Popular Post GT__Jedi
Yep, it's time to update the card with a few games. I'll have to say that the PS Plus monthly games and the catalogue have been pretty good this year. Of all the games I've added there is a true winner among them: The Wild at Heart. Highly recommend this game for just pure enjoyment of gaming. Second place goes to I Am Dead, a puzzle game and a nice story to go with it. Was going to finish and add Tchia, but didn't make the "leaving the catalogue" deadline, so might need to buy that one. Got the same problem with Chicken Police: Paint It Red as I'm having problems with the shooting range and sticky joysticks. Right now working on Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and Call of the Sea.
Popular Post Dezorak
Bringing an update with 2 more on the list White - Terraria - at first i found it hard as i was trying to play it as Minecraft and it wasn't feeling it but once i got into the groove i loved ever second of this game and even grinds such as all armor or all pets didn't bother me as it would in some games (also I'm working on a nice little organized world where i can help people with the more grindy trophies so hit me up if your interested lol) Light Blue - Helldivers 2.... do i need to save more as every good citizen of super earth knows there's nothing we cannot do to enjoy this game more and anyone who don't like it is a bug sympathizer who hates super earth and the perfection known as managed democracy it brings with it lol. and for the 3 people interested my shameful rainbow is close to completion but i really cannot stand those horrid games so avoiding the last few for now lol

Popular Post ProfSeajay7
So I had already accidentally completed the 5 games for my second card a month early so I decided, since I have so many games which won't count, I will just not add to the card this month, especially since I have so many games I have to work on, including the Playstation 4 FFXIV platinum which I made a goal to earn before the next Live Letter on April 13, I won't be able to do many non-RPG games for April. Well, not actually, I might put a few games I am working on in the card, but I don't want to do things too early again. I do have games planned for Blue, Yellow, Green and Tan, but the Tan one is only slightly tan-white so it might not count. (I was hoping to put Ni No Kuni on there but I might have to do the remastered version as the original game image is a bit too white... ) The games I have on my second rainbow are: White: Jack N' Jill DX, but I will probably move it to Grey if another game image has more white. Pink: Final Fantasy II Light Green: Final Fantasy III Light Blue: Intrepid Izzy (PS5) Red: Final Fantasy VI
Popular Post InfinateEternity
Hi, all! Congrats on all your progress and successes! I'm overdue for an update in this challenge, as it's been a couple of months since I posted. So, I will try to keep my write-ups on the games brief. As always though, my updated card is in the spoiler at the bottom of this post. With 7/16 colors done, I'm officially a Rainbow Appreciator. Kaleidoscope Progress: 7/16 Purple (Game Swap) -> Syrup and the Ultimate Sweet Cat Slide Tiles For my purple entry, I decided to replace Syrup and the Ultimate Sweet with Cat Slide Tiles, which has a more pronounced (but still light) purple as it's dominant color. (Syrup ended up being too light when I put my pink choice into my card). Cat Slide Tiles is a sliding tile puzzle game, where the goal is to create a path for a cat to use in order to exit the level, and eventually make it home. There's really no story beyond that general idea. But, the game is relaxing enough to be a palette cleanser, and there are YouTube video guides available if you ever get stuck. Pink Strawberry Vinegar This is a visual novel about a young girl named Rie, who must allow a child demon to live with her family for a week, while feeding her (the demon) delicious food every day. As a visual novel, Strawberry Vinegar wasn't terribly long (a full read of one route (without skipping) takes at least 2-3 hours), but, the story was questionable, even with attempts to give the characters backstories and some development, because the characters still come across very one-note and cliche, and everything seemed to focus on different meal-based events. This doesn't change when you compare all of the endings (friendship, romance, normal/bad, etc.) either. