Popular Post Leon Castle
#91 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Time: 1 week, 21 hours, 57 minutes One of the best LEGO Games I played this year, The new Voice Actors was Okay and the Story characters(plus Vision) had Extra lines for collecting Gold Bricks, Minikits and Character Cards just like LEGO Dimensions which was very cool but bad in the Hub. One of the Gwenpool Missions had a very awesome OST There was a lot of Characters I liked playing as besides Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, Spider-Man Noir, Ghost Rider and Venom, there was Agent Venom, Phantom Rider(Old West`s Ghost Rider) and Clea. I didn't like how they treated Ghost Rider's Bike(Hell Cycle) it was very slow (Compared to the First Game`s version of Ghost Rider's Bike/Hell Cycle) and got stuck easily. It made the Bike race on Attilan Impossible. I wait until all the DLC Levels and Characters is out before I 100% it again. Popular Post Dragon-Archon
#171: Zero Time Dilemma The sequel to Virtue's Last Reward and this game did not disappoint. It's the third game, but it happens before VLR for story reasons. In this game 9 people are trapped in an underground shelter and forced to play a decision game. They can only escape after at least 6 people have died. I had a bit of knowledge about certain events as some things were spoiled. but it was still a great story with lots of twists. I liked most characters, except Eric. The stories of Phi, Sigma, and Diana were nicely done too. One of the endings set things up nicely for VLR. Almost all the puzzles were fun to solve, except the transporter room, that one was just needlessly annoying. Zero's identity felt incredibly forced as he was never mentioned before even though he was supposedly there all the time. I'd hoped the true ending would give more closure. All in all a good sequel, now I just need to play the first game.
Popular Post theSpirae
Finally got around to play, and finish, this game. What can I say that hasn't been said yet. It's love and hate. Wasted potential. What's good about this game? Stunning visuals, superb voice acting, interesting characters, a world you want to explore, and an amazing soundtrack. Personally, I loved the theme and setting; steampunk, lycanthropy, London, the Knights of the roundtable. Cut-scenes are beautiful, topped with a seamless transition to the game. Now, this all sounds amazing, so where does the game fail? The story is interesting but predictable and full of cliche. Unnecessary QTEs, painfully stupid AI, barely average gun-play, terrible ending (so many questions left unanswered, easy boss fight), and pointless collectibles not adding anything to the game. I craved to get to know more about the world, about characters, but there's nothing. What's the point creating this amazing world if you can't go and enjoy it, explore it, get lost in it, there's no exploration. Personally, I didn't mind the length, took me around 8 hours to 100% without any guides. I hope they are working on a sequel and fix everything that was wrong with the first game because I want more. I do recommend this game, it was a great experience. If you can get it under $10, or better yet, borrow it, it's well worth it. 6/10

Popular Post TheLastSurvivorD
A week break from school gave me enough time to get these... #76 - Final Fantasy X HD Completion Obtain all available trophies As mostly an RPG newcomer, having truthfully only played less than a handful of them before this, I've always wanted to play a Final Fantasy game. See what the root to their acclaim was, why some of the entries are as popular as they are, and why they are considered classics. FFX, one of the most iconic JRPGs to date, seemed like prime opportunities to start the series. I went slow, taking a much longer time to complete this game than I really should have, but this was quite the adventure. Everything I was hoping for. A great story for one, a cast of characters you can care about, such a memorable soundtrack, an intricate and fun turn-based combat system that kept me from ever getting bored, the deep sphere grid, and even the side quests and minigames as well. Both the platinum and Wakka's fully upgraded celestial required so many games of Blitzball that I was starting to become tired of it. But looking back at all of the stuff I've done in Spira, I'm not forgetting it for awhile. I really enjoyed this game. Chocobo racing didn't have the best of controls, making it unnecessarily more difficult than it needed to be, but that was the only difficult part of the game for me. The sphere grid grind was quite long (farming luck spheres on the Earth Eater didn't make it any quicker, either). And capturing fiends around all of the areas of Spira was extremely dull (it was more boring than the sphere grid grinding, oddly). But nearly everything else was more fun than challenging, and more interesting than anything that could take away from the game. Facing off with each of the deadly superbosses and Original Creation fiends (without Yojimbo; I wanted to see how they were without Zanmato) were all enjoyable battles in their own right. Dodging 200 lightning bolts consecutively wasn't anything bad either. They all added to the experience. I'm taking a break from this universe to get back to games that don't require this much time to complete before starting X-2 and seeing where that takes the characters. But the hours I've spent here will be long remembered. #77 - Psychonauts Braniac Unlock all trophies. A PlayStation 2 platforming gem ported to PS4, with a long awaited sequel coming out next year. I'm quite glad I got the opportunity to play it, because this game is awesome. It