I haven't popped any trophies for two weeks. Why? Resogun. Once again, I got stuck helping a few players in that game, but I don't mind it at all. However, the biggest reason is my job. The shifts I had weren't that generous, which meant limited amount of free time. Don't get me wrong, I like my job. Sometimes I have easy time, sometimes not. It is what it is.

 

Anyway, I decided to break this silent cycle by popping this. All I have left now is to defeat the final boss one last time. But because there's someone I promised to help farming Mark of Honors, I'm taking a short break from this game. Sucks that I have to wait a little while till get the platinum, but that's just how it is. Once that's done, I'll get that platinum.

 

 

 

 

Don't make me get my hands dirty! - Cleared 10 routes in Arcade Mode.

 

Since I've put Code Vein on-hold for a while, I decided to resume the game I planned to do next. It's been over a year since I last played this. When I started it, I played it for three days while getting most of the trophies done. But then I encountered something that made me give up. The difficulty. It was quite tough and pretty much unbalanced, but it seems that the last few patches have fixed that. I also find myself enjoying this again. The Mission Mode can go away for all I care. It's the least fun part of the game.

 

Finally, I have to mention that I got some tips from someone I helped with the first game's online trophies a while ago. With all that, clearing the said mode should be easier now. I'll give him my thanks once I'm done with this game.

Well... that's it. I'm done. I beat the game. I didn't get a single Silver or Gold Trophy either. I think that's the very first time that's ever happened to me in a game. ?

 

Huh? Oh... you wanted my thoughts... right... about the game overall... and that... 'controversial' ending... as it's called... I guess...

 

Okay sure. But I'm putting it in a spoiler box.

Overall... I'd probably rate this game an 8/10. I liked it a lot and there were definitely times I was having an extreme amount of fun playing this game. However... I'd say I struggled a little too much with this game. I played on Normal too. Not Hard. But I just felt like I was struggling way too much and I didn't look forward to playing it at times because I figured I'd just struggle more. Which sometimes I did and other times I didn't. So yeah. ?

 

Huh? Oh right... that... 'controversial' ending...

 

Yeah... um... about that...

 

What exactly is so 'controversial' about it? Seriously? Because I don't get it. AT ALL. What? I'm being serious. The ending seemed completely fine to me. I don't understand or get how it's 'controversial' but feel free to explain it to me. I guess. If you want.

 

Not that it's going to change my mind. The ending was completely fine.

Aw man. I still remember bein at level 17 and thinking I would never get this. This was such a rough grind. Took me a week and a half with some pretty long, dedicated sessions.

 

Just one last thing stands in my way of this platinum, becoming the champ on Legendary.