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. Blue Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale (PS3) This is, essentially, Playstation's version of Super Smash Bros. Melee, and I'm not mad about it, to be perfectly honest. The gameplay was smooth, and what you'd expect from a Super Smash Bros. Melee-esque game. And, overall, the character roster was a nice mix of nostalgic mascots and protagonists from some of Playstation's greatest hits across all of it's major gaming consoles. (Kat from Gravity Rush was also included as DLC, as a Vita representative, IIRC.). I do think that a full story mode should've been included, instead of just a series of arcade stages that included scenes of each character being pulled from their respective universes, meeting a "rival," defeating a no-name final boss, and then returning home. But, the game was still fun to play, and I don't regret my time with it. Also, two important notes: 1) I'm counting the base game for this challenge. The Fearless DLC was completed prior to this event. 2) I earned all of the online trophies prior to the servers being shut down on January 31, 2019. If you start the game from scratch, the platinum is unobtainable. Light Blue Wake-up Club Wake-up Club is a free-to-play game available to all PS Vita owners that's, essentially, an alarm clock simulator. You set an alarm within the game for the time of your choice, and "wake up" when they go off by tapping your PSN avatar when it flashes on the screen. When you're awake, you'll find yourself in a lobby with up to 11 other people (shown by their PSN avatars) who set an alarm for the same time as you. If all 12 people in the lobby are awake within 5 minutes of your alarms (including you), the "Wake-up Club" will be considered successful. AI bots will appear in lobbies too, if human players can't be found, and you can wake the bots up yourself. There's really no true difficulty involved gameplay-wise, and I would agree with the trophy guide's estimate of Wake-up Club being a 1/10. But, despite how easy the game is, it's not fun, in my opinion, and I wouldn't recommend it. Grey Dragon Ball Z Budokai - HD Collection I'm going to be perfectly honest: While I have a lot of personal nostalgia for Dragon Ball (I used to watch it on Cartoon Network's Toonami when I was a kid), and have several games related to the franchise on my profile, I don't really remember much of my experience with these games (the collection includes Budokai 1 & 3, and 1 platinum), since I originally played this a decade ago, and finished the few trophies I had left this year. So, I can't really comment on the collection itself beyond what I've done recently. Specifically, I only needed to unlock a few characters (Cell Jr. & Supreme Kai) and win the Cell Games in Budokai 3. And, for that, I'm extremely glad that I never deleted my save data. Otherwise, the clean-up would have been more of a pain than it was. Unlocking the characters was fine, other than a bit of grinding in Dragon Arena (Budokai 3's vs. mode) and Dragon Universe (Story Mode). But, winning the Cell Games was a test in patience. It took several tries, even with the Viral Heart Disease/Vaccine skill combo to help. Popular Post Venal
Second update, it's been a while. I've mostly gotten platinums for colors that I already had, so I changed a couple of them for images that featured the color more in my opinion. Light Blue: Human Fall Flat -> Fallout 4. I wanted to put it in Blue so that I could use We Were Here Together in Light Blue, but side by side it matched with Light Blue more. Black: Rise of the Tomb Raider -> Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. There was way more white in the Tomb Raider card, so I prefer that. I've also added a new one: Tan: Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition. I've actually unlocked this one in January, but it has so many colors that I didn't know where to put it. But seeing it in the grid, I think it fits well in Tan. I've also unlocked the platinum for Tails of Iron, and I'm not sure where it would fit on the grid. I'd love to put it in maroon, but I don't know how much of a stretch that would be. Any thoughts? Next on the list should be L.A. Noire for yellow.

Popular Post RustyBacon13
Alright, here's my 2nd update with 3 more games down. Slow and steady wins the....? Eh, who am i kidding? I don't think I'm gonna be able to complete this year lol. I'm still trying to Plat Jurassic World Evolution 2 and that is taking me forever. Although I did finish Metro 2033 Redux (Great game but i don't understand the ending) but i cant use it anywhere coz I have The Last of Us 2 on Black already. bummer Last of Us Part 2 on Black. I've read a lot about how divisive this game was but I never read into it and I didn't know why. But now I do. Even I agree or disagree with you, I can understand why you would feel that way. Personally, I cant empathize with Abby at all, so that makes half the story a toss up for me. And games that me kill doggos?! Wtf game Endling: Extinction Forever on Blue. Great game but it made me feel so sad. Come on devs, why you do me like this? Wtf game And Far Cry: Blood Dragon on Pink. Ahhhh finally. Happy Fun Game time!. Thank You game!
