: Pac-man Retro Gamer Impossible for me without save exploit. I so suck at this game...
afc-razor-84
14 hours ago, FarSideOfSaturn said: #14 - Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Legend - Obtain all trophies Enjoyment - 9/10 Difficulty - 5/10 I don't even know where to begin, so I'll tell you a couple of stories instead. 1. So my objective is to eliminate a guy holed up in a heavily defended building, meanwhile there's a chopper on the way that'll be picking him up and flying him away in around ten minutes. So I throw on my sneaking suit and bring a silenced weapon with me and a pair of night vision googles, that's it. Once I'm dropped off just outside the base I find a high vantage point and begin scanning patrolling soldiers, none of them are my target so we're going in. I pick a lock in the gate, crawl around a couple of guards and search from building to building. I don't find him, and the chopper arrives. My targets giving a tour to a guest arriving on the chopper, so I find a shadowy spot in the distance and keep watch over the door. A couple of minutes later, my target appears. He's out of range so I try to get closer, only for him to speed off to the other side of the base in a truck. Then I remember he'll be leaving the base by chopper once the tour is over. So I back off to a quiet area and call for some C4 to be dropped to my position. So, C4 in hand I sneak my way over to the chopper's landing zone and stick some on the ground. Then I retreat and wait for the chopper to land again so my target to get on board ...you can figure out the rest right? 2. That got me an A rank. This time round, I need an S rank. On the prep screen I'm wondering what's the fastest way to get to him? Suit up in battle dress and run for it? Nah. Sneak back in but do it faster? Nah. Instead, since I know which building he's in and what he looks like now I perch myself about 200m away on a hill. Pop some pills to keep my hands steady, then take aim with my sniper rifle...again, you know the rest And that's The Phantom Pain. Maybe we didn't get answers to the questions we had, but we did get a game that challenges us to strategize, adapt and improvise unlike anything else in the series and one hell of a feeling of accomplishment time after time when even our most ridiculous plans pay off. The Phantom Pain's one hell of a long ride if you're going for the platinum, but it's one hell of a ride. Congrats mate bet that took u a good few 100 hours to platinum? I'm thinking about getting it but I don't have any mgs logic as I've only played the ps1 version and mgs ground zero for 5 minutes, I loved the ps1 version has I'm a massive stealth fan but I'm more of a splinter cell fan I just hope one day "OLD" sam fisher will make a comeback, loved conviction and blacklist but without the mp. Either way fantastic platinum for your collection well done bud!? https://psnprofiles.com/guide/5923-mr-massagy-trophy-guide this is a bad one but a plats a plat right guys, fun 4/10 diff 1/10

Popular Post Donkrieg1011
Plat #60: God of War 3 Remastered Playing this game again on PS4 is just so much fun. The combat is at its best here and the puzzles don't feel forced anymore. The game was a breeze to run through with the exception of the Labyrinth, which took quite a few tries to complete . Overall, this is undoubtedly the best game in the franchise. Just need to finish Chains of Olympus and I will be ready for GoW4 Edited April 7, 2017 by Donkrieg1011

Either way fantastic platinum for your collection well done bud! Thanks man. I finished with over 400 hours on the clock But I was taking my time and got really into the base development/staff management side of the game. I'd say if you buy it and went straight for the platinum it's doable in 80 - 100 hours. I've never played a Splinter Cell so I can't really compare it. What I can say is although the game gives you the choice to go in guns blazing, the rewards for taking the stealth approach are much greater so it still encourages that kind of play. Not to mention Metal Gear took to the open world genre like a duck to water which I wasn't expecting at all. The world itself could have been more populated and had more stuff to do but the gameplay I think is the best in the series. I genuinely enjoyed every single second of that 400+ hours so I'd definitely recommend it to anyone into the stealth genre. There is a sense though among some Metal Gear fans that the story was a letdown, most of it was relegated to cassette tapes that you can listen to whenever, rather than the cutscenes that Metal Gear is famous for. But since you're not a legacy fan that would probably work in your favour unless you're really interested in listening to what happened in the years leading up to the events of the Phantom Pain. I'd maybe go back to Ground Zeros, if you like that then you'll definitely enjoy the Phantom Pain too. Hope that helps!

