Popular Post Trancexistence
#2 - Bugsnax + The Isle of Bigsnax DLC 100% "Bunger, bunger, bunger, bunger. Bunger? BUNGERBUNGERBUNGERBUNGERBUNGER!" This game was a delight and I loved it. Behind the cutesy child friendly graphics is an entertaining story that I thought was tailored more towards adults to be honest. I really liked both the story and cast of characters. Chandlo and Snorpy were the highlights for me. What a pair of legends. I liked Gramble and Filbo too. Catching the actual Bugsnax themselves was fun with most of them making for interesting mini puzzles and figuring out how to catch them was entertaining. Some of them are a piece of cake whilst others are more tricky. I must admit I had to resort to YouTube for about three or four of them. I really liked the catchy soundtrack also. Hats off to Seth Parker for that. So in summary, this was a great experience. The game's ending hints at a sequel which I'll very much look forward to if we get it ? Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Also, Wales are going to the World Cup for the first time in 64 years! Popular Post its_ArchroniX
#54- Titanfall 2 - PS4 Mark of the Advocate Earned all trophies ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Difficulty (IMO): 8/10 Time: Around 10 hours Rarity: 1.0% Ultra Rare (PSN) / 8.32% Very Rare (PSNProfiles) Let's start by saying that I NEVER buy or download shooter games for the story. I have played countless Call of Duty games over the years and rarely played the stories. I never like stories in shooter games. They don't feel the same as stories in an RPG or anything like that and they never appealed to me that much. When I bought a Call of Duty game, I bought it for the Multiplayer or the Zombies game mode. Still, I wanted to give Titanfall 2 a chance because I really like the whole "mecha combat" idea and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the story in this game actually is! The adventure with BT was a lot of fun, although a bit short. I had no trouble completing the main missions (died a few times) and enjoyed the various trophies for what they were. The Gauntlet trophy is why I gave this game an 8/10 in difficulty. Oh boy, what a great challenge that was. Maybe my mood was right, maybe it was a good day, but I loved breaking my own time each round and getting better and better to reach the ultimate goal, the top 3! Normally I hate speedrun trophies of any kind, but this was great! I had a few tough moments with grenades not killing all the enemies when I wanted them to, or losing speed at the end of the Gauntlet run. But I managed it and it was great! Overall a very enjoyable platinum run and a good shooter game. I can't speak about the multiplayer, as I only played it very briefly (about 3 matches or so with a friend 4 years ago). The story is damn good, the combat is fine and if you are up for a challenge the Gauntlet is definitely for you! Popular Post RadiantFlamberge
#20 Nioh Remastered (PS5) Base Game Platinum You Are Nioh - Obtained all trophies. A good Samurai vs. Yokai themed "soulsborne" type ARPG. This has one of the best combat systems. While you're not generally able to dual wield except for certain paired swords, you instead have a 3 stance system. The skill trees for each weapon type, the Ninjutsu, and Onmyo magics are nice. There's the summoner's candle item, which is like Lords of the Fallen's Ghost Merge shard- using it brings back your guardian spirit and lost amrita (Nioh's version of souls/runes/XP). Amrita isn't used like cash - instead, you use gold to shop at the blacksmith. You don't drop the gold if you're killed. One thing I found interesting was the revenants, the fallen ghosts of players who died. Revenants will be equipped with the gear that player had at death. It's explained how they died, such as "Crushed by Nurikabe for hostile behavior" or "Cut down by Yoki". You can summon and fight them to gain Glory. If a certain enemy is nearby, revenants can invade you (similar to Dark Souls or Elden Ring NPC invaders) if you try to pass them. The list for this one was mostly fine, with a few annoyances. I thought Regular Smith Customer was overly grindy and a bit tedious. You need to get 60 requests at the blacksmith. For the first 30 levels it isn't too bad. Every 200.000 gold spent gets you another patronage level to spend on perks (you better be spending a lot of them on sell price markup). At least you can help this after completing the story and unlocking Way of the Strong difficulty. Switch to Strong, then you can rack up more gold. One way is to go to Ohashi Bridge and kill lots of revenants. On this setting, they will be high leveled and tend to drop divine armor or weapons. You get good money for selling the divine items. Master of Quality was a bit too RNG driven. Certain materials you need for it come from bosses who aren't guaranteed to drop it when they die. If they don't, you'll be replaying that stage. Spa Lover wasn't too bad. At least on the map screen, there is an icon in the bottom left of the mission's info window if it has a spa. There will be a checkmark if you used that one. Enjoyment: 8/10 (Knocked off a couple points for MoQ being a bit luck-based, and for RSC being a tedious grind) Difficulty: 6/10 Spoiler One NPC is Tome's grandfather Muramasa, who seems to be an ancestor of Ninja Gaiden's blacksmith of the same name. Once you save him in a certain mission, he will work with Tome at the shop. Edited June 8, 2022 by RadiantFlamberge

