Edunstar84
Congratz, it is quite a steal at 2.99. Been using the YouTube walk through as well. How did you cheese the no damage trophy? I think I am going to struggle on that one. I believe you needed to save (on PC, PS3, or PS+) before getting to the boss stage, level 14. You can then skip ahead and just defeat the last boss. I'm pretty sure I've read this somewhere. But the important thing is not to have completed the level.
Popular Post Evil_Joker88
Platinum Crysis 3 Woohoo, finally i finished this... started long ago (somewhere during the Summer Backlog Challenge ) but GTA 5 Online were more importantso back then Well about this game: my first Crysis, but it seemed ok like not missing too much... Best thing is you can cloak yourself The enemies normally didn't see me coming closer for a kill But most times i evaded most enemies and ran past them The MP is but a very different thing... who the hell had this idea that all players can cloak themselves? Never saw them coming for me And boosting was because of public lobbies not easy
Popular Post kitsune29
#39 Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Perfect Storm Master Acquired all the trophies. Difficulty : 4.5/10 Enjoyment : 8/10 Finally, I had the time to finish the last installment of CyberConnect's Ninja Storm series. I am an old hat when it comes to the franchise, having played (and platted) every other title as well. This one, however, was even for me as a veteran sometimes rather challenging. Certain S-Ranks were quite tough to obtain and required more minute planning and strategy than the mere rasengan spam of some earlier titles. This made it rather enjoyable and unlike some other platinum experiences I had, it actually felt more like an achievement. NS 2 and NS 4 are definitely the tougher cookies out there. If you felt that NS 3 or Revolution were too underwhelming, you might want to try out this one. The game remains faithful to its original, Masashi Kishimoto's manga Naruto. The presentation and storytelling are epic and immersive as usual, they sometimes go a bit overboard though (more like DBZ occasionally). In conclusion, it was an enjoyable and authentic experience for me as a fan of the franchise (fillers aside). It was definitely a worthy conclusion for a great franchise. Believe it!

Popular Post Icebrand1270
Platinum 96 PS4 Platinum 12 The Wolf Among Us (PS4) 16 consecutive months with at least 1 Platinum. 24 Platinums in a single year. Both the best I have EVER done! Anyway, I'm not the biggest fan nor the biggest hater of TellTale. I try to keep an open mind but my judgment is clouded due to hate for The Walking Dead (don't ask). Still, I did score Plat on both the PS3 and Vita versions of this game, so I had to finish the "plat-trick". It took a while to get back into this but once I got the ball rolling, I was right back in it. I enjoy this more than most TellTale games for a few reasons. First, there are trophies that must be worked towards instead of a straight story run. That's not to say I hate easy games but it is still a nice touch. Second, there are just 6 chapters per episode. Even friends of mine who watch The Walking Dead felt the game was too long at 8 chapters per episode. It makes me glad I didn't do TellTale Game of Thrones with 6 episodes of 8 chapters each. Fortunately, TellTale seems to have realized that "less is more" (at least in this case) and made most of their games 7 chapters per episode (Tales from the Borderlands) or 6 chapters per episode (Minecraft Story Mode, TellTale Batman). Finally, it piggybacks off something more obscure (the Fables comics) than a popular TV show (The Walking Dead or Game of Thrones), allowing me to enjoy something I normally wouldn't rather than something I already have a preconceived notion about. Anyway, let the Countdown To Platinum 100 continue!
Popular Post Ala-Arska
The Deadly Tower of Monsters Laundry list Complete all other missions That robot has one of the biggest cogs I've ever seen. You gotta enjoy these games for what they are: short bursts of fun, with a trick up their sleeve. I like the idea behind this game: it's all a movie (a sci-fi B-movie), that's been released on a DVD. And has it's director commenting it all the way through. It's kind of a unique idea, and works pretty well for my taste. Plus the "director" of this "movie" is absolutely hilarious, got a few good laughs while trying different stuff out. The gameplay itself is quite basic, a top-down watered down hack'n slash'n shoot. No levels per se, just one big-ass tower to climb. A tower...of MONSTERS! The developers made a really great job mimicking cheap 50's/60's science fiction and horror movies. Low budget set pieces, guys in rubber suits, stop motion animations, cheesy dialogue...TDToM has it all. Even the main character's name reeks of camp: Dick Starspeed. Supposedly the alternative name was Dick Missile, oh the opportunities with that one... Needless to say, the game's not a masterpiece. But for the reasons mentioned above, I liked it just enough to never get bored with it. Lots of references, great humor, and an easy gameplay. If these things appeal to you, The Deadly Tower of Monsters is definitely worth trying out
Popular Post Dayleno
Super meat boy. Probably the hardest trophy I'll ever obtain, maybe even the hardest gaming accomplishment complete. This one was a huge pain in the ass. I don't know how many hours this one took but it definitely took many in-game deaths.
