Popular Post Heather342
Update 7 So this week has mainly been dipping in and out of the following games - Spyro 3, Ghost of Tsushima, Two Point Hospital and Alien Isolation. Spyro - not really too much to say here. Just working my way through the levels, collecting gems and eggs and the usual Spyro fare. I got a few more trophies, but I'm trying not to rush this one too soon as I want to pop the plat at the end of the month. Ghost of Tsushima - just continuing to chip away at the multiplayer mode. Only 1 trophy here, I got my first character class to rank 20. Two Point Hospital - I went back to the level that originally halted my momentum when I first got the game. It was the first hospital that had a 3 star objective to get a 90% cure rate. Last year when I played, I'd manage to get up to 85% but then would always immediately have a really bad run of cure failures and deaths which would send the rate plummeting back down again. I just couldn't get it to work, and then my hospital almost went bankrupt. But I started it again from the beginning, and having done some other hospitals in the meantime I unlocked better research projects that can keep the cash flow coming in, so things went a lot better this time around and I finally got that 3 star goal completed ?. Once that was done, I went to a new hospital area for the 'Off The Grid' DLC and earned a few trophies there. Alien Isolation - this is my spooky season pick. I watched @TheLordJusticar play this game when we originally picked it up in 2014 so I kinda know what to expect, but playing it myself for the first time so far has been quite the experience. I feel a constant sense of dread and tension everywhere I go, the noises all around the ship set me on edge (headphones really help add to the atmosphere), and I have screamed a few times when I bumped into androids while I was trying to be sneaky ? but so far it has been great to play. Even though I am playing on easy mode (I always start on easy so I can get my bearings, then do difficulty trophies on subsequent playthroughs), I have already died a few times. I feel that 'One Shot' trophy is going to be pretty tricky. Currently at the start of mission 5. Keep up all the great progress everyone ? Trophy progress: Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon - 26 -> 30% Ghost of Tsushima - 7 -> 8% Two Point Hospital - 49 -> 52% Alien Isolation - 0 -> 15%

I thought the concept was quite good but the repetition drove me insane. Every mission just had a Legion lair to do again and again. Then the idea of online contracts with no online play was absurd and that one trophy made me dislike it myself. Snap! I feel like we had a pretty similar experience with the game by the sounds of it.... I really liked it to begin with myself - and then I quickly realised the whole game amounts to exactly the same thing, as you said - legion lairs until the cows come home. Then it started to really infuriate me as the further I got into it nothing changed, and then despite attempting to start the online contracts right at the start - I still had to actively play the game for about another three or four days until I'd gotten all fifteen of the contracts, or more in my case. Still - we've done it now..... So unless the game starts to haunt our dreams or something equally awful - or they make Agents of Mayhem 2 (could you imagine?) ....... Then we never have to worry about it ever again

Popular Post Eyerule789
Update #1: I'm way behind on my updates, but thankfully I've made some pretty decent progress on my list. Two completions, another nearly complete, and some small progress made on two other games, so all in all not that bad. Swaps: (0 of 5) Color Coding: Green: Completed Yellow: In Progress Black: No Change Red: Newly Added 1) Marenian Tavern Story (PS4) - 0% 2) Arc of Alchemist (PS4) - 0% 3) Code Vein (PS4) - 94% - This one is almost complete, the biggest obstacle in my way is the insane grind for 400 bosses defeated in co-op for the Exalted Reputation trophy and I am not looking forward to that at all. 4) Moonlighter (PS4) - 1% 5) World of Final Fantasy (PS4) - 4% - Not too sure how to feel about this game yet. I love final fantasy games, but this one might not be for me. I'll see if I can grind it out and just skip the story cutscenes, but this might be up for swapping in my next update. 6) Wild Arms 3 (PS4) - 4% 7) Okage: Shadow King (PS4) - 6% 8) Dark Souls 3 (PS4) - 100% (September 25, 2021) - The Dark Souls series is so damn good. I loved this game and getting the platinum was a blast. I never thought I would say this about a souls game but after going through the rest of the series, Dark Souls 3 felt way easier by comparison. It definitely helps that the game runs so smoothly and feels more intuitive than the older games in the series. 9) Dynasty Warriors 7 (PS3) - 100% (September 16, 2021) - I've loved the Dynasty Warriors games since I was a kid and it was good to go back to DW7 to finish it off. The grind to the platinum took way longer than expected, especially since the platinum is basically unachievable through PS NOW as apparently the movies required for a trophy weren't included in digital copies of the game. Thankfully I had my physical copy around so after dusting off the PS3 and replaying the entire story campaign I was able to get the trophy nd grind out the rest of trophies for the completion. 10) Lost Sphear (PS4) - 22% 11) Demon's Souls (PS3) - 2% - Playing through Dark Souls 3 really gave me the itch to play another souls game, so I'm going to back to the original Demon's Souls on PS3. A little rough around the edges, but still a really fun game. Hope everyone else has been enjoying the event and have been making good progress on those completions! Happy hunting everyone!

