StewartBros
Ghostbusters: The Video Game and X-Men Origins: Wolverine were two of the best movie adaptations I've played on PS3. I was genuinely saddened when the GB servers were closed - that game was amazing fun to play online. Captain America: Super Soldier was alright as well. StormRacer872
I've played a few games based on movies, but none that I can remember were anything special. I played Goldeneye once, and I'm sure that was good, but it was so long ago that I can't recall if I enjoyed it or not. Based on a television show though (not the question, I know, but I figured it's close enough), I'd have to say The Legend of Korra. The cutscenes were excellent and truly did the show justice, and I found the game to be quite enjoyable overall (lacking in story, sure, but the other elements [pardon the pun] of the game I found to be rather good). Edit: Also, some people seem to be mentioning games that aren't based on movies, but are based in the same universe as them. If we're counting those, then shout out to Shadow of Mordor and Alien: Isolation. Edited February 10, 2015 by StormRacer872

SkyesUnholy
For PS3, I'd have to say Wanted Weapons of Fate. Such a great game. I wish there was a sequel to the movie, just so maybe there'd be a sequel to the game I remember playing Aladdin and The Lion King when I was kid, can't remember their specific console though. starcrunch061
Toy Story 3! What a great game I was a kid again when I played through this game, amazing x'D That was a good game. I was struggling to think of good games based on movies.
Jazza_King
shadow of mordor is by far the best game related to a movie franchise that ive played. if that doesn't count due to it not being based on the lotr films, then I guess spiderman 2 (on ps2) gave me a fair amount of fun when I was younger
AlienSteam
The Godfather was the best 'movie based' game i ever played, shame the sequel wasnt as good but i still enjoyed it..........worst would have to be Planet 51, i love a kids movie based game but this just sucked balls fron the start

MStalker58
Goldeneye 007 (N64) is the best of all-time imo. More recently I'd probably go with Lego Lord of the Rings. Unfortunately the list of worst games based off movies is much longer than the best.
