Popular Post xZoneHunter
#84 Tales from the Borderlands & #85 Virtue's Last Reward We had fun didn't we? Virtue's Last Reward Well, i initially planned these platinums for the plat rain day. But i decided to pop them now because of the THL. I still have some platinums left and lots more to achieve so i'm still going to be more than ready to spam my accomplishments once we roll into the new year
Popular Post playdemos1
Ratchet & Clank: A Crack In Time Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Ahhh here I am again, this will be my plat of the month since is the only one Well let's make a kind of a review like always, this game is so much better than my last experience with A4O, this is the good old school level up weapons and new suits, this make us feel badass at some point! The game itself is fun, some errors but nothing that you should worry about. The trophies are easy, 1 playthrough for all except challenge mode, and one for challenge mode (kind of new game+) and platinum! ^-^

Popular Post Spinach
#8 - Assassin's Creed II (PS3) Master Assassin Unlock all trophies. Rating: - Outstanding Difficulty: - Piece of cake –––––––– A classic action-adventure title that everybody knows. Improves on the original by a mile. A great storyline and one of my favourite characters. Trophy-wise, a pretty simple plat if you have a map for the feathers and glyphs. Popular Post Radebe78
#63 - Wolfenstein: The New Order Difficulty 6/10 Enjoyment 8/10 I was really surprised with this game, didn`t know what to expect....I knew it was a nice Nazi shooter but the overall experience was awfully good. Very interesting story, twist on world`s history....beautiful graphics and well balanced gameplay. I played it from the beginning on Uber (the hardest) difficulty, because I wanted a challenge. On couple of occasions I was having problems on overcoming enemies but overall it was manageable. Last boss fight took me for a run for all of my money, exactly TWO HOURS it took me to bring him down (several stages fight)...from midnight to 2 a.m. Next morning I went to work looking like a zombie, thinking why do I need all this. Worst trophy was the one related to killing the Nazis with their own bombs, interrupted with my shooting and dropped by themselves. I was always either killing them or missing that fraction of a second when this interruption was even possible! Looking forward to playing next installment, Old Blood awaits!
Popular Post Gibbo_0113
- 104 Difficulty - 8.7/10 Enjoyment - 9 I don't know why a game so frustrating can be so enjoyable, but it is. Perhaps it's the satisfaction you get when defeating that annoying boss. I spent ages on the headless bloodletting beast in the final chalice dungeon (that fucking worm). After playing this the souls games are definitely on my "to get" list. Even though i haven't played the souls games i kept referring to the currency as souls as opposed to blood echoes. I'd have to say this is the scariest game i have played so far. The jump scares are worse than Dead Space. Although the scariest part is when your on a hard boss and the moment when it has very low health your heart starts beating a mile a minute feeling like your about to have a heart attack. Great combat mechanics, decent amount of weapons, wide range of unique enemies and a good upgrading system. So yeah, if you are up for the challenge this is highly recommended Oh and i was meant to post this for the upcoming event day for Halloween but i couldn't help myself and popped it as soon as i could.
Popular Post Ala-Arska
Mercenary Kings Imperium Mandragora Island is now your dominion What IS the Secret of Monkey Mandragora Island? ...It's guns. Lots of guns. This one's again randomly picked from my to-do list, and a good choice it turned out to be. I've seen Mercenary Kings compared to the original Contra and (guns-wise) Borderlands. I don't see the Contra in it, but weirdly a lot of Mega Man With the amount of retro MC has, I got thrown back to my NES-filled childhood constantly. For that I'll give it an instant Nostalgia Point (NP). With the amount of fun I had gunning in Blaze of Glory like Bon Jovi in the 80's, it's a bit hard to tell anything bad about this game. But I'll try anyway... The online multiplayer was very buggy at times. Either I couldn't see the other guy(s) or the game crashed. I ended up playing with myself, just like when I was a teen Despite having a rocking good soundtrack, the audio could randomly go off and on again. Not disturbing, but very odd. The most alarming thing was glitchy trophies. When meeting requirements, those shiny ones just wouldn't pop. Deleting the game and reinstalling it would always help, though. It seems like I'm (currently) the 3rd Fastest Achiever. Since my bought-from-sales copy was already version 1.03, there was no using the Invincibility glitch. Who needs them anyway, when you've got mad skillz patience and luck

Popular Post Lucas