A swap is when you change one title for another and you can do it five times max unless an exception is made. If you just add it to the list without changing titles, that isn’t a swap. All have to fall within the normal rules. Much appreciated. I'll adjust my additions/swaps on my next update. I might end up doing a Spyro game or two for the trophies against Cancer event. Need more relatively quick/easy completions. I'll be donating $5 for each game I complete, so it is a two fold benefit, fighting cancer and fighting my backlog.

Popular Post DTFds
Time for my first update aswell! Took me some time because Skyrim took way longer then expected and I had to take a little break after that. Watch Dogs (1/11) is done! Super fun, just some trophies are a bite grindy. Thankfully "Social Lubricant" was patched and is now way easier. Still took me like 1 1/2 hours because you have to sober up every time. The 40 Fixer Contracts for "End of Line" also took quite a while. The story still was very fun and the MP trophies were surprisingly fun and easy as well. Took some time to get tailed for "Traced" but it wasn't that bad. I may try 100% in the future but I have enough Watch Dogs for now. Next up: I don't know yet. A PS3 game 100%, either Sly 3 or Lollipop Chainsaw. Not sure yet

Videos like this are quite shocking, almost like false advertisement. I think many people changed their minds in regards to preordering after WD1's release. And for Sly vs Lollipop chainsaw, i think I will go for Sly 3 before LC, its a bit quicker and I want to finish the trilogy first. I love LC tho, played way back in the day. Was quite fun. I hope its still this fun like 7 years later.

