Popular Post Tomoko Kuroki
Mortal Kombat X Amazing game, extremely fun, easy to pick up. Went from favorite to second favorite after playing GG Xrd, but it's definitely my best fighter. Played a lot of versus and online matches. Great game, but eventually stopped playing because online was starting to be filled with lag issues, after my 300th~ game I started seeing a lot of lag, maybe was just bad luck though. Popular Post Floriiss
#113: DmC Devil May Cry Platinum Trophy Collect all DmC Devil May Cry™ Trophies Another sweet platinum in the bag! This one is for DmC Devil May Cry. Having played and platted the whole DMC trilogy it was weird to see the new Dante at first. I really had to get used to his new look, but to be honest it wasn't that bad. What surprised me the most was the fact that this one was quite easy. Dante Must Die mode didn't gave me any trouble. The only hard part about this road to platinum was to get SSS-rank on all missions on Nephilim. Almost every mission went smooth but two missions gave me some trouble. What I really liked was that you were able to combine so many attacks. Chaining up these combo's was awesome. The story was awesome too. Didn't expect that ending though!

Popular Post Nihiris-
#54: Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls Pragmatism's Last Reward Earned every other trophy in the game Despair is beaten for a third time! Should have finished this a long time ago, but I finally got it! Really fun game even though the controls were a bit wonky at first, but after I disabled the auto-aim ability I got used to it. The story was really well done and there were a lot of dark themes, more dark than Danganronpa 1 & 2. Felt reallllllly good shooting the crap out of all those Monokumas Also the game achieved the impossible, it made me actually like Toko lol
Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #82 Dark Souls II The Dark Soul As a big Souls game fan, I can say without a doubt that this game is the weakest in the series. Not that it's bad mind you, I actually think the opposite. It's just not quite the masterpieces that the other games are. This entry had some questionable decisions such as enemies that stop respawning after you kill them a certain amount of times. Not only did this make farming for items much harder, it also made the game easier since you could just clear a safe pathway to the boss. I also found this game to be pretty cheap in areas such as the Shrine of Amana. It made certain character builds essentially useless and pretty much forced you to use ranged weapons or else succumb to the dreaded homing death balls. I never found other Souls games to be cheap. To me, they were always challenging but fair, which is not how this game feels at times. I do think the game deserves some praise for the amount of varied areas it has though. You're encouraged to explore them too as you may be able to find something to affect the coming boss fight and make it a little easier on yourself. That's a pretty great addition. Getting the platinum is pretty straight forward. As with most Souls games, the challenge comes from the games difficulty itself, which I must say, is greatly exaggerated. Chances are that you'll get the majority of them from a blind first playthrough. The only trophy that took me a while to get was the one for getting all miracles. You need to collect 30 sunlight medals for one of them and the two ways of getting them are by either helping people out in co-op or grinding some enemies with a stupidly low drop rate. By the time I was in NG+, my soul memory (another dumb addition) was too high to get summoned for co-op, so I was stuck grinding for a good 15 hours or so. Fun times... So yeah, it's a good game but if you're new to the series, I'd recommend starting elsewhere. They did make some worthwhile additions to the PS4 version which would definitely be the version to check out if you're interested. I know I'll most likely be picking it up at some point. Popular Post MesopithecusUK
#76. Ni No Kuni Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 I started this two years ago and it sat at 2% in my backlog until late September, when after much poking by people on here and encouragement from my husband, I went back to it. I almost regret leaving it sat at 2% for so long as this is a lovely little game - I restarted from scratch and found enjoyment almost instantly and then even more so when I started capturing familiars. I spent a lot of time during the game capturing familiars that I ended up really overpowered so most boss battles were a breeze, I never really encountered any difficulty (not even with the Solosseum or Guardian of Worlds) and I had pretty good luck with grinding the items needed for Alchemy. The game bundles up many of the elements I enjoy in RPGs and puts them all into one. Admittedly I did hit a little bit of a slump before the final bosses, and I thought the ending was a little bit anti-climatic but it didn't really detract from my overall enjoyment of the game

Really, really enjoyed this. Even the School Mode grind wasn't too bad. Popular Post Omar
#68 - Driveclub #UniteInSpeed - Collect all of the other trophies .Achieved: October 1st, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 8 .Enjoyment: 10 I had been craving for a good racing game for quite a while now. When Driveclub made its way to PS+, I decided to give it a try. From that point on, it was a 6-week-long journey of non-stop driving. I literally played little to no other stuff, I got extremely hooked. The game really clicked on me to the point that it is now one of my favorite PS4 titles to date and the amount of content it brings putting both the game and its DLC together is staggering. I decided to tackle it all in one sitting, mainly because the difficulty curve in this game is unforgiving, and the DLC picks up at the endgame level of skill required, so a hiatus would've hurt me bad. I loved the challenge posed by some time trials and races, even if it felt at points slightly frustrating (the AI borderlines unrealistic perfection in their driving sometimes). The feeling overall is that of a tough, yet achievable challenge that I thoroughly enjoyed. I hope Evolution keeps investing in this concept, whether through more DLC or a new iteration (or both ), they have me on board for as long as Driveclub wants to last Edited October 3, 2015 by Omar
Popular Post azariaspice
Minecraft: PS3 Edition I thoroughly enjoy playing Minecraft and I had a few friends over that wanted to try it. Three days of 10-12 hours sessions and we were able to get to The End and platinum it. We had such a blast trying to get to the End Portal and it just made it that much more satisfying to go in. This is my second Minecraft platinum, the first being the PS4 Edition.