#23 Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Remastered Platinum Earn all Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception™ Remastered Trophies And here it is. I just obtained the 3rd (and last) platinum from Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and I got to say that it was absolutely amazing to re-play one of my favorite game series of all-time on PS4. The Uncharted series have a special place in my heart ( ) and this collection was just a great way to get myself to play all of these awesome games again. Once again, this platinum was just like Drake's Fortune and Among Thieves not too hard. But while I surely saw that Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception got a good upgrade from the PS3 to PS4, I believe they didn't put as much effort into Drake's Deception as they did with Drake's Fortune and Among Thieves. Drake's Deception looked the most like it's PS3 version to me. Nevertheless it was a awesome to play this masterpiece once again. DamagingRob
#88- Grim Fandango Remastered Kind of a weird one to get for the number associated with one's year of birth. ^^' If I were a superstitious man.. Pretty easy Plat, when using a guide. Those tank controls, though.. Had quite a number of instances where I went right back down or up a ladder/elevator. :/ But I've dealt with these kinds of controls before, so it wasn't that bad. Great story. zeldagate13
#58 - Tales From The Borderlands So Telltale did it again. I had a lot of fun with this game and the ending was really promising for a sequel in the future. I hope Game of Thrones will be as good as this one. Popular Post QuinlanLJ
[No. 18] (No. 16 in 2015) Platinum achiever rank: 6,054th Ether One Validation Excellent Work Restorer. I'm not really in to puzzle games, but more often than not, puzzle games have a good story, so I like playing them for that. Ether One is no exception, it has a good story, told through interesting puzzles. Some are really easy, some require a bit of exploring and for some, you need a guide This game was quite buggy when it came out but it seems they fixed most of the bugs as I finished this game without a problem. The story ... It's interesting, heartbreaking and ... a bit confusing. It's actually fitting that it's a bit confusing, as it tells the story of a patient suffering from dementia and you, as a restorer of memories, try to cure the patient from it. All in all, this is a really good game. So if you like puzzle games or games that tell a nice story, try it out! Popular Post SirDave1988
# 49 - Eat Lead : The Return Of Matt Hazard (PS3) King of Hazard Land! Earn all Trophies in the game."You. Are. The. MAN! (Unless you are a lady. In which case, I apologize.)" This was a pretty decent 3rd person cover-based shooter, not anything amazing but it's not that bad either. However, the main thing that makes this game unique is that is essentially a parody of gaming as a whole. I can't even begin to say how many references there are to other games there are so many in here, even the main character Matt Hazard is a poor man's Duke Nukem in my opinion lol. The one thing that really ruined my enjoyment of this game, apart from the extreme level of difficulty on Hard, was the ridiculous amount of bugs I encountered while playing. The game froze 5 times in just my final Hard playthrough alone. Also, there was this weird bug where when I first started a game from booting up my PS3, my aim would always pull up and to the left, and to fix it, I would have to turn the controller off then on again. So, it was a decent 3rd person shooter, but compared to say Uncharted 2, it's not even in the same league. Was glad to get it out of the way, and funnily enough, my next plat will be Uncharted 3 which will be my 50th! Popular Post slash
Plat #49: Volume The Platinum Arrow - Gain all trophies in Volume as a big fan of Thomas Was Alone, i was really excited to see which direction Mike Bithell would take his next game. sadly, i didn't find the things i loved about Thomas Was Alone in Volume. perhaps that's not treating Volume fairly, since it's a top-down stealth game and Thomas Was Alone is a very simplistic platformer, but Bithell moved away from Thomas Was Alone's biggest strength in character development in favor of something mechanically heavier. as mentioned earlier, Volume is a stealth game that wears its old school MGS inspiration unabashedly on its sleeve. while the artistic design is fantastic, i found the gameplay rather clunky, the AI very dumb, and the level design extremely exploitable. checkpoint locations aren't very well thought out, as you can get caught, get to a checkpoint, intentionally die, then respawn at said checkpoint with all enemy locations resetting. even Bithell realized this, as the game was updated to include a mode that shut down all checkpoints when you were detected. another bad game design is the inability to track collectibles, and the game is very inaccurate in how it counts them. collectibles are text boxes in Volume, and even i thoroughly scoured every map to find each one, i was never awarded the Compiled Texts and Lore of the Things trophies when i finished the game. since there's no way to track collectibles, i had to start all the way at the beginning and played each one again until they popped up. there was a lot of potential here, but in my honest opinion the game fell woefully short. overall, i don't know if i would personally recommend Volume. I had more frustrations with it than enjoyment. but i still have no regrets picking this one up. i think Bithell has shown enough to prove he has some serious talent in the gaming scene as an indie, so i'm glad i was able to support him.