has an entertaining story with a humorous cast of characters and a good protagonist in Razputin, a kid striving to become a Psychonaut, but it also as some really good platforming, levels, PSI powers, soundtrack, and noteworthy detail in just about everything the game has to go along with it. In the world of Psychonauts exists a plethora of collectibles, with there being more than a thousand, and multiple different types you have to be attentive toward to level up in rank and add more powers to your growing repertoire. The figments were a bit of an annoyance to track down though, mostly due to their transparence, being hard to see even if you were looking straight at it, huge amount, and mobility (transparent collectibles that move in different places around the room are not fun to get). But that is pretty much the only problem I found with the game. It was really fun to play, and I look forward to what becomes of Psychonauts 2. Popular Post Ala-Arska
Worms Battlegrounds Worms Elite Easy, just unlock all the other trophies! Guys, guys, whatever you do, DO NOT SMOKE! Server errors, freezes, glitchy online progress...oh, and some Prodding. That's Worms Battlegrounds in a nutshell for 'ya. Same old, same old, but with technical issues. I won't get into details how to play these games, I'm assuming everyone knows at least something from the franchise (Bazooka!) Main campaign is pretty okay. Plot and narration suck ass and then some, but missions are quite fun and offer some variation. "Worm Ops" is a collection of smaller levels, but with the emphasis being on speed and accuracy. Challenging in a groovy way Then there's the online portion...man, I f**king hate online trophies. Boosting goes a long way, but I plowed through 'em legit. And suffered Winning 5 ranked matches in a row blows big time, and leveling up your clan sometimes registers, sometimes not. What a piece of shit experience. If it weren't for the horrendous online travesty, I'd say give WB a spin. It's offline modes are still as fun as they were years ago. Of course one could always disregard those few trophies and just have fun with it. Remember what that was like? It's getting a bit hazy for me I've still got the "Alien Invasion" DLC left, so I'm not outta the woods yet. Thank God there's no multiplayer trophies there
Sagaan
Worms battlegrounds - plat nummero 102 The game is rly fun. Plat is straight forward, the most anoying story mission was lvl 21 and 24. On 24 u have to kill 3 waves of worms . And u have only 2 but with good hp atleast. Worm up mission was not dat difficult to do. U have to beat 10 missions in under 8 min. The good thing is u can watch a guide while u pause the game, and the timer dont count. Multiplayer related stuff u can boost with a pal. So its easy at all . I give the game a 5/10 in difficulty. Took me around 20 h to get. Popular Post Satoshi Ookami
All Complete Acquire all trophies. That was faster than I expected o.O Again... seriously, again. Atlus choosing brilliant game and screwing my experience with omitting proper voices Just like Conception. And that's why I've been postponing playing it. I just knew I was going to love it. And... I did. The game is really great. It has really unique battle system. Turn based combat and different combination of abilities from gifts. Making the most OP combinations from available ones was really fun =D Even though ultimate abilities of gifts really ARE overpowered so you find yourself using those =D Hime in addition to being best girl, together with Yoko were the most useful characters due to their abilities. But... Yoko's ability to raise all stats to everyone probably made her a bit better =D Interesting cast (Hime-chaaaaaan, I love her. She is such a great character, her erasure was almost Chiaki-level (the only time I was actually thankful for no proper voices) :/) and gripping story. Oh man, if I knew how the story unfolds, I would have REALLY never had erased Hime and Agito and would do everything in my power to manipulate RNG so they could go with me to the true ending route. :/ That brings me to the only grip. The crappy RNG. The game makes the fact that traitors are randomized its selling point but... It's a lazy RNG. They are decided on the start of the game. There is no RNG apart from that. Once you start the game, the pool of traitors is already set (it actually makes sense from story point of view but it's still lazy) so if you want to save your favorites, tough luck, you are out of luck. Or worse, characters that were traitors in the first playthrough will be traitors once again preventing you from maxing bond with them. Which actually... almost happened to me as my pool of traitors only had 2 differences between playthroughs. If the traitors were actually RNG-based after the judgement, it would be much better. In any case, I really enjoyed this run. If you want to play a new kind of JRPG, it's worth playing... mute

Popular Post Jesaya815
#225 Oure Dreams of the Future Acquire every other trophy. Oure is a beautiful little game. It was very relaxing to fly around above the clouds as this awesome looking dragon and collect all the orbs as well as the different relics. Besides collecting stuff and just enjoying the tone of the game, the other main aspect was calming the Titans, which wasn't much of a challenge. The only slightly complicated trophy was "defeating" the eight Titan without getting hit. Other than that, nothing's too hard or frustrating. It's not even a long game. The second playthrough on New Game Plus can be done in around two hours, which is a good thing. It's the first playthrough that truly matters and where you take your time to explore.

