smellslikejavier
#119 - Bully I'm still wondering why some many think that this is a great game... I found it to be average at best. It's so cliché, it's sickening. It's not funny, the story is poor, controls aren't all that good and all you get is fetch quests. I found it fairly dull for the most time, The races bring a decent enough change, as do the jobs, but even those get repetitive very fast. Had a couple of times where the ground would disappear and become see through,, as well as other graphical glitches that apparently no one could be bothered to fix for the port. Enjoyment: 6 Difficulty: 2 it's supposed to be cliché, just like rockstar's GTA franchise is supposed to be a satire/parody of the american culture, gta 3 and 4 were a satire of the new york lifestyle, vice city a satire of miami and the 80s, san andreas/gta 5 a satire and parody of, among other things, hollywood and the modern technological lifestyle of the american population, and with bully they made a parody of the american high school's clichés, it wasn't supposed to be taken seriously. this is exactly the same case of Until Dawn, which is a parody/homage/satire of every horror movie, so its also full of cliches made on purpose, which means it doesn't have to be taken seriously neither. again, this is a ps2 emulation using the ps4's emulation system, all of this ps2 re-releases are not ports or remasters, just emulations, which means they didn't touched anything about the game's code and only added trophy support, 1080p resolution and some other streaming features, but since is an emulation the games are exactly the same as they were in the original ps2 release. Popular Post Satoshi Ookami
Flawless Demon The Ultimate Blade This was... super fun! Like, seriously =D The battle system is super fun (once you do get to know it... which... I had not patience to 2 years ago when I first tried the game =D) and super easily breakable =D I mean, it's pretty innovative one. Even the story had some nice moments =D In fact, it reminded me of TokiTowa... also hated by many but it was actually nice. Not as good as TokiTowa, but I quite liked it =D Seriously, why are all "bad" games actually good? But yea, it had a fatal flaw. Absence of Japanese voices. Luckily save data didn't corrupt. Now to complete Visual novel and Point and click.

I'm well aware that the game is a parody, I just don't think it's a good one. As they've overdone it to my liking, to the point where it's not remotely funny. Popular Post Bumperklever
Well 3rd plat in a week making it 12% of all plats in 4 and a half years #25 Smart As (PSVita) Intelligent Being Date Achieved: 2 June 2016 Rarity: Very Rare (9-10%) Enjoyment: 6/10 This is basically a rip-of from brain training on the DS. I really enjoyed the daily challenges and streetchallenges. But it was a really big grind to get this plat. From the different available modes I liked: All math modes, Where is it?, Rapid Recall, Cube Mania and Path Finder and Same Different What I disliked: all Language modes, Turbo Tap, Boxed in,Live Jigsaw and chain reaction And Roller blocks was just terrible.

Popular Post GoodbyeBread
Deadly Preminition: The Director's Cut Where do I even begin with this game? At first, it felt awkward with the controls, with stopping and shooting. But as I played on, I became more invested in the story. There are so many colorful characters, considering this game is like a survival horror/ mystery. York was amazing and I enjoyed playing him throughout the whole story. The highest point of playing this game was the characters, the music and the story. (Profiling was an interesting concept. I hope to see used more often if the game every had a sequel)The lowest part of the game were the side quests. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy them. However, trying to get to the side missions is frustrating. For example, if you ever want to get into Emily Wyatt's house, you need to visit here at night, while it's raining. I struggled with this for a while, because even when you get the right day and the right time with the right weather, she would be somewhere else like a diner or sheriffs department. I wish the game have like a journal and kept track of all the times when someone is available. Overall, I had fun and enjoyed every bit of the game. Even though I got a platinum this game, I feel like I would go back to it. (What do you think, Zach?)

Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #106: Zone of the Ender HD Edition (PS3) Never played the PS2 version, unfortunately. The music and the opening animation was anime production wise quality. Wished they redid the PS2 videos to HD, it was weird transitional crystal HD to PS2 graphics. Surprised the percent of Platinums is at 12%, think it one of the semi-easy plats out there. Sly 3 was harder than this. Only really struggles with the first 2 rescue missions and Nebula Boss battle( his stupid final attack beam ko move the full health bar),,,,figured I had to sacrifice some hp to get some Burst Shots in before it got to that point. Konami should revisit this and make a third game but considering their interests right now...maybe not. Shame they did not make the Vita port, would have played this far sooner. Can't wait to start on 2nd Runner.

Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #120 Until Dawn A Symphony of Horror Trophies You collected all Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies in Until Dawn An adventure game where your choices actually matter!? Unheard of! But this game pulls it off, and it makes things extremely tense knowing that one wrong move could remove a character from the game permanently. It's so cool that any and all of the 8 playable characters can die or survive. I'm not usually a fan of jumpscares when they're used this often, but it makes sense here. Supermassive games perfectly captured what it would feel like to play a cheesy horror movie. It also surprised me in more ways than one, but I won't go into details. To quote my boy, Colin M "They've out Quantic Dreamed Quantic Dream". This is how you make these kinds of games, and I really hope they make more. Popular Post Wdjat Prinny Doods
#133- THE BIT.TRIP BIT.TRIP COMPLETE You are CommanderVideo Pretty interesting collection of games. The Bit.Trip is a series of arcade style games with rhythm gameplay but it isn't your normal rhythm game where you have to hit notes that are flying across the screen. 2 of the games are pong style games where you have to block beats along with the music, another is a bullet hell game of sorts, one is a shmup, one where you have to zap notes along with the music and lastly one that is a side scrolling platformer where you have to avoid obstacles and collects gold bars along with the beat. I like the concept of each game and the soundtrack is pretty good. My main gripe with the game is that the 2 pong style games (Beat/Flux) use the PS4/Vita motion controls with no option to use the analog stick. I found that to be incredibly annoying as the motion controls didn't offer the precision I would have liked, this became very prevalent during the BS final boss of Beat. Aside from the motion control stuff the plat isn't that difficult and offers a nice challenge doods. Popular Post GarciaFever
Really late for posting this: #134 Minecraft: Story Mode (PS3) Meh, it was a decent game. Certainly not one of the best TellTale games that i've played. The only thing that I loved was the pet pig Ruben (I think that's his name?).
SoapMacTavish222
Hmmm, it's been awhile. #191 Demon's Souls U.K. version because I missed playing it and was gearing up for Dark Souls 3. Still waiting for them to do an HD Remaster of this thing. And #192 Minecraft Story Mode because Telltale has yet to let me down. I was kind of on the fence about this one but am very glad I gave it a chance because it was excellent.

I guess trophies can't make every game more enjoyable. I swear the last game I played that was this boring was ... well I can't think of anything, that's how BORING this game was, but whatever the trophy icons are pretty.