Popular Post Abbey97
Platinum #43: Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number TROPHY ADDICT Unlock all Trophies Enjoyment - 7/10 Difficulty - 8-9/10 (Personal Opinion) This platinum is probably one of my most proudest platinums to date as a lot of the trophies are super tough and so grindy. I seriously never want to have to A+ Death Wish or Caught again in my life as they were so difficult. But I'll tell you something, seeing the 1-800- GODDAMN and 1-800- GETHELP trophies pop was so rewarding and made me smile as well, as I had spent ages trying, dying and trying again to get though them and I actually did it in the end. I wouldn't recommend playing it if you've had a bad day though! The story was also pretty good as this game acts as a sequel and a presequel to the first game, so it ties up some questions and theories from the first game pretty nicely. Saying that though, it wasn't as good as the first game, in my opinion, as I thought that the first game had the challenge just right. I would still recommend this game to anyone though as its a fun and thrilling ride for anyone who isn't keen on getting all the trophies for it. However, if you want to get all the trophies for it, then I'd say practice, practice and practice and also watch loads of YouTube videos and read forums as these will help you get though a lot of it. For now though, I'm going to stay away from fustrating games like this as I don't think I could take another platinum ride like that for a while! Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #134 Steins;Gate Sky Clad Observer Unlocked all trophies. It's me, I'll be brief. This whole place could of been bugged by the Organization. Operation Heimdallr was a success. Through countless time leaps, I managed to secure the infamous platinum trophy of legend. Did you suspect anything less from the insane mad scientist, Hououin Kyouma? Muhahahaha! What do you mean I'm a fraud!? I sound exactly like Okabe, I have no idea what you're talking about... Platinum #135 Yakuza 3 Platinum Trophy Earn all other trophies in the game. I don't have much to say other than how great this game is. Now there was quite a bit cut in the localised version, but there's still a lot of content here. Would of been nice to perv on women at the hostess clubs though... The combat is extremely satisfying. Don't take this out of context, but I sure love beating people's faces in. And after filling my daily quota of murdering street thugs or Yakuza, it's always nice to go back to the orphanage and look after a bunch of kids, or maybe do a bit of fishing. No guilty conscience here. The plat isn't too hard. There are a few tough trophies such as completing all of the minigames, and beating all rounds in the Ultimate Skill mode, but for the most part, it's just time consuming. I had a blast doing it though. Well, I was when the Ai wasn't screwing me over in Pool and such anyway.

Popular Post jaehyun1009
#57 - Super Time Force Ultra (a.k.a. STFU) TIME to go Outside Earn EVERY trophy in Super Time Force Ultra Difficulty 5/10 Score 9/10 It's a few days late but I just want to get this out of the way in time before I get the platinum for Broken Age. I played this game as part of Bye Bye Backlog: IGC event. As with most other IGC games that I've never heard of before, I had fairly low expectations for this game, as the trailers and screenshots of this game I've seen looked like any other generic, uninspiring 8-bit indie shovelware. As I actually gave this agme a try and started playing through this, it quickly became one of the favorite games I've played this year. This game is difficult to describe in words - on the bare surface, it's a simple contra-esque sidescrolling shooter with a strict time limit and you die in one hit. Now this all obviously sounds hardcore... until you find out you can rewind time if you don't like what happened in the battlefield - you can do this up to 30 times in a level. This is where the genius of the game comes in - Once you rewind time, the character you played with fights alongside you up to the point where you hit the rewind button, and you need to utilize this feature to get through the game's various levels that have a strict time limit. This game has up to 19 playable characters (PS4 exclusive characters include Sir Galahad from Order 1886, Traveler from Journey, and Shuhei Yoshida), so there is a lot of replayability value coupled with the rewind feature that allows different characters to fight at the same time. If you still don't get what I'm talking about... I did warn people that this game was difficult to describe in words. (I'm not trying to advertise youtube channels, but I would recommend checking out TotalBiscuit's video on this game if you're still confused as to what I just described) The story is, of course, about time traveling... for the most trivial reasons such as being able to watch funny cat videos, and generally doesn't take itself seriously, arguably for its own good. This wildly cavalier approach to time travel slaps more serious time travel games like Steins;Gate and Life is Strange right across the face. On a little more serious note, story is obviously not this game's draw, though it is quite humorous. If you're a trophy hunter: this is a UR plat, and a relatively quick one too. Most of the game isn't too tough, though some of the challenge levels (called HellaDeck) can be quite difficult towards the end, which is why this game gets a 5/10 difficulty. Super hardcore mode isn't difficult at all, especially since you have tons of characters you can use and you don't have to worry about collectibles (you do have to collect all collectibles in one go of the level). I'd actually argue that your first playthrough is more difficult since you haven't gotten used to the game's time mechanics and you only start with 3 characters, who are good on their own but not as OP as some of the characters you can unlock later. I would highly recommend this game to anyone or at least give it a try, especially who happen to have this game on their IGC.

