Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #119 Severed Made Whole Obtain every trophy in the game I wasn't expecting too much going in as I usually don't play games like this, so I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not, but I'm happy to say that I ended up really enjoying it. What made me most skeptical about it was how it's a game that heavily relies on touch controls, which I usually hate, but it's done so well here that I can't fault it. I never felt like I was just mindlessly swiping the screen to do damage. It was also pretty damn satisfying to slice the limbs of the enemies, and even better, you're rewarded for doing that as you use the body parts to upgrade your character. When you're not battling enemies, you're either exploring or trying to figure out puzzles. I don't consider myself to be that great at puzzles, but even so, I managed to figure them out without too much trouble. Thankfully I never reached a point of frustration. The game is pretty short. It took me just under 10 hours to 100% all the areas and get the plat, but I didn't see that as a particularly bad thing. It didn't overstay its welcome at least. Also props to Drinkbox for making a Vita exclusive when most other western devs have abandoned the system. I'm glad I supported them since it also turned out to be a very enjoyable game. Popular Post Senbon Kaguya
#176 - Ratchet and Clank Full Frontal Assault The Collector Collect all trophies. Well that didn't take me long which resulted me in getting 5th fastest, but I had fun with what they offered in this game. Its pretty much a tower defense R&C, which was pretty cool but I still prefer the regular gameplay more. Story wise, it's great for 5 levels and they bring back a character you met back in Going Commando I believe it was. Music wise still good as ever, my favorite track is the 4th level's. All in all, if you have some time to spare and want to enjoy a R&C game, definitely play this. Oh and it looks amazing as well.

Popular Post markcavan
#91 - LEGO MARVEL Super Heroes: Universe in Peril on PSVita (25th plat of 2016) It's the typical cut down Lego game that we get on the PSVita, so a large number of very short levels combined and a large number of challenges to complete. Its perfect for the Vita and I played it most evenings while also watching some TV. Easy plat but does take a little bit of time to complete. Overall 4/10 enjoyment with a 2/10 for difficultly.

Popular Post playdemos1
#67 - Sly Cooper Thieves in Time (PS Vita) | #68 - Sly Cooper Thieves in Time (PS3) Note: (I just played the vita version basically, I think that the PS3 version is a far superior in performance after playing it a little bit while the trophies pop after the cross save function, anyway I will review based on my experience on Vita) Enjoyment: 5/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Story: I was kind of hyped to play this game, since I played the trilogy and I like Sly Cooper a lot since kid. The story mode is cool, it's not that kind of amazing experience but it's the normal good game, I think was funny the way the introduce the characters from Sly family, my fav was Bob But I got a little disappointed with the Penelope role in the game... I was expecting at least that she appeared at the end giving some useful help to redeem herself from what she did. (a character role in the game), and with the ending of the game, I know that's a secret ending but even the secret ending didn't really "end" the game. Well we will see. The other details like gameplay and graphics and that stuff, well I think it's a huge difference between vita and ps3, sometimes vita seems to lag a little bit, but it's not a big deal. The gameplay it's good, a good variety of abilities in almost all the characters. The graphics on vita are a little bit poor, thing are more squared let's say... Trophies: I think they are not a big deal, but a lot of collectibles are needed, I think they should use the collectibles to reward the player, I think from the bottles the unique reward was the ability to see on the map other bottles and this just in one map (third episode). The masks unlock some extras, ok cool, but when I need every bottle to unlock the best extra, at the same time means that I am finished almost with the game was the case cause I let the masks to the end. The only problem was having to be careful about navigate like drake trophy, s*cks... and arcade games... really... what the hell... who will think that making a arcade game with the vita motion... that's just to f*cks us, congrats you made it sanzaru games... Oh well I guess that worth even more if we can cross save I just found out when I was at the middle of the game, I was looking for the game here on PSNP, and I was looking at the platinum % in PS3 and I saw topics about cross save. Thank you guys ahah see ya soon!!!!

