The 3Ds Version is the Main saga while Senran Kagura :Estival versus is a Spin Off if you prefer to have a real story in a game i guess that's why. Stuff such as avatars & themes showing cleavage are banned for now, the EU region received a couple of Blazblue avatars with the character torso being visible, while on the US store only the face is visible in those avatars. The Valkyrie Drive avatars will arrive on the US store in a couple of weeks and those will also be censored, while they aren't on the JP & EU store. I prefer the side scrolling gameplay of Senran Kagura Burst to the 3rd person action of the new games. Just started Estival Versus and the camera angles were pretty awkward at times, in addition to difficulty to target hits where I wanted. I don't think the 3D areas add much value to the gameplay IMO.
