I've waited Aprils Fools to end so it wasn't taken mistakenly as a joke, but I'd like to announce I'll stop updating and reading this thread. I haven't been updating this properly for a few month

Screencheat, Feather and Roombo all have US physical PS4 releases via Limited Run.

The American Dream has a standard retail PS4 release in Europe via Perp.

Justice Sucks is digital-only as far as I'm aware.

I contacted PlayStation Support regarding the delisting of many PlayLink games from the PlayStation Store. Their answer was translated by me into English so that everyone could understand everything. 

 

Let me remind you that on November 3, 2023 users of this topic noticed that many PlayLink games were removed from the PS Store: 

• Knowledge is Power (SIE / Wish Studios)

• Knowledge is Power: Decades (SIE / Wish Studios)

• That's You! (SIE / Wish Studios)

• Hidden Agenda (SIE / Supermassive Games)

• Chimparty (SIE / NapNok Games)

• Frantics (SIE / NapNok Games)

• Just Deal With It (Super Punk Games)

Unfortunately, from this letter we received only confirmation of the fact that these games were delisted. This means that this was not a bug, and Sony deliberately removed these games from sale. I really hope they come back on sale soon. Or at least Sony won't shut down the servers of these games as suddenly as they removed them from sale.

Just an update on Wayfinder as TT is trying to push this more of as an end of service. But if your see this article today https://www.(URL not allowed)/n24514/wayfinder-ps5-mmo-support-ended know that Wayfinder is not suddenly ending support completely. As Digital Extremes explained they are just ending their support of games as a co-developer / publisher to refocus their efforts.

 

As published on their Twitter by the lead dev and IP owner Airship Syndicate they have no current plans to end the games development and are pursuing to complete it still.

Again just sharing this here prematurely because I know when people see the first article will passing this around in confusion.

Yeah, I'm not sure why they reported it as an end-of-service and we informed the writers, but it was end of day Friday and end of the work week. We'll push on it more Monday to get it updated properly.

A friend brought this to our attention in our trophy hunting server but apparently servers for the Replay function were quietly shutdown in October for but Street Fighter 3rd Strike and Darkstalkers Resurrection on PS3.

Grab a Notepad in Darkstalkers, and Sharing Is Caring + Couch Potato in 3rd Strike involve replays, but depending on when during the process they pop they may still be obtainable.

We need an agent on the field to test it out, I also lack both games.

I just tested Darkstalkers, its replay trophy for downloading is definitely unobtainable.

I noted when trying darkstalkers that a failed upload to youtube instead of the replay servers was still counting for the caring is sharing challenge (there is no trophy tied to this in darkstalkers). If a fail upload to youtube also counts in 3rd Strike then it's sharing is caring trophy should still work. Make sure you watch the entire replay as it's at the end that it would count even though it failed.

Xbox Wire reported that GRID (2019) will be removed from EA Play (and Xbox Game Pass) on November 30, 2023. This will obviously also affect PlayStation and Steam. There is no information about this on the EA website yet.

 

Most likely, this means not only the removal from EA Play, but also the delisting of the game from sales. The game was removed from PS Store in American region several months ago (only DLC available), but it is still available in the European region. The last time there was a discount for GRID (2019) in the PS Store was in July 2021, so a final discount from EA is very unlikely. The game also has physical editions (Standard, Day One, Ultimate).

 

It is also important to note that for a very long time GRID (2019) has been impossible to buy through the PS Store website or PS App, there is no price or buy button on the game page, only an error «Not available for purchase». Don't panic, the game can easily be purchased through the PS Store directly on PS4 or PS5.

 

As for trophies, there are no online trophies in the game, that is, platinum can be obtained at any time even after the game is removed from sales, if you manage to buy it.

Is the dlc available on disc with some special edition or digital only? It's 3 dlcs for 5€ each. Probably a good idea to get them asap.