Popular Post vampiresarego
#38 - Uncharted 4: A Thief's End (PS4) 1st Jun 2016 One Last Time 3 weeks, 4 days, 23 hours Is this really the last game in the series? What a way to go out! I will go on the record as saying that Uncharted 4 is easily the best game in the series, and easily the best game on the console (so far). The instant that I booted up this game, the visuals were stunning, and I was blown away. From the opening boat ride at the beginning, to the sandy beaches at the end, I was amazed at how beautiful this game was. The story was epic, engaging, and perfectly paced for a game of this nature. Touching on adventure, lose, and poignant milestones, this is a game that has it all. As for the gameplay, the balance between stealth action and straight shoot-em-up was perfectly handled. Unlike Last of Us (which I had a problem with) if you decided to do a section stealthily, you were never shoe horned into a shoot out, which was excellent. The platinum for this game is very achievable and is the first one I have gotten since the original Uncharted on PS3. If you haven't played this game yet, I highly recommend you get out there and get it. Prepare to be swept away in the world of Nathan Drake once again, and relish in an adventure of a lifetime. Thank you Naughty Dog for an amazing series, and I can't wait to see what they do next. SAM!!!
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#119 - Bully I'm still wondering why some many think that this is a great game... I found it to be average at best. It's so cliché, it's sickening. It's not funny, the story is poor, controls aren't all that good and all you get is fetch quests. I found it fairly dull for the most time, The races bring a decent enough change, as do the jobs, but even those get repetitive very fast. Had a couple of times where the ground would disappear and become see through,, as well as other graphical glitches that apparently no one could be bothered to fix for the port. Popular Post Lilseb93
#41 Sherlock Holmes Crimes & Punishments Difficulty: 2/10 with guide, 5/10 without one If you follow a guide it's a pretty easy plat. Otherwise it may be difficult to get all the endings. Enjoyment: 8/10 I really enjoyed detective/crime drama. I really enjoyed this game. It's really slow so it's not for everybody. My only big complaint is that there was way too many loading screens and travel sequences. Edited June 2, 2016 by Lilseb93

Popular Post D-Tron
Well I finally got back from my two weeks in Alaska. I got to see a lot of wildlife and I saw North America's tallest peak three times! Given how the weather works there that's really impressive because Denali is almost always covered by clouds throughout the year. It was nice to take a break from the electronics (Except my Vita as you can tell I took that one with me) but It's also nice to finally be back home. I managed to score three platinums on my trip and half of one that I just finished on my first day back. #104 - IA/VT Colorful プラチナトロフィー I got 42 of the 50 trophies this game has before I left for Alaska and finished Hard difficulty and the ultimately grindier trophies during my time there. Now I have obtained my first ever Japanese platinum. I have achieved ultimate filthy level of weeb. I only dipped in on this one because I have seen a few other members with this one their profiles and learned this one played a lot like the Project Diva games and it does. It stars a vocaloid (IA, the girl in the platinum image is that vocaloid) and you play through songs by her. The only differences I would say are that the directional buttons are seperate from the face ones and hard difficulty in this game is nowhere near as hard as Project Diva's (and there's no Diva Room! ). It was an interesting experience to say the least. There wasn't really that much music I liked except maybe re;birth and Inner Arts but Hard mode was really fun. It was annoying at first but I could see myself getting better the more I played it (and I had to tackle step-up mode, basically a challenge mode, in the same difficulty so I had to improve). Fortunately, the menus are not hard to navigate and it doesn't require much reading so if you've never played a Japanese game and are wanting to learn some of it through a game or if you're like me and just like the Project Diva games then I would recommend it. Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 #105 - Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7 All Finished Because I have three of these to show I'll keep this part short and sweet. I like Lego games blah blah blah collectathons blah blah blah can't help myself will probably play more. If memory serves right this was the last Lego game, as well as the only one on the Vita, to release without voices so that's something. Considering I've already seen all of the HP movies I was just keen on skipping the cutscenes and getting through it because all of the grunting, screaming and laughing the minifigures were capable of got a little annoying. I know I've said in the past that the voiceless minifigures add a little bit of charm to the games and they still do but now that I've played a fair share of voiced Lego games and going back to a voiceless one I feel indifferent about it now. Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 6.5/10 #106 - The Lego Movie Videogame Everything is Awesome On the bright side I won't have to listen to that song again becuase it's the pause menu song. Admittedly, I listened to it a few times but I was so done with it when I was done. As much as I loved this movie this game follows the same 10 brick challenge setting that a lot of the handheld Lego games have been following as of late and I hate that. Especially the timed challenges that ironically wasted my time. I wish they had put more of the licensed characters in this game instead of just DC Heroes and Gandalf (I only played the Vita version so maybe they're in the console versions) but what can you do. Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 6/10 #107 - Lego Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin Master of Spinjitzu Started this one during my trip back and finished on my first day back home. This one was interesting; It's based off of a cartoon of one of Lego's original playsets (So a Lego cartoon videogame?) and it's exclusive to 3DS and Vita. It's also a sequel to another Lego Ninjago game but given how basic Lego games are I didn't mind skipping it and boy I'm glad I did because I wouldn't have wanted to spend anymore time with this sad excuse for a cast of characters. Lego Ninjago stars 5 ninjas under the training of their master, Sensei Wu, to harness Spinjitzu (tornado stuff or something like that with elements) and defeat the evil that lurks. They're like the Ninja Turtles or another faction in Senran Kagura except they're nowhere near as cool or awesome. You've got Cole, the black ninja who uses the Earth element who won't stop talking about eating everything. Like non-stop "can I eat this?" He even makes a joke about eating lead that isn't even funny; not cool dood. Then there's Kai, the red Ninja with fire powers that's just kind of there. Zane, the white/silver ninja turned into a robot with Ice powers. I like to call him captain obvious because pointing out the obvious is almost his job. I get you're a robot man but stop telling me I fell from a ledge, a giant boulder is chasing me, etc. We also have Lloyd, the Green ninja who power is...Green Lantern or all of the elements? I still can't figure him out. What I know about him is that he has ultimate power, can't be older than 14 because of his voice and is kind of a Mama's boy. Last but certainly not least is Jay, the blue one with electrical powers. You know how I said earlier the Ninjago are like a completely un cool version of the Ninja Turtles or another faction in SK? Think of Jay as like Michelangelo in TMNT or Hibari from Hanzo Academy; Kind of lazy, kind of stupid and kind of a ditz. While fans of their respective series can like Michelangelo and Hibari because they do all of those in ways you can't help but like, Jay does them all in ways you can't like in any way. He won't stop talking, his jokes are really bad and his personality makes you want to punch him in his stupid, Yellow face. I want him to die many slow and painful deaths. Enough about the characters, the redeeming factor is the gameplay. Because it was handheld exclusive I feel like the gameplay itself is better crafted than previous handheld Lego games. It's still lego but having the various ninjas take advantage of their elements and even having free play areas not accessible from any of the story characters was nice. Instead of 10 gold brick challenges there is only 5 and there's no BS timed challenges either. Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 6.5/10
Popular Post DamagingRob
#129-Table Top Racing: World Tour TTR Legend! Unlock all Trophies Daaaaang, this ended up being really fun and addicting. If you got it through Plus, don't sleep on this one. That 1 million point drift challenge was a real challenge, though. Having played the likes of NFS: Underground and NFS: Carbon, I think I may have been more skilled than others at it. But I still had a tough time with that one. Finally gave up on getting the exploit to work, tried for over an hour, and finally got it legit! What a rush that was. I impress myself sometimes, with some of the things I've been able to accomplish. Thanks to PerryToxteth for boosting the online trophies with me.
