Thanks man! Is it OK to swap in games or better to just wait until a new list? At a glance I know I’ll be able to claim the Above & Beyond badge in a few days if I swap in The Long Dark. It would be nice to earn a prize for it since it’s a 200 hour game. ? I haven’t really paid much attention to the badges as of this moment but I think when I finish this one and organize a 2nd list it will be really fun to arrange it around earning a handful of them. You put so much work in to them and they look awesome! 10 hours ago, D-E-U-S-X said: Halftime now reached after completing Silent Hill 2 and experiencing an iconic horror game. Popular Post Shyjun
I saw that I could squeeze most of the games I planned to play in the following months between 2 lists, so I made some small changes to my previous list to optimize the badges obtained. Since I cannot complete my first list before october (Bloodborne as an horror game and 3+ years since start), I might invert the two lists if I complete the other one before then. 1st list : ❌ 1/10 - Toem ✅ 2/10 - Hogwarts Legacy (23/03/2023) Playstation Trophies ✅ 3/10 - Dragon Ball Z Kakarot (24/04/2023) PSNP ✅ 4/10 - God of War Ragnarok (03/01/2023) PSNP ✅ 5/10 - Like a Dragon: Ishin! Popular Post Evil_Joker88
Just before the end of the month i finished two more games and both are from the Assassin's Creed franchise AC Chronicles is a cool 2.5D game that's focused on stealth and less combat and i like it for its story and gameplay but it is the hardest game i have completed for this year so far there aren't many checkpoints and repeating some bits several times didn't feel good. AC Brotherhood on the other hand is one of the best of the series and since i played it on PC and PS3 already i was very familiar with it. Running through medieval Roma is just fantastic It was certainly waaaay easier than Chronicles in comparison... With 7 of 10 games completed on list 2 i'm on Bronze Tier and will write down which badges i have unlocked with this list by now 1/10 One Night Stand (Platprices) on 16th Feb 2/10 Demon Hunter: Revelation (Platprices) on 18th Feb 3/10 Stray (PSNP) on 18th Feb 4/10 Minecraft Dungeons (knoef. info) on 27th Mar 5/10 Assassin's Creed Revelations (PST) on 7th Apr 6/10 Assassin's Creed Chronicles (psthc.fr) on 26th Apr 710 Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (PST) on 26th Apr 8/10 Gran Turismo 7 (griffinsgamingguides) 9/10 Xcom 2 (PSNP) 10/10 Hollow Knight (NA) (Trophies.de) Badges: Carpe Diem: Minecraft Dungeons Fresh starter: 1/2/4/5/6/7 Love Bird: One Night Stand One Tricky Pony: Adventure (all 7 of them ) PS4 Master: 2/3/4/5/6/7 Rare Letter: One Night Stand Series Offender: AC Revelations, Chronicles, Brotherhood Shameless: One Night Stand (1 hour), Demon Hunter 3 (3 hours), Stray (8 hours) Gran Turismo will be added once i have gold medals on the last 9 licencse tests ? Inuty
Man i screwed up with my 2nd list. Monster hunter sunbreak is no platinum but instead 6 dlc stacks. That is it for my series badge. Popular Post Abraniell
Joining up late this year as usual right on time others will say. I was hesitant to join for this year as I have a few long term plats I wanted to go for this year like 3on3, GT Sport & starting soon with BFBC1 that plus alot on my UR backlog aswell so I will need to manage my time perfectly If I wanted to participate and get the job done for this year too. Last year I manage to almost complete 2 lists, this year we'll see how we do with just the one. As per usual I'm coming up with a pretty difficult to complete list focusing mainly on UR's and Celeste lol but I wanted to throw an extra spice there and focus entirely on Indie Games as this are for the most part the games I find more enjoyable no matter the genre. So after carefull consideration here's my 2023 picks: 1/10 - Oh...Sir! The Insult Simulator 2/10 - Celeste 3/10 - PixelJunk Nom Nom Galaxy 4/10 - Verdun 5/10 - 7 Days to Die 6/10 - The Long Dark 7/10 - Absolver 8/10 - Wuppo 9/10 - Deadbolt 10/10 - Splasher The hardest game on the list by far is already completed so I consider the other ones will fall through is just a matter of time. The badges that I think apply here are as following: Above and Beyond - Platinum a game with an official time estimate of 80 or more hours (TLD is the longest at 200+ hrs) Fresh Starter - 6 or more games on your list had 0% progress prior to 2023 (All but Absolver and 7DTD) Hardcore - 7 or more games on your list have Ultra Rare platinums at the time of finishing your list (All but Celeste) Masochist - More than one game on your list qualifies as a 10/10 (I've seen people using both Wuppo and Deadbolt as 10/10 for some reason) One Trick Pony - 6 or more games on your list are from the same genre (Every single game here is an Indie) PS4 Master - Platinum 6 or more PS4 games on your list (All) Rare Letter - Platinum a game starting with J,O,Q,X,Y or Z (Oh...Sir!) Spooky - Platinum a horror game in October (7DTD) I thought to leave a little bit of a review