Popular Post AJ_Radio
Platinum #122 - Velocity 2X (October 30th, 2017) Difficulty: 7/10 Excitement: 9.2/10 Time to Platinum: 13 Hours (18 Hours including DLC) Didn't have a good platinum screenshot so won't bother to post it here. Velocity 2X may well be one of my favorite indie games. Plenty of action and shooting to boot. Soundtrack is awesome and keeps you playing the game. Graphics are a step up from the game's predecessor Velocity Ultra. There are cutscenes before each mission involving the story. Your main objective is to destroy the Vokh, an alien race bent on galactic domination. Story is nothing special, but it helps compliment the gameplay. The game is very much like Velocity Ultra, so there isn't a whole lot I need to explain here. One major difference is this time around you have to navigate various sections by foot. These are 2-D sidescrolling sections that involve obstacles and collecting purple crystals. You have two weapons at your disposal, one of which comes later in the game that is more powerful, but lacks the range of your laser gun. Holding the R2 button makes your character run faster, and teledash allows you to bypass obstacles for a short distance. As in the previous game, the main challenge is earning perfect medals. In addition to beating the gold times and not dying once, you also have to master the platforming sections. These can be quite tricky as it's very easy to mess up and die to a pit or a Vokh attacking you. Velocity 2X rarely ever felt frustrating to me. It's definitely a game of trial and error, you will die numerous times gaining all the perfect medals. Perseverance is key, and Velocity 2X is now my rarest platinum. I would personally play Velocity Ultra first as that is an easier game and it will help you prepare for Velocity 2X as both titles share a lot of similarities. I highly recommend this game to anybody looking for a challenge. The difficulty isn't as bad as people think, so don't be too intimidated with the challenges. There are some challenging levels, especially in the DLC, but timing and persistence will eventually earn you those trophies. Extremely fun and well worth the price tag.
Popular Post STFUxDxD
#85 - Tales of Symphonia (Also my 26th Ultra Rare platinum trophy) Symphonia Master You have obtained all trophies. You have mastered Symphonia! 4 playthroughs and 176 hours later, I finally have my first "Tales of" platinum trophy. I'm pretty happy about it. I enjoyed the story and characters quite a bit and I'm glad I finally had a chance to experience this game for myself. Now I just need to play some of the other "Tales of" games that are still in my backlog.
Popular Post Terra
#107 - Grand Theft Auto IV Taking A Liberty Sorry for taking liberties with your time Difficulty: 9/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Time To Completion: 7 years, 3 months Yes, this took me 7 years to complete! Why? ONLINE! I started it back in 2014 and grinding a little but gave up because I got bored of it. I decided a few days ago to go back and try to complete it so I can finally have an Ultra Rare platinum in the 1% range. It was not fun at all. For the infamous Auf Wiedersehen trophy, I had to grind races for 8-9 hours straight just to complete them all. The long and boring grind of online docks it off two enjoyment points. However, despite starting it in 2010 and completing the single player in 2014, I enjoyed the story and I liked Niko but I had more fun inviting friends and girlfriends and turning my guns on them when they wouldn't stop calling me. It's a long grind of a game but nothing is really difficult, it just takes time and patience. This is one of the two games that I first started on my profile back in 2010 and It is very satisfying to finally have this in my cabinet. Now to try and do the same of MW2, the first game I started!