Popular Post Sylan Vos
#28 - Deus Ex: Human Revolution This has to be one of the best games I have ever played. I honestly loved everything about it: the plot, the characters (Adam Jensen was a really strong and charismatic protagonist), the voice acting, the soundtrack (that Icarus Main Theme ?), everything really. It gives the player plenty of different ways to complete the objectives so the gameplay is varied. I've played it 3 times always keeping me entertained and engaged. Definitely a must play in my opinion!
Popular Post Spartan
Got two Plats recently, so I'll post both. All trophies obtained - Obtained all Horizon Zero Dawn trophies.Platinum #84 God damn, this game is fucking beautiful. I probably spent close to 3 hours just admiring the details that Guerilla Games put into it. This is likely going to be my Game of the Year. Platinum #85 - Deponia unlocked! Complete every trophy of the game.Got this the other day when I purchased the THQ Nordic bundle. I noticed that it was a short Plat right off the bat, so I queued it up overnight to download. Quite an enjoyable Point & Click Adventure. If you've got a spare $15 USD laying around, pick up the bundle.

Popular Post D-Tron
I gotta keep these short. I technically earned them over my spring break over a week ago but now break is over and now school life is taking over my life in reality and in game form (Persona 5). #122 - Day of the Tentacle Remastered OCD A great game by double fine productions. It was short and sweet but that's all it really needed to be. I tried navigating the menus in classic mode and that would be nearly impossible without a mouse. Really glad they helped tailor the game for a controller scheme. Also, I hate stereo systems now. Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 #123 - Severed Made Whole Drinkbox is slowly becoming one of my favorite indie developers. I had to make sure this wasn't a vita exclusive game because as cool as it was for Drinkbox to make it exclusively for the Vita originally, this game is too good to not be enjoyed by others. I didn't think I would enjoy a fruit ninja dungeon crawling game but drinkbox made it happen. Though it's visually similar to Guacamelee, It's hard to believe these same people developed that game because this just seems so off the beaten path for them. Ya done good, Drinkbox, ya done good. Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 And how about it for 1000 pages of platinums! That's a ton of platinums!? Popular Post demonoutcast
#40 - Fallout New Vegas Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 One of my favorite games of all time, next to Fallout 2. With not many games holding my interest, I ended up buying a PS3 all over again to revisit this masterpiece. It didn't freeze as much like it did on xbox 360 but I'd say this version was more kind to me. As a personal goal I promised myself to fully percent in under 7 days, and ended up completing it in 3 ? Such an awesome game to return to and rekindle the nostalgia I've had in summer 2012. Edited April 9, 2017 by demonoutcast

Popular Post JaM
weeee 1000th page #165 FreezeME THE FREEZENATOR! Get all the previous trophies I am a very optimistic person, I always find a bright side or a silver lining of every cloud. So, I will try my best to say something good about this game. well... here it goes... hmmm... soooo... MC wears glasses so it is a plus (at least for me). what else... uhmmmm... This one has Cat as a main villain. The trophy images are quite creative with the numbering (don't give me that look, I am doing trying to find something good to say about this game) sooo, here comes the rant summary/review So the game started with a Meganekko and her talking dog friend(?) having a normal when all of a sudden Fat the Cat (no, I am not being mean, the villain's name is Fat the Cat) suddenly appear and kidnapped your talking dog pal... cause apparently, that is one way for cats to rule the world, kidnap talking dogs. So you control the Meganekko to save your friend... how? by collecting these Golden Boxes that are needed to open more worlds/map or whatever you call it and wander aimlessly cause you don't have a clue how this things make senses, then collect more Golden Boxes to finally have an access to the place where your friend is being held captive. so, after finally reaching the place where Fat the Cat is waiting while you are cursing for the last hour just trying to get to where he/she is, you will have your showdown, and once you have thought you have defeated Fat the Cat, it will troll you and escape. Then then finally, you and the MC had something in common - entering Rage Mode because you are pissed off and just wanted to finish the game ASAP. What happened next? I dunno and I actually don't care, I finally had the ability to finally get the remaining trophies. But if I will guess the ending of this game, it will be me exiting the game > Pressing Option > Choosing Delete. So ok, the story is not that good, maybe it has at least good gameplay and experience right? yeaaaaaaah...NOPE. The camera is terrible and bad controls. Well at least the graphics is quite nice for me. Maybe I will appreciate or even like this game if I imagine that this is a direct port of a N64 game. tl;dr - STAY AWAY. Would recommend if you are either a pure masochist or would want to vent out your anger on a video game and be frustrated for hours. Oh, and lastly, I am at 30~ in Fastest Achiver, if you played and platted the game faster than me, feel free to approach me so that I could give you a pat in the back and will say "you poor guy/gal".
