Popular Post SereneSilent
#20: Megadimension Neptunia VII So I brought myself a PS4 Pro before Christmas and told myself "The first game I will play is that game" and here it is. So this is the first (I believe) Neptunia game on the PS4 and my first game to introduce me into the console. Should I have played another game instead of this first? Maybe but this is what I wanted to play. Like any other game in the Series the CPUs are on another wild and crazy adventure. There are a lot of differences from Victory (PS3) and Victory 2 (PS4). Combat wise, usually you would set up combos by unlocking them as you level up but in this, you unlock new attacks for combos but the amount of attacks/ combo you can use in combat depends on the weapon you use. So a powerful weapon may have higher damage but the amount of combos you have is low and Vice Versa. Really makes you think which weapon you'll use in combat. The guard gauge was also removed which was interesting as you don't have to break that gauge to do more damage. Whether this is true or not, Buffs in this game are extremely useful... more so than the previous games (I never used buffs in the PS3 games so I may be wrong) because it can sometimes turn the tide from losing a battle to winning it. Like Victory you also have scouts and their effects negative or positive effects you can have in you send them to a dungeon you'll going to explore. They are useful and a necessity to use since one of the trophies requires you to find all the hidden treasure. A tip for those interested in tacking the game, you don't have to actually collect the hidden treasure just make them appear in the dungeon, I found this out when I needed one more hidden treasure and the moment I made it appear ingame I got the trophy for it. To make these hidden treasure to appear.. you need to complete challenges, some easy and others are hard..... good luck on the consecutive symbol attacks challenges...Like always there is that One trophy that requires you to be at max level but thankfully there is a Dungeon called Senmuu Labyrinth where you can easily grind it, a specific enemy will level you up quickly and of course it's the one dungeon where you don't have a mini map and map. Smirks Good Luck. True Ending requirements... a bit stricter than previous the PS3 games. Lily rank grind trophy, need I say more? Overall, Without me spoiling anything above, this was a better Neptunia game than the PS3 games. I'm glad I was able to play this and complete it in less than a Month. Other times I take breaks from it, Usually got lazy but not this time! Oh and Yes my trophy Milestones are the Neptunia main games... I actually Planned this from the start Difficulty: 6/10 (It was actually somewhat difficult...even with me who slays every enemy the first time and second time if I need to explore dungeon again. But I always Buy the DLC Characters so.... ) Enjoyment: 10/10
Popular Post Justin__Harris
Platinum #33: Deponia (PS4) Game Score: 6.5/10 Platinum Difficulty: 3/10 Decided to take this game on, which was one of 12 games included in the THQ Nordic Humble Bumble from last year. It's a point-and-click adventure title so there it's your run of the mill puzzle solving type of gameplay. The story is interesting, but this game feels like it was just a setup title and doesn't do much to standalone on its own. I'll probably check out its sequel, Chaos in Deponia at some point. The platinum isn't that difficult with help of a guide. I used one from PlayStationTrophies.com as a reference point to make sure I didn't miss anything, as the trophies you can miss are specific and although there is a save feature, there isn't chapter select or checkpoints, so it's best to just get the specific trophies straightaway.

Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 163 - SOULCALIBUR V Date of achievement : January, 13, 2018 Enjoyment : 9,0 Difficult: 6,0 Hardest Trophy: Sudden Temptation/First step of a Legend Soulcalibur V is the latest installment in the series that takes place 17 years after the events of Soulcalibur IV and centers around the children of the classic veterans from the series. Patroklos son of Sophitia embarks on a journey to free her sister Pyrrha from the curse that bestowed her when she had contact with the soul edge sword. Just like previous installments, the game is a weapon based fighting game. Features new version of critical edges attacks, allowing players to unleash high damage input supers and some new supporting defense mechanics such a just guard, which parries most attacks after a precise block. The game also features a full story mode which sets Patroklos into a variety of battles across Europe in hopes of vanquishing the effects of soul edge which also took his sister. Soulcalibur V also features a quick battle mode which allows us to unlock new titles across 240 different opponents that varies in difficulty and legendary souls, a tweaked and difficult mode that has high level cpus. The game offers great creation mode that allows us to create characters with any fighting style in the game, even trough it gives you freedom to create we can't yet choose different fighting styles within the same character, let's hope for a even more in depth mode in Soulcalibur VI. Lastly I wanna thank @zajac9999 for the grind and @fabmorais_2011 for the online Edited January 13, 2018 by Mah2c
Popular Post SereneSilent
#21: Saints Row 4 This game... where do I begin? It may sound like I hate the game but I don't. I actually like this game but me and this game have memories. Originally played on Dec. 18 of 2016 and Platinum on Jan. 13 of 2018. You may be wondering why It took me so long to platinum it and I'll tell you. This game was a filler for my trophy milestones, Did I buy it just to fill in trophies? No I wanted to play this when I saw Uberhaxornova play this in Co-Op with Spoonism. That's the history of me and the game but onto the.. review? Even though I did see a LP of this game back before I ever played this.... I have terrible memory and forgot parts of the game when I played it. This is my first Saints row game and did I enjoy it? Yes, In these games you can create a character, oh no, and to be honest I have no imagination when It comes to it. I'll probably pick the generic/ preset character model and make a few changes to it, I did how ever take my time making my own character and I say it was worth it. Now then from What I know, I know nothing, the series revolves around the Saints which were a gang to begin with? I'm going to stop before someone murders me for not knowing the story. Somehow the main enemies in this are... Aliens! I'm not going to question. This is also first game in the series where you have superpowers where It made the game more fun. It makes me wonder why there are vehicles because when you fully upgrade you will be faster than all vehicles. The weapons or should I say the skin for each weapon makes you feel Like an power being or a wtf being. Since one of the smg's skins is a water gun. Throughout the storyline you will sometimes feel like you're playing other games from different genres, This will happen I believe in the middle of the game. I don't have much more to say without me spoiling anything and because I don't know anything from the past games. I will say this however, It's not a spoiler but a PSA, On Jan. 31 of 2018 My Steelport (The Saints Row site used to upload your character creations For A trophy on SR3 and SR4) website will shutdown. This means that, if you did not obtain Jumped In for Saints Row: The Third and Saintified for Saints Row IV (and Re-elected on PS4 as well!) before January 31st, 2018, plats for these two games will become unobtainable! Source from that PSA: https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/55910-my-steelport-to-shut-down-on-january-31st-2018-platinum-soon-unobtainable/#comment-1484007 Difficulty: 5/10 (Challenges like getting Gold Medals in them, which are required for Platinum, are a bit difficult... especially the Genki ones Has horrible flashbacks to retrying one 10 times) Enjoyment: 8.5/10

I did almost everything solo, some annoying challenge I boosted. Popular Post TheActualMeg4cy
#22 - Batman (Telltale) (PS4) I don't have the clips handy because they've yet to be uploaded but if you're a huge fan of Batman like myself, you're going to be let-down with this one. This series is downright insulting to the franchise from a story perspective. I understand that some variation in the story can help spruce up the franchise and create new stories to explore but the change in this story was not as appealing to me. While Bruce Wayne (or Batman) is depicted as either good or bad by the choices you make, the actual character himself in this story was lackluster. Troy Baker does a horrible job at playing the playboy billionaire and of course, as saturated as ever, Laura Bailey adds nothing to Feline Fiend. I played through this game hoping for a decent story at the very least to go along with the platinum and ended up coming out with a sour taste for Telltale as a whole and their development practices. The game runs horribly on PS4, which is the result of a poor development team not understanding how to use the hardware or rather, in this possible case, not understanding that their damn engine is on it's death bed. Come for the platinum, not the story. You will most likely be pressing random buttons towards the end to just get the game over and done with.
Popular Post Zach
#45 Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 4/10 Time: 18-20hrs The Sly Cooper series is definitely my favorite "Cartoon" Playstation series (Jak & Daxter being my second, Ratchet & Clank being my third). Sly 3 was great as well but I found the story lacking compared to the first two, in my opinion. I will rate the trilogy in my opinion below. Sly Cooper and Thievius Raccoonus: 9/10 (Most fun bosses and challenging gameplay) Sly 2: Band of Thieves: 10/10 (Best story, locations and dialogue) Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves: 8/10 (Best visuals and airplane gameplay was loads of fun) Next goal: Xblaze Lost: Memories and Batman Telltale (PS3) Edited January 13, 2018 by Zach

Popular Post PooPooBlast
#93 Saw Play it only if you're a fan of the movie series otherwise it'll look like a massively turd-looking cheap game. Otherwise, knock your socks off and since I'm a fan, I can say I enjoyed what puzzles it threw at me. My only issue is the combat ( horrible but serviceable), and the repitition of puzzles. There were some really creative ones but many felt the same. And I must say, I was really surprised by how good the ending was. Both endings were really nice and I believe, "the freedom" ending is the canon one since the movies follow that story arc. Onto the next game