Popular Post Breakingthegreen
Hello again friends, Thanks to the shutdown thread I got a little distracted from the ultimate colour collecting goal, my 11th game is one that my brother had followed the development of for years, the PS4 version is deep purple unlike the the PS5 version it's Clive 'N' Wrench (PS4). What single developer games can you think of? Undertale, Inscryption, Axiom Verge. Well Clive 'n' Wrench is ready to join their ranks. Is it as good? Umm... I want to emphasise the size of the team because unlike the other games that I mentioned which have a limited scope that a single person could tangibly do, Clive 'n' Wrench is attempting to create a game that would have released in the PS1/N64 era developed by an entire team. So even though I'm gonna call the game merely okay, it's still a hell of an achievement after 10 years of development. Clive 'n' Wrench is a collectathon platformer, aping both Banjo Kazooie and Spyro the Dragon, and it perfectly remembered to golden rule for people like me that can get frustrated when they can't find the final items, "Keep it compact," there are a lot of small levels in this game which are satisfying to be tolded that you've 100%ed, however that does leave the game on the shorter side. The gameplay was very floaty initially, so much so that I fell into bottomless pits in the tutorial area an embarrassingly large number of times, but as I got through the game I realised that the controls weren't designed for standard platforming, these are speed running type controls, when I worked that out, I found myself falling into even more pits because when it comes to speed running I'm like a version of Shrek made out of ham: Meaty Ogre... Mediocre... the load screens were long enough for me to come up with that pun Every level has a boss battle, but some bosses are actually platforming gauntlets, and one is a joke fight (Which I admit I found very funny) none of the bosses I thought were particularly good, the best one was probably Cybro the Dragon... and with that let's mention that the game is full of easter eggs that make me think I'd be friends with the developer, every level has grafitti with "BAD WOLF" written on it, and you can find the Egg from one of the PS2 GTAs in every level. The soundtrack is quite pleasant... I'm starting with that because my talk of the presentation of the game isn't gonna be positive. There are cutscenes with good ideas for funny comedic moments, but the animation is so stilted and slow that it ruins any chance of enjoyment. Also in gameplay there's voice mumble, which is fine, but for some reason in the cutscenes it's completely absent, so they're weirdly silent which doesn't help my stilted accusation. The story... present... I don't know what was happening, and there was a twist at the end that legitimately couldn't comprehend. There's a bad guy and we're stopping the bad guy, I guess that's all the plot you need... I would have liked more... like knowing for certain which was Clive and which was Wrench. (I think Clive is the bunny but I wouldn't risk it if I was playing WWTBAM) Overall this game is okay. It's handy though since when I'll rank the games it will be the point beyond which I think games are good, and after the bad games appear... so that's nice.

Popular Post Redblaziken8
Green: Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Absolute masterpiece of a game, first time I've ever played it and it's so good, had to leave it for my 125th platinum milestone! Nice to have an MGS milestone on my list now. Big Boss' story starts out really interesting, and the plot is so clever, the cycle that continues again and again, and it really does make you question a lot, just like all the MGS games do. The trophy hunting side was super fun as well, didn't find the notorious kerotans too bad to shoot. Can't wait to get to some more Peace Walker with @rjkclarke, though I doubt it's going to be a yellow entry on this card with how long it is, that's totally not a bad thing though. Deep Purple: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Had fun with this one with my SO @rjkclarke, but only after the 4th chapter really since it felt super bland and repetitive at first. The addition of more classes and some cool side quests really helped me to enjoy this one more. The lack of soundtrack, or a minimal one that's hardly noticeable anyway is weird as heck, and a shame since some of the older Borderlands games had great soundtracks. Red: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: Molten Mirror DLC Some realllll bad DLC, that's all you need to know. Don't play it and save yourself some money 😂. I'm thinking Evoland for maroon, 1979 Revolution: Black Friday/LA Noire for yellow and Flipping Death for purple to complete my first card. Haven't been going for any specific colours this year so I'm surprised I've got so many done. It's been a fun year of gaming so far, see you in the next update 😊.
Popular Post Pray_4_the_End
I keep forgetting to update this thing, but I've got a handful of games to add to the card. Pacific Drive (PS5) - I was looking forward to this game since the moment I heard about it, and it lived up to the hype for me apart from the plat grind. In this game you basically drive this shaggin-wagon into a paranormal exclusion zone, gathering resources and avoiding crazy threats while trying to collect energy anchors that destabilize your surroundings. It functions much like a rogue-like but there's a bunch of accessibility settings that let you keep your things when you die instead of losing them, which I appreciate since I'm not really a fan of RL's. Overall I enjoyed it and it's been one of a couple of standout games for me this year. Chess Royal (PS5) - Big fan of chess and this game is basically a giant chess puzzle tower. There's 1000 puzzles that range in difficulty and you get solve and ascend for the most part. It's a fun game to chip away at if you're a fan of chess. Apocalipsis: The Tree of the Knowlegde of Good and Evil (PS4) - This was a weird one but visually amazing. In this game you play as Harry who's on a journey across a strange and haunting land to find his lost wife. Gameplay wise, it's a bunch of platforming and puzzle solving in relatively short package. Feudal Alloy (PS4) - In this game you play as fish in a glass jar that controls a mechanized set of medieval armor lol. As soon as I seen this game while browsing a sale a while back I knew I had to check it out with a weird af protagonist like that 🤣. This is your standard fun af metroidvania. It's got it all, platforming, rpg style leveling, and everyone's favorite; backtracking and accessing previously inaccessible areas when you get certain upgrades and equipment. 'Stamina' in FA is handled in a pretty cool way in that your stamina bar is filled with oil. The more you attack/block/move the more oil you burn, and you need to manage your temps otherwise you'll overheat and won't be able attack or block effectively. This one is a hard recommend for anyone looking for a chill metroidvania that you can bang out in a weekend. Synergia (PS4/Vita) - It's been a while since I've played a visual novel and this one was ok for the most part. It's set in a cyberpunk style future and you play as police negotiator who specializes in talking down synthetic perps (robots & androids). It gave me pretty hard Blade runner vibes but not really as cool.