after 100% as I usually do on this things for the only completed game on the list this far and one of the hardest games I've done ever. So to anyone interested check the Spoiler. Spoiler 10/10 Splasher: Extremely polished and responsive platformer from some of the developers behind Rayman Origins and Legends. Sadly the game fall through on sales and was only popular in France for some reason so this makes it almost not an UR plat and that can deceive anyone who checks the platinum out. However if you just casually play through the game yourself you will notice pretty quick that even just the Permadeath run will make it a 10/10 and that doesn't even include the extremely tight time trials you have to hit for both single levels and the entirety of the game. Single level trials will requiere absolute perfection on every single level besides level 1, anything besides perfect performance here equals a retry. The full game speedruns have a little bit of a margin for error however we are talking about 4-6 errors depending on the checkpoint for the entire run and considering the quickest time for each run is 43min/ 50min and 73min respectively thats a lot of time to loose if you don't perform clean through the entire run or you make a silly mistake on the later levels where you loose a lot of time between checkpoints. Overall the game is great but the platinum is for big boys only a true 10/10 unlike many you see around, even compared to SMB which is extremely overrated plat imo this game is on another league of its own. It's the hardest 2D platformer game with a platinum to earn period. Edited April 27, 2023 by Abraniell

It is the only game on the list I don't own Heavenly Bodies started Ride 3 almost done, but won't complete it until December so I qualify for the the Finally! badge. THPS 1+2 is inching there, got another couple of levels out of the way. Up to 92 now I think. Assetto Corsa has been started. Finished several of the hotlaps (including a couple of tough ones) and got a decent start on the career. Must be time for another update... Not much trophy progress, but I got to level 95 in THPS and have done way more of the career and a bunch of the special events in Assetto Corsa (including one of the hardest). Sunk far too much time into Pinball FX this month, which sadly doesn't have a plat.

Popular Post Umdytr
It's been a while, but I filled in another spot with a platinum: Star Ocean, for the 5/10. The game's leaving Plus Extra soon and I wanted to check out a game in this series at some point, so that worked out well. The multiple playthroughs were kind of a chore and the game itself isn't exactly a masterpiece, but it's got some of that oldschool JRPG charm (and an OST by the great Sakuraba Motoi certainly doesn't hurt). The game originated as an offshoot of Tales of Phantasia and it really shows in many ways. Fun times were had overall. 1/10 - Life is Strange 2/10 - Omno 3/10 - House of the Dead Remake 4/10 - God of War Ascension 5/10 - Star Ocean: First Departure R 6/10 - Rez Infinite 7/10 - Kena Bridge of Spirits 8/10 - Slay the Spire 9/10 - Hollow Knight 10/10 - Super Meat Boy

Popular Post nitarmho
Bloodstained is done, 6 still to come. Some heavy Castlevania SOTN vibes on this one, still, it kinda lacks the click that the former one did. Quite enjoyable tho, just didn't really feel the weight of the boss battles, and the new concepts that were put into it seemed better in conception than as it was implemented. Popular Post dertswa687o
I am apparently on an even number train right now with Neon White completed. The game is great and I highly recommend it if you're into speedrunning or games with lots of short levels. Most of the trophies are easy, including the ones requiring you to beat the Ace time on each level. The devs included a deliberate shortcut in each level and the game will show you a hint if you achieve the Gold time. The real difficulty lies in the White and Mikey Hell Rushes, which require you to beat 96 levels in a row in one sitting without dying. It takes 65-70 minutes and it's fairly easy to make a simple mistake and die immediately. I died on level 91 on the White Hell Rush once which was devastating. The rushes are very doable with practice though. 1/10 - 2/10 - Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout 3/10 - Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy 4/10 - Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings 5/10 - Insurgency: Sandstorm 6/10 - Sackboy: A Big Adventure 7/10 - 8/10 - Neon White 9/10 - 10/10 - Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time
Popular Post Skagarrin