Popular Post RedRodriguez87
KINGDOM HEARTS Master *phew* 3 playthroughs is more than enough for this game. It's funny how I considered beating it once back in the day satisfying enough. Looking back at it now a good 13 years later, it's alot clunkier then I remembered. Sora feels very sluggish, the camera still finds ways to get in your way even after being mapped to the right stick, the lock-on would rather hone in on the guy slightly off screen instead of the one right smack-dab in your face (who you initially were trying to target), and of course, the platforming suuuuuccccks. And yet, it's storytelling abilities are still the best in the series. It uses its characters and its theme to tell a simple yet engaging story that can stand on its own. Most importantly, the worlds are all there to SERVE it, not distract from it. For example SPOILERS We didn't go to the Deep Jungle to watch how Tarzan lived and grow up with gorillas, we got there because Sora and Donald had a fight (kinda), and they had to learn to patch things up as not lose anymore friends in uncertain times. A trip to Atlantica didn't result in us watching Ariel fall in love with Eric, but with a revelation that the key bearer "shatters peace and brings ruin". SPOILERS It seems so easy to weave moments like this into the different worlds instead of cramming them at the beginning middle and end, so I'm not sure what the disconnect is with the story planners nowadays. I'm also not sure if I am going to go through with a ReCom playthrough just yet. As I said before, 3 playthroughs is alot for a game like this, and if ReCoM is like I remember it, 6 playthroughs would burn me out so much I wouldn't even want to LOOK at another KH game for a long-ass while.
Popular Post themindisacity
#174 Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter (PS4) Life of a Consulting Detective Held this off for a while to make it a milestone trophy - it's my 10,000th trophy earned. I adore Sherlock Holmes in all of his incarnations (though I admit to not having seen the Veggie Tales version, "Sheerluck"), so having this gorgeous trophy image (though a bit Jon Hamm-y) live on my profile forever was a no-brainer. That having been said, I much preferred Testament and Crimes and Punishments over Devil's Daughter; it's very odd that the developer would completely overhaul the main characters but keep everything else the same, including the series canon. Ah, well. If you liked Testament and Crimes and Punishments, you'll like this one enough.

Popular Post yellowwindow7
He Went Commando / Ratchet and Clank 2 ( PS3 ) there's no need to post a huge wall of text for this, aside from the frustrating dog fights on space and ship controls to pass through every ring like freaking superman 64 during space races, then this platinum is really, really easy to get. though, if you're not familiar to this game since the ps2 era i recommend you to follow a guide especially for the hidden Nanotech upgrade, you'll be surprised how or where to get or find some of them. got it from the Retro sales on the EU store, it felt so good going back replaying these awesome classic, better than most games now days. i already played this and R&C 3, Dead Locked on ps2 and still have the discs, but never played the first R&C back on the ps2 era as it was one of the hard to find ps2 games back then in where i live. if my ps2 was still working i would have never re-bought this again on ps3. i'll get R&C 3, and dead locked later when it get's into a new sales in the future since i already have and played them on ps2 i find the price tag of $15 each is a bit too much. Unfortunately this game has not aged well at all. The PS3 version looked really bad, compared to the 360 version, which I remember looking much better graphically. Anyway, it was fun for what it was and a pretty simple & easy Plat. Busy playing through the PS3 trilogy and next going to give Anniversary & Underworld a go. Then onto TR Definitive, before I get into Rise. Edited March 13, 2017 by DysectorZA