Justin__Harris
Platinum #34: 36 Fragments of Midnight (PS4) Game Score: 6/10 Platinum Difficulty: 1.5/10 I picked up this game for $3 on the PS Store because you know how when you need to get something that's a dollar, but they make you load up at least $5 on your account? So yeah, I got this with that. Anyway, it's a cute little game that does require a slight amount of skill to accomplish the goal of attaining all 36 fragments. I would call this Super Meat Boy's opposite, in that both have similar gameplay mechanics, but this platinum is super easy and shouldn't take one more than an hour or two to complete if you're patient. Definitely a joke of a platinum, but then again, I play a lot of Telltale Games. So I'm kind of used to that.
Popular Post Floriiss
#178: Crypt of the NecroDancer NecroMaster!! Unlock all trophies Its over. It's finally over. The hardest platinum to date is finally mine. What a journey this has been.. unbelievable.. Nearly two years ago I completed Super Meat Boy and I really enjoyed the challenge of that game so I was looking for other games with similar difficulty, or even being more difficult. That's when I heard from this game.. Crypt of the NecroDancer. Without hesitation I booted up this game, only to find out I had opened Pandora's Box. The requirements for these trophies are absolutely insane. This is something on a whole different level in terms of difficulty. This game is extremely brutal, unforgiving and sometimes you're wondering whether or not this game is actually fair play. Most of the trophies aren't that bad. Usually they are related to the characters in the game or are kill related. At first it takes a while to get used to their mechanics, but after more practice it gets doable. Now you're probably wondering, what makes this platinum so hardcore and illusive? Coda and Lowest is the answer to that. Coda is the 10th character in the game. This character combines three characters into one. These are the following characters: - Aria: Dies from losing her multiplier. This can be due to getting hit by an enemy, but also due to hitting a wrong wall or losing the beat. Usually when you skip beats on characters, it doesn't matter.. but on Aria she dies. So you need to keep moving. - Bolt: The BPM of the songs are doubled. AKA double speed. - Monk: You'll die when you pick up any gold. Okay, to get this in perspective.. Coda is a character where you can't even miss one single beat, cant get hit or hit wrong walls, to make it even worse the speed is doubled.. so you need to press a lot more and still hit everything perfectly on beat.. and to top it off you can't pick up any money or you'll die instantly. This combination is one of the most insane things I've ever witnessed in a video game. It's extremely difficult. In fact, the developers weren't even sure in the beginning whether or not this character could actually be beaten; hence why there's 'probably impossible' displayed once you select Coda. Beating Coda took me 2 MONTHS of practicing almost every day. I'd say it took me around 300h+. Seems brutal, right? Well guess what? They decided to add another brutal trophy to the list, in my opinion even worse than Coda. Wait, can this get even worse? Yes it sure can. It's called Lowest of the Low. At first I thought it wouldn't be as bad as Coda, because of the abscence of the extreme conditions. Turns out I was wrong. The problem with all char low % is the fact that you've got to clear all 9 characters in a row, back-to-back, without dying, without picking up any items or using any shrines. Basically you need to finish with your starting gear. This means that there is almost no place for error. One false move and you're dead. Since this run can take up to nearly three hours, its tough to make almost no mistakes during this time span. This one took me somewhere between 2.5-3 MONTHS of practice. Probably around somewhere around 400h+ All together I've spend over 800h+ on my way to the platinum. The amount of dedication need for this is absolutely brutal. I've experienced weeks, if not months upon failing over and over again.. an insane amount of disappointments and sometimes I was getting skeptical whether or not I was actually capable of pulling this off. This difficulty is something I've never experienced before and I've completed quite a few hard games. Games like Cloudberry Kingdom, I am Bread, Super Meat Boy etc are an absolute joke to this. This is by far my proudest achievement gaming wise and I'm really glad that after all this time I've never given up and finally my hard work has payed off. I just couldn't be happier.

Popular Post RavenousOutsider
Final Worlds Thank you for playing Goddamn. I really enjoyed this game. Sure, there were times that were really annoying, but you push through anyway. I'll admit that I used that nice option that allows you to buy trophies(a lot of them are quite annoying to do), but that allowed for the last option given to you through the true ending to be all the more fine. It's great that they have you play as all three of the characters and experience the story from different perspectives and continue said story. Aah... Such a nice game. I'm unsure which one to do next.

Popular Post Falken-N7
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition #14 - The Limits of the Possible Collect all trophies. Done, tough platinum to get as there are many missables, some painful ones (yes Master Marksman, I'm looking at you), the gwent quest is almost infinite (but fun, liked the card game a lot), and the story itself is quite a long trip. Took me one month, but that's only because of christmas break, giving me some time off from work. All in all, one of the best games I've ever played, surely the best medieval-fantasy rpg, and a wonderful experience overall. The Witcher world is so well detailed, characters are amazing, with very few ones easily classifiable as "evil" or "good", it's mostly shades of gray...which is what really makes you fall in love with this world. Shout out to CDPR, they really did an amazing work, this is one of those games that everyone should play (unless someone deeply hates rpgs). Sad to know this will be the last adventure of Geralt, but it is what it is, now the wait for Cyberpunk begins. Time to move on to the remaining DLC trophies.
