Popular Post grimydawg___
78 NBA 2K14 I finally obtained this platinum after playing two full games a day for about 5 straight months. This platinum took me about 200 hours to finish. I probably could have cut about 50 hours of that time, if I did this game the n00b way and have crappy rosters, but that's not how I do things. I leveled up my player and my custom without spending any money, by taking advantage of the free VC NBA 2K gives away. I also had the advantage of preordering this game. So that helped my 99 stars a great deal and I had 10K free VC. That's the currency that basically works the same way as EA sports games. Only thing, I would like to be able to trade for players and stuff like that, like they do on the EA games. I definitely enjoyed my journey and I'm very likely to do the PS4 version, but that probably won't be until the summer. This platinum gives me ultra rare 32 (according to this site) I think, which isn't too bad. I also have 12 plats that are under 1%. That's pretty interesting to me. Now, I'm going to be on my PS4 to finish up the upcoming Battlefield 4 DLC, The Playroom DLC and Assassin's Creed 4 will likely be my next platinum. I got ~95% of the trophies in all of my games I've play on this profile. I'm almost there. I just have to keep chipping. My plan is working well for me. Popular Post Ben
Mastered the Jungle Obtain all the Trophies. Overall it's an excellent game but damn some co-op missions can be hard to find. Collectibles are really easy to get, except some kill-related trophies nothing to grind which is a good thing. Popular Post SitusKiss
# 142 Tomb Raider Earned by 11,102 of 154,907 PS3 game owners The PS+ freebies just keep on comin', haha. This wonderful edition to the Tomb Raider games is a prequel to the other games. You play as a young Lara who is in the early stages of her adventurer lifestyle. The point of this story is to, basically, establish how Lara became the "tomb raider" we know and love in the other TR games. The story plot was just okay for me, but the way Square Enix put it all together really delivered a fantastic single player experience. There's a nice mix of cinematics and gameplay. The game plays fairly linear; however, you can sort of free-roam in the different areas to locate collectibles and such. The game has 3 difficulty settings, but there are no trophy requirements related to them so you can play on whatever difficulty you like and simply enjoy the experience. The trophies were all straight forward with only a small handful of potentially missable ones... i'm looking at you "Chatterbox". The multiplayer was pretty fun - even with the very limited number of game modes. I was pleasantly surprised to find the servers quite populated so long after release (thanks again PS+). The grind to level 60 was a bit much, but I had some good company along the way. Thanks for all your help Rowdi and brendo Platinum Difficulty: 3/10 Overall Enjoyment: 8/10 - dropped due to long mp grind Video of Platinum: Link to video on YouTube

Popular Post MesopithecusUK
#29. Saw 2 Difficulty: 3/10 Fun: 6/10 Meant to be a gap filler, but ended up a little longer. It was OK, nothing exciting, bit glitchy and repetitive. Back to FFX HD now

Popular Post monkeydluffy512
#96 The Saboteur This is your generic sandbox game just set in France during WWII, so you get to kill Nazis and blow up all their stuff. The game itself was pretty fun, but finishing the ambient freeplay across the map was kind of a grind. The story was ok and the black and white areas on the map gave the game sort of and artsy feel. I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys sandbox games, since this came out in 2009 you should be able to get it pretty cheap.
Popular Post yellowwindow7
it can't be for nothing / The Last of Us i guess it's true about this game to own the title " game of the generation! " ... no seriously! this game really have stand up like a boss on the entire 7th gen like if Uncharted or any other big AAA titles never exist, sure it's not an RPG but to me this game is one of the best games i ever played in my life and i can consider it the game no.1 on the ps3. also this is the very first game on ps3 ever i got some help from someone ( my brother ) to plat, i got all the trophies one by one until i reach the firefly and hunter online trophies. i heard from someone that " all you have to do is to survive 24 weeks total ", 12 as a firefly and 12 as a hunter and thats that.. cool! sound easy, well yes it does! until you get a threat that it's result is a 100% of your clan to be wiped out if you didn't finish the online missions the game throw at you, you don't get rid of these threats will mean all your clan will be killed and you'll have to start all over again from week 1 and to have the ability to switch side as a firefly or a hunter, not to mention the famous stupid " white plug icon " which really destroyed my clan, i thought it was my internet but the online in games other that TLOU is just working fine, even the PS home. after i gave up on the multiplayer my brother who's already plated the game on his account.. of course after throwing many F bombs on the white plug icon while doing so took action and unlocked both trophies for me, even though i never ask him to do, though i gotta admit that he's way much better than me on the last of us multiplyer. i really loved everything in the last of us include the forced yet addicting multiplayer, and i can forgive the annoying online trophies of it too, but if Naughty dog is really gonna make the last of us 2 in the future i hope they put all their focus on the story mode.. i need more of that, if they wanna added a multiplayer mode it's better if they added a drop in / out online/offline Co-op instead... if that's ok.
Popular Post HeartUnderBlade
#20 - Naruto Storm 3 I really enjoyed this game, having played the previously released titles (Storm 1, 2 and Generations) I was impressed by how well the story mode was done. The graphics too are amazing (specially in Full Burst) and the gameplay is just fun, have nothing bad to say about this game, I will continue to play it even after acquiring the platinum,(that's rare of me, I never touch a game I have already plated, except BF3)The platinum was easy, maybe too easy, in comparison, Generations was double the challange.
Popular Post aquartertothree
#38: Lone Survivor: Director's Cut Difficulty: 2/10 (Getting the Blue Ending from the White Ending was kind of confusing/a grind but otherwise it wasn't a problem.) Fun: 10/10 One of my absolute favorite indie games and by far the best Survival Horror title released in years. I can't recommend this one enough.