Popular Post StilRh
Hi guys. Loving your updates so far, you're all legends This week has been reasonable for me in terms of gaming. I finished the campaign in Judgement and have started the 'premium adventure mode' and its going ok. I accidentally bought the ps5 version and thought I'd lose my ps4 progress when it finished on PS Now, but seems ok so far I spent a few hours with the a DLC campaign in Planetfall with nothing to show for it yet. I've completed a few runs for Hades (omg such an excellent game). I also completed the 'ship' section of Tales of Arise. My partner is an author and likes to watch letsplays when writing. She does dabble in more relaxed and casual games but usually watches lthe likes of Playstation Access and CJU. One of the games she loves is Alan Wake as it was one of the first titles she watched lets players play and also because she loves the references made to writing. Having never played the original and for my partner, I felt only right I give the game a spin. It's dated but has a certain charm to it. I'm playing blind and I feel the million collectables will become a pain before the plat is done. This week I will start Muv Luv Alternate (was last weeks plan but work was all consuming so I've averaged 5 hours of sleep a night, no comfy vita time in bed) and I'm thinking about adding The Riftbreaker when it comes out. A rts survival city builder I've followed in development for a long, long time. I was thinking about Chernobylite if the PS5 version drops this week for my spoopy halloween plat. And maybe a shorter length game like Tales of Iron or Kena bridge of spirits to keep a sense of progress going whilst chipping away at longer games. Popular Post damcrac5
First update of the month: I decided to start Demon's Souls for PS5. I was a bit nervous as this was my first Soulsborne game, and I do not regret it at all. I am following a step by step video guide on how to get the plat, which definitely removes a lot of the trial and error from the game, but it has been very fun so far. This version for PS5 is absolutely stunning. Every time I boot it up, seeing the Demon's Souls menu appear is astonishing on my OLED TV. I never skip the 3 second animation, lol. I just joined another Community event, the Trophies against Cancer event. Not only will the host of the event donate $2 for every game with pink or orange in it's thumbnail, I've decided I'll donate $5 for every game I personally complete during the window. Had a decent number of shorter games lined up, but Demon's Souls (Orange) has taken all of my attention. Consider joining the event if something on your backlog list is orange or pink. Just need to finish it before the end of November. 0% ---> 30% I've also touched up on Ratchet & Clank 2 as well as Sly Cooper 2, so those games are slowly coming along. Until next time, happy hunting!
Popular Post KimBongUn420
Update #4: Been traveling a lot the past couple weeks so not much time to devote to gaming. On the plus side I finally got to take my Mach-E on a long road trip and bomb it around on the Blue Ridge Parkway for a weekend which was awesome. Finally completed DQ XI S - at 125 hours it was loooong but man was it an excellent game! Now working on: 428 Shibuya Scramble - I'm not a big VN person but so far this has been really enjoyable! Only through the first 2 hours but I'm hooked. Ghost Recon Breakpoint - this game is unfortunately as disappointing as everyone says it is. It's a significant downgrade from Wildlands with buggy gameplay, a completely empty, hard to navigate map, and truly awful UI (seriously WHY does Nomad take up 40% of the screen at all times). It's less than a 50 hour plat, so I'll probably power through it and hate myself for doing it by the end. Seriously if you're considering playing this, go play Wildlands, or Just Cause 4, or really any Far Cry game instead. It's bad. Ys IX - I probably will start it this week as a palate cleanser for suffering through Breakpoint Also, I am using a swap for Super Motherload and replacing it with Deathloop. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart (Sept 7) Life is Strange 2 - 10% Erica - 0% Fallout 4 - 15% Ghost Recon Breakpoint - 0% -> 11% 428: Shibuya Scramble - 0% -> 8% Dragon Quest XI S - 60% -> (Oct 7) Beyond: Two Souls [PS4] - 4% Subnautica [PS5] - 0% Deathloop - 0% Ys IX: Monstrum Nox - 0% Completed Games: 2/11 In Progress Swaps: 1/5 Super Motherload [PS4 NA] -> Deathloop