Popular Post Aela
22 Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition Rating: 9/10 Difficulty: 8.5/10 I have quite the story to tell with this game. But when this game first came out for PS+, I had no intention of adding it to my profile. Instead, I played it on my old account - until I finally decided that I'd like a rare-ass platinum. Back in December, it was a gratifying thought, thinking of attaining all of this game's trophies, and I knew It'd be inevitable that I would, and well, I now have I took a gamble with Injustice. I had only ever played it at my friend's house when I stayed over, once. I had no previous experience with this game. The only fighting game I'm really good at is Soulcalibur V, so when I add any other fighting game to my profile, there's a risk that I may not be able complete it due to difficulty, no matter what, I'll get the platinum because I'm always determined The most difficult trophies on this game are Ultimate Battler and World's Finest. Ultimate Battle requires you to complete 20 battles, but it's only the last 2 battles that make this trophy so rare "The Max", and "Impossible". The Max requires you to defeat 10 CPU in a row on the hardest difficulty, without losing once. Impossible requires you to defeat 24 characters in a row without losing once, too, but there's a catch, your health doesn't renew with each enemy you defeat. It only increases depending on what you do during the fight (using interactables, combo length, etc), and the most you can increase it is by 65%, and the difficulty of each CPU slowly increases, but still isn't too hard even at the 24th enemy. I found the Impossible rather easy, but The Max took me around 8 tries to complete at first When first going for the Ultimate Battler trophy, once I had thought I had completed all the battles, it perplexed me as to why the trophy didn't pop... So I actually did all but 2 of the battles again thinking it could trigger it, the 2 battles I didn't do again were The Max and well.... the 4th one it turned out I had actually missed in the first place... But I have now done The Max another 3 times out of boredom, and so now I'm very confident for when I'm going to attain the platinums for the US and PS3 versions of the game The World's Finest trophy is to complete all the original 240 lab missions with 3 stars. The lab missions themselves aren't exactly agonisingly difficult, but some of them can be insanely tedious and actually do require luck on your part. It felt horrible, for example, beating a very annoying lab mission, to then see you have over 100 left to do. It really did increase my apathy towards them, and that's why I had done just over 100 of them near the beginning of the year, and then left the rest to do months later. Luckily there is also a lot of easy lab missions, too, and so it felt good to be greeted with an easy one straight after completing a hard one The 2 hardest trophies aside, it's now time for the grindiest one: The Hero We Deserve, which requires you to reach level 100. This trophy has been to worst grind trophy I've attained to date on my profile. Out of boredom, using a level up method which only required one hand and single button taps, I actually figured out all the calculation with my other hand. The most effective way to level up is to get a boosting partner, and get a 50 win streak, this gives you x10 xp. After that, purchase x5 xp from the archives. In total you'll have x15. Then head to the Hall of Justice on multiplayer versus mode with Doomsday and go to the far right by the robot and keep pressing the interactable button. The maximum times you can interact is 90 per minute, getting 50 xp each time: 90*50 = 4500*15 = 67500 xp per minute. 67500*60 = 4050000 xp per hour (level 100 is 50,796,671 xp) (literally 65,466 button clicks later, and I had finally attained the trophy) Leveling up manually is no doubt another reason as to why the platinum on the PS4 is so rare, whereas on the PS3, turbo controllers exists. I spent 14 hours alone getting this trophy I better not type too much, I guess (HAH). But overall, Injustice in my opinion is a very good fighting game. To platinum the game isn't exactly easy, but in no way, shape or form should it be the current rarity that it is on the PS4. If you want to base this game's difficulty off of rarity, then look at the PS3 version of this game, because it's a lot more accurate. I've also made this platinum my 1337th trophy I'm also aiming to attain the PS3 and PS4 US Injustice platinums (I already