Popular Post D4T-V4UL7_HUN7R_
Heyo I finished another game : ) This one is Death Stranding Directors Cut on the Playstation 5. Pretty good fit for the tan slot I would say. This is actually the first ps5 game I've ever platinumed :0 I already played the ps4 version a while back and it is one of my favorite games so I've been looking for an excuse to play it again. The directors cut added a bunch of cool new things into the game and even some crossover stuff from Half Life as well as Cyberpunk. I could have imported my old save and only had to get a few trophies to actually get, but Im not about that life and just played the entire thing from the start lol. Grindy plat but very enjoyable. Half way done with rainbow #1 woot. Next up Im thinking of going for the Saints Row reboot.

I never have thought of this as a bad thing so never feel bad about having to stop participating in a trophy event for an extended period of time. Events are supposed to be fun and year round Events like this are year round for a reason. Just come back when you're ready to have a good ole colorful time again. The event's not going anywhere, and I have yet to see an event host or member in any event shame or be shamed for not finishing. Most people will never even notice you didn't finish if it comes to it. Hopefully, everything works itself out in the future, and you'll be able to return to the event.
Popular Post hyousai
Minor update. Unfortunately a lot of the games I've been working on have been for colors I already have. I have added "The Wild at Heart" in the Tan slot, which is a fun little Pikmin-ish game, and I've switched Ghost of Tsushima for Observer in the Grey slot. While I didn't really enjoy Observer, it wasn't an autopop platinum, so it feels more fair.
Popular Post ProfSeajay7
So I decided on two more additions to the bingo card, which shoots me over half the card done. Blue: Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (PS4) Purple: Wordbreaker by POWGI (PS4) A project six months in the making and requiring 24 hours of speedrun videos to keep me sane during the FATE and enemy kill grind, I have finally put FFXIV on this account. The trophies all popped in eight days - the six months was racking up the 999 levequest clears. Please, to anyone who loves the PS4 version of FFXIV or can't own a PS5, I apologize, but I (kupo)ing hope that when 8.0 is announced they announce that the PS4 version of FFXIV will be shut down on the maintenance date when 8.0 drops because my (kweh) that version is so janky! The game crashed five times and when you crash, you have to log out of the game and reload in, unlike the PS5 version which doesn't punish you for not logging out properly because the hardware can handle it. Load times are as bad as the PS3 version of Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 Remix and the trophies as just as atrocious. The good news is that you get all the grinds done on the Free Trial and then pop the trophies instantly with one run. I only did this for the leves and guildhests as I needed the story skip to get Blue Mage up to Level 70 ASAP. Luckily, some kind soul got my character to Level 70 Blue Mage and all the spells I needed to farm the Kobold boss FATEs in Upper La Nosca 999 times. Kill me, please. After I got the platinum, I deleted my character, my launcher and my save data and I am going to cancel my account soon. I have an actual PS5 account on my second PSN account , since the PS5 version has DLC that will never end and some of it is impossible to me(I swore off of Deep Dungeons forever and will never unlock them, forget doing Palace of the Dead to the last floor solo). The image was going to go to Black but I double-checked and it seems the background is more bluish so I went with blue for the image, even though it's very faint. (You need to check the full-sized image on the game's page to see it.) After that nightmare grind, I did a grubby platinum in two stacks of another POWGI word game, Wordbreaker, which is like Mastermind but with letters which you cannot repeat. I just pulled up a list of the solutions and plugged away and got the platinum in two hours, playing both games side by side. I got the PS4 version platinum first, though. I am going to relax and slow down. This card is supposed to last until the end of June so I will try to work on games for my platinum rain day event to pop on June 28th, which is the date that FFXIV gets Dawntrail for those who pre-ordered it. (I am probably going to move Jack N' Jill DX to Grey as I know of a game or two which have white backgrounds.)