The last two trophies were kind of a grind. I could've done them faster by running a bunch of qaulis for pole position and stopping on track in time trial for time spent on track possibly but I just went the natural way. Over the years the F1 games has become what other annual sports games are which is copy and paste for the most part but I still enjoy playing F1. Metal Gear Solid 3: I just finished my "blind" run. I had to look into some things why I was struggling and that has helped me a little. It is a great game and fills in some gaps/plotholes in the series but so far I prefer MGS1 and MGS2 over this. Now that I know the game I can follow a guide and try to go for a "perfect" run. Plans: Continue playing MGS3 and see if I can start The Good Life next weekend. Popular Post skeggah
Hello! Been playing a lot since the last update. Finished off the games on Now that we had our eyes on. Not much to say about Enigmatis 2, although I found it less stressful than the first game (it had a lot of glitch warnings to read about..). Seasons After Fall was a more enjoyable game than I would've guessed. Playing around with the seasons and them having different effects on the environments was probably the neatest thing about it. Finished it in exactly 1 hangover! Samurai Warriors 5 This will probably be my focus now. I really like these games, been playing them for 20 years now. Am currently on chapter 5 of Nobunagas path, and have been doing the stages over until I have them S-ranked and all objectives done. It's been pretty slow, but enjoyable at least. After that I will grind out Citadel Mode and doing Bonds, this is the part in these games that burns me out, but this time I won't let it! It's called Backlog Challenge for a reason! Knack 2 My gf went for it big time on this one, she finished the game on hard mode the other day and will start mopping up the rest soon. This game started out slow on hard mode with us dying a lot, but after gaining some new moves over the chapters it became quite enjoyable! Will go a little slower for a while now, mother in law coming to visit us for a week. See ya! Completed games! 1) Dark Cloud (PS4) - 100% 14) Altered Beast (PS3) - 100% 11) Brave (PS3) - 100% 13) Moving Out! Only 300 races to go! Still chugging along in Rayman Legends, too. Doing the challenges and knocking out a level or two everyday. I hit a big wall in Curse of the Dead Gods. The final temple and boss have been too much for me so far. Even with the save backup trick. So I'm taking a break from that game for now, but I'll probably end up swapping it later on. I'd still have to get through Hard Mode and try to beat all the different bosses a bunch of times without getting hit for the platinum. It might take me longer than February to get good enough for all that. I tried to start on Heavy Rain over the weekend, but the game kept freezing during the prologue. Hopefully it'll work better this week after cleaning the disc. I also went back to Ys IX, but no progress there yet. I was in chapter 4 but missed 1 side quest so I had to go back to an earlier save in chapter 3. Annoying, but not too bad. I'm going to try to finish both Heavy Rain and Ys IX this week, and maybe start in on RE7, too. Week 7 plans -plat Ys IX and Heavy Rain(PS3) -keep up the GT Sport and Rayman grinds -start RE 7 Cool to see everyone making good progress. Have a good week! Popular Post neospoon
Update #5 In Progress Rayman Legends - 21% 40% (27/51) Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed - 17% 51% 82% (42/49) Just Cause 4 - 1% 7% (8/61) Dead Space 3 - 14% 17% (14/59) Silent Hill: Book of Memories - 28% (22/62) Tomb Raider: Underworld (JP) - 44% (19/33) God of War: Ascension - 21% (13/36) Gravity Rush 2 - 15% (11/48) Dead Space 3 - 14% (10/59) MediEvil - 13% (8/39) Little Nightmares - 4% (2/22) Republique - 1% (1/30) The Bureau: XCOM Declassified - 0% (0/42) Finished Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - 0% > 100% (47/47) Driver San Francisco - 42% > 100% (51/51) Rayman Legends Finally decided to start working on Rayman Legends. I was kind of shocked to see how much content this game has. It's going to take a while to even beat the main game and all it's trophies. Most of the levels are pretty easy, but some do provide a small challenge. I try to beat a painting per day when I feel like playing it. As far as the daily challenges. I've been getting mostly gold and silver on those. I especially enjoy Murfy's Lair as far as you can go events. It will definitely take a while to get to Awesomeness Level 11 but at the very least I'm chipping away on it. MISC Again and again I keep playing games not eligible for the challenge... But I did manage to get four games finished. I'm kind of challenging myself to see if I can get to 250 platinum trophies total before the year is over. After 20 weeks, I finally managed to finish the community events in Project Cars, which resulted in the platinum. Then a buddy of mine shared 3 Aery games which are very easy to get the platinum in, so I finished those over the weekend too. Besides that I was helping out in a Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. session last week for a decent amount of hours. I'm still postponing Need for Speed Shift 2, because I just don't feel like playing it. Dead Space 3 has been on hold for a while now as well. I'm thinking of playing H.A.W.X. 2 somewhere this week, which is also not on my list... And then I also signed up for a DLC event... When will I ever get stuff done... Let's make a deal (I'll regret this) Next week at the very least Little Nightmares is done! Thanks for reading update #5! Hopefully update 6 will contain some decent progress instead of more miscellaneous stuff. Hope everyone is having fun and getting stuff done!!
