Phoenix_argentea
SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics Clean Sweep - Complete all challenges ... And the hardest trophy is done! The idea was really nice, but they should have added more challenges, since there are 52 games and only 20 challenges. Some of them were really annoying (Golden Axe III and Street of Rage III), but others were really fun, like Ristar or the Fire Emblem game (which I don't remember the title ) All the Magics - Golden Axe Games - Collect 200 magic And also the longest "grinding" is done: fast forward and rewind, rinse and repeat for 180 times. Easy! But the screenshot is nice!

Popular Post Golem25
Trophy #4,094 inFAMOUS Hard Finish - Finish story mode on Hard, without changing the difficulty setting. 180,145 Achievers out of 858,927 Owners for a rarity percentage of 20.97% (Uncommon) Well, it's certainly not the most original Trophy; most every game that features various difficulty settings will award the player with a Gold or Silver for beating whatever the hardest mode is. For 2009's inFAMOUS by Sucker Punch, that setting was simply called Hard (the others being Medium and Easy). You know, I was surprised - having not played the game since the year of its release and starting a new playthrough on Easy to get through the Stunt list for Stunt Master, the game was a lot harder than I remember.. You really need to watch yourself around machine gun nests and groups of enemies can quickly overwhelm you. But once I finished the stunts (what a pain by the by) and continued my old 2009 Hard save (which I left unfinished in the Warren, the second island), I got another surprise; Hard really didn't feel that much worse than Easy, and the final boss was a pushover contrary to what some of the guides implied. I just have the infamous (hah!) Rockhound left now, which I will be ticking off with a map in hand over the weekend (two shards left from 2009) - and then I will have that sweet Platinum after eleven long years of having neglected this game. Which it doesn't deserve, by the way; inFAMOUS has aged really well, even if it was completely eclipsed by its sequel. The only criticisms I can levy against it are some painful Trophy-related mechanics and a serious lack of colour; Empire City features 50,000 shades of grey and not much else. Trophy #4,098 Borderlands (PS3) Big Tournament - Completed each of the larger challenges in all 3 coliseums 16,714 Achievers out of 50,405 DLC Owners and 419,957 base game owners for a rarity percentage of 11.49% (Rare) Woo boy; when I started up Borderlands for the first time since 2010 to mop up the remaining DLC, I did not expect I'd manage to finish the terrible Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot the same day. But hey, 8 hours, 75 rounds, and 375 waves of enemies later, I've got a Bronze, three Silvers, and a Gold added to my collection to set Moxxi at a nice 100%. Still though, this was awful; if you've played this DLC yourself, you'll know exactly what I mean. This is a stereotypical horde/arena mode wherein increasing numbers of enemies are thrown at the player, in a thinly-veiled ploy by the developers to reuse assets to quickly and cheaply push out 'new' content. At least, that's what it boils down to here; Gearbox smushed together buildings and objects from the base game alongside the enemies in three small arenas, and called it a day. And forced players who want 100% to sit through eight hours of mind-numbingly boring gameplay. I had a.... peculiar set of guns and a shield left over from my days fighting Crawmerax, which meant that I could just OHKO my way through about 3,600 enemies across the three arenas. It became an exercise in frustration really, as enemies would be hidden by the badly designed levels and the lacklustre gameplay modifiers (e.g. enemies get extra speed, better aim, etc.) became more of an annoyance than a challenge. I am so glad to be done with this, seriously. Now, a quick and easy breeze through most of the Zombie DLC, some quick cleaning up in Knoxx, and then lots of grinding in the Robolution to get the game that was my first ever 100% back up to that percentage (after sitting at 66% for a decade). One big compliment to Gearbox though; the way they colour-coded the Trophies of the four DLC packs is so simple yet so effective - a really nice touch.