own the PS3 version), because I'm extremely confident with this game now, and I wouldn't mind a couple of more ultra rare platinums, especially another one under 0.10%, despite it not even living up to that rarity in terms of difficulty 29 & 30 Injustice: Gods Among Us Rating: 9/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Whelp - I've finally done it. I've now attained the PS3 and PS4 US platinums of Injustice These games were a hell of a lot easier this time round (which is to be expected, anyway) I don't have much to state about Injustice that isn't already stated in my original, quoted posted of the EU version. However I did all the battles in battle mode first attempt on the US version But the Max and Impossible took a few tries on the PS3 version (I'll just blame that on the fact that the PS3 version isn't as smooth as its PS4 peer ) Oh, but here's some statistics that I've accumulated over the course of playing and platting these 3 games: Completed 720 star lab missions with 2160 stars in total Completed The Max 8 times, and Impossible 5 times 2012 wins and 395 losses (excluding the online wins and losses, as they were due to boosting) Obtained 183,303,789 xp (level 100 is 50,796,671 xp) Spent around 28 hours, with over 132,000 button taps to attain level 100 status on both the PS4 versions Roughly spent around 200~ hours in total to plat all 3 (purchased a rapid-fire controller for the PS3 version... fuck doing that level 100 grind again) Apparently the pre-patched PS3 version of Injustice is a lot easier in terms of CPU (for battles such as The Max), but I found it unplayable due to the lag, so I had to do this game with the patch (I was looking forward to it being a lot easier, too ) My Injustice journey actually ends one game short... for I have not done the Vita version... I will not touch this version due to it playing absolutely horribly, and the fact that due to it being the Vita, you're unable to use the level up method that you're able to use on the PS3 and PS4... meaning the level 100 grind will actually take around 40-50 hours Shout outs go to: ChemicalSlave, er_campanario, mody94_Station, ReimiSaionji974, Xx-King-Cob-Xx and zajac9999 for either helping or just being cool doods Oh, and, I just need to be a twat and state the fact that Ethan Ruhkillmeez is just a big, floppy noob. I've platted another 2 versions of Injustice whereas he's not even finished the star labs on one version, yet... Injustice has been fun... but it's now sucked me dry. Popular Post D-Tron
#75 - Persona 4: Dancing All Night Dancing All Night With this one that leaves just 25 left to go to get into the cool kids club! After playing this game I can officially say there is no such thing as a bad Persona game. I was iffy about it at first. I just wanted dancing persona waifus to enjoy a good rhythm game once in a while and thankfully this one didn't let down. The franchise already has a stellar soundtrack to begin with and this game is visually astounding for a Vita game. I was genuinely surprised at how good the story was. It was a bit cheesy here and there and the story came up with a pretty dumb way to try and make everyone dance, but it was far from bad. Only two downsides: 1. There is no dancing Igor! Why do people want dancing Dojima in this game when you could have Igor? Combine him with one sparkly glove, a fedora and a dancing cane and you've got the best dancer of the cast right there. 2. It was so easy and short to get nowhere near as close as the other P4 games. I'm not getting into best girl either. Because we all know it's... not Chie. Popular Post SkyesUnholy
Teslagrad Full Completion Find all 36 scrolls in the game A rather unique platinum revolved around collectibles only, but still an enjoyable experience nonetheless. I actually enjoyed some of the challenges that presented themselves while trying to obtain some scrolls. I don't know why, but I just subconsciously enjoy the trial-and-error sort of challenges. Obtaining Protective Father in particular was interesting - when I finally nailed the upward navigation of the beam for the first time, flash-stepping and dodging the electricity when necessary, I actually also forgot to press the button in which to make the scroll move And because I made it to the top, I forced a checkpoint there. Sooo, I had to backtrack the beam downwards in reverse to force the checkpoint right at the button only to have to go back up the beam all over again I don't play much indie games overall, but I liked this for what it was.