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Platinum is in the bag. My wife and I enjoy the AC titles (I play while she spectates, gives advice and points out things I may have missed), although I know others opinions vary. Even though I've gotten a decent number of plats since then. Whoops. In any case, gonna start with some games I got prior to my sign-up since if I'm interpreting the rules correctly, it seems like they should count as long as they're from 2023. 7/10 Game: Mugen Souls Poll: https://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/topic/141390-platinum-difficulty-rating/ (149/22 = 6.77) Badges: Above and Beyond (300-600+ hour estimate), Finally! (First trophy 12/27/2012) Definitely a hell of a grind, though really that's all it is. Can't say I particularly agree with any of the higher ratings it's gotten, though that's mostly because I cling hard to "time ≠ difficulty" considering I see difficulty ratings in part as an advisor on whether someone can comfortably get a plat given their skill level. While there's an argument for a massive time commitment (particularly repetitive and/or pointless ones) deserving a higher rating, I tend to just ignore that entirely in my difficulty ratings (ergo my personal rating for MS is a 3) since that info should already be divulged in the time estimate, thus the difficulty rating should largely just be "how high does your skill level need to be to have a reasonable shot at this." If anything, I'd argue such a judgement is more important in the face of a time sink since it'd suck to go through all that and then get burned at the end because of something genuinely difficult or have to go through something difficult knowing there's still like 100+ hours of bullshit waiting at the end of it. 1/10 Game: Pinball Heroes (PS5) Guide: https://psnprofiles.com/guide/15899-pinball-heroes-trophy-guide Badges: N/A Not really much to say about this. It's certainly a pinball game that was on PSP, I guess. 2/10 Game: Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX Guide: https://psnprofiles.com/guide/9219-初音ミク-project-diva-future-tone-dx-trophy-guide Badges: N/A This was a game I was eyeing up for a while, but for a good while, it was physical-only and considering I could get the same content by just purchasing DLC for my existing Future Tone purchase (and in English at that), going for the physical at full price never really felt worth it for an hour-or-so plat. AFAIK, the physical has never really come down in price at all. At most, I've seen a stray copy or two that's gone for a decent bargain, though I haven't really jumped on it yet. As for how I did finally get it, I learned that at one point, Future Tone DX ended up getting a digital release after all (though it unfortunately replaced the two existing main DLCs for Future Tone, making the JP version of that impossible to 100% without owning those beforehand). At that point, it was just a matter of waiting for a good sale and IIRC, it was about 30-50% off when I finally made the jump. As for the plat itself, it's pretty easy, yeah. My Project Diva skills had gotten a little rusty from me not really playing at all since I did Dreamy Theater back in 2019, but thankfully it didn't matter much since the plat was basically just a tour of the DX-exclusive content. Post-Signup 8/10 Game: Unturned (NA) Rating: https://platprices.com/game/35660-unturned Badges: N/A Legitimately no idea how this managed an 8/10 considering you can cheat your way to the plat without much issue, making it realistically a 3 at worst, moreso a 2. I can only assume whoever rated this just went off however difficult it would be doing it without touching the game's world sliders or its cheat menu, to which I can't really assess how much that would matter. Oh well, may as well take the free 8. 3/10 Game: Final Fantasy VII Guide: https://psnprofiles.com/guide/3661-final-fantasy-vii-trophy-guide Badges: Brownie Points First time playing a Final Fantasy game anywhere past the first hour or so and it didn't disappoint. While I didn't really get to appreciate the gameplay too much what with the God mode option to make everything a cakewalk, the story was neat enough even if some of the shock has been taken away by some elements of it being memetic for decades. No idea if it's gonna stick with me too much (not that it means much; most things don't even if I really like them), but it was nice finally getting around to experiencing such a landmark game in the RPG genre considering I've been playing other RPGs for over a decade now. 6/10 Game: DanceDanceRevolution New Moves Guide: https://www.playstationtrophies.org/game/dance-dance-revolution/guide/ (New Moves is the EU version of this game) Badges: N/A (if I ever get to finishing my PSNP guide for this, I might be able to claim Guide Writer for this one retroactively ) While the difficulty rating here is at least fairly accurate (pretty much the same I've gone with when rating the game), the rarity of the plat is definitely a victim of people just not giving much of a shit. While the rarity for TRICK MASTER is at least understandable given it's RNG hell for 40+ hours and even a turbo controller can only do so much of it, it's definitely odd to see it have 15 URs when charitably, maybe 4-5 trophies including the plat even really deserve it at all. In any case, that leaves my list at...