RedRodriguez87
#381: Shawarma Time I think this may the first Lego game I hate. I already wasn't a fan of the Console version, and the changes made to fit this on a vita makes the experience that much worse. The main campaign isn't really the problem, even if they took out entire level sections, which I wouldn't have minded except they axed my favorite part. It's the open world that causes all the headaches. Take the already annoying races and challenges, then add in a camera scheme that remains fixated on your back, overly sensitive controls, and certain actions leading to guaranteed game crashing, and you get the one Lego game that had me cursing at it. Popular Post MarcusPunisher
Platinum #167 - Evil Dead: The Game 4.39% - Ultra Rare It's finally done. I wasn't even sure I could get this done, but thanks to the community of boosting, I was able to do the rest of the trophies (after they fixed them when they were glitched) and get the desired platinum. How was the game? It was pretty good. You can say that it is groovy.... Anyway, the core gameplay is a lot of fun and the way they implemented the asymmetric style of gameplay here really forces every player to do something in a good way. The previous popular one like Dead by Daylight and even Friday the 13th always struggled to have some sense of teamwork unless you have an active party and most people scouter to do their own thing. Here, all 4 players are needed to do the objective required to move forward together, otherwise it can be a guaranteed wipe by the demon that is controlled by another player. That alone can be really frustrating when you end up with players that have no idea what to do or ignore objectives entirely to get themselves killed, but when you get a good team, it is really satisfying when you reach the end. Evil Dead as a franchise also has the advantage to pick from so many memorable characters so aside from 4 different Ashes, you got characters like Cheryl, Kelly, Arthur, Pablo, Henry, and so many that shine in this. Each class is a lot of fun to play and are required to be on a team. While there are not any bad characters necessary, the obvious standouts are Army of Darkness Ash, Cheryl, Arthur, and Kelly who when they are on the team can be downright unstoppable. That can lead to some issues. Some of the characters are pretty unbalanced as of now and the ranger classes like Kelly can deal so much ridiculous damage that they can one shot boss like it is nothing. Certain abilities for the demons like possession can also be exploited and when fully upgraded, it can be downright annoying when a player gets possessed outside of the team and it depletes its health so quickly. It is not the worst type of unbalancing, but a certain work is required. Same can be said for the content. While there are enough players and demons on the roster for the start, there are only two maps to choose from. While they are huge from most multiplayer based maps, once you play through them multiple times it starts to get repetitive. The game is in desperate need of some new maps that can refresh the experience, and thankfully more is coming. It would also be good to add some kind of different type of objective or mix it up a little, cause that soon can run into some receptiveness. I surely felt it on my last grinding. My verdict? It's a very enjoyable game that is a lot of fun especially for the fans of Evil Dead, but it needs more content. That can very much change overtime as the game will get some support. I will be curious to watch what the developers will add and how big the game can get in its lifetime. I still recommend it even for its price and hopefully this game can get even better overtime. I will definitely stick around for DLC and if they add some trophies to them, I will be doing that as well as long as the price for those is reasonable.

Popular Post slender_adrian
#94 Difficulty: 3/10 100% Completion: 2/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Grind: 0/10 Rarity: [Ultra Rare 1.7% / Rare 12.66%] "Would you kindly…" Bioshock is one of my favorite games, I grew up playing it and as a kid Bioshock scared me even more than games like Dead Space (hilarious), the world of Rapture is just fascinating! I usually play all videogames on English but I have so marked the Spanish dub for the series that it felt weird playing it on English hahaha. The collection version looks great but I still like more the old version, I realized now that every time I play this game I end up listening every audio diary and that just proves how immersive this game is. That's all I can say really, for me Bioshock is just one hell of masterpiece, I would never forget the first time I took that bathysphere and discovered the frightening but amazing world of Rapture. The first time I got this plat was on 2020 on the PS3 and that platinum trophy was one my favorites, I just loved doing it. And of course I couldn't leave the remastered version without getting its plat, and so I went for it. I did this plat legit, I've read that there's a difficulty glitch that kills any type of challenge this plat offers, I played the whole thing on Survivor and it was fun as hell, everything went smoother than my first time. This plat is pretty easy and I think that doing a glitch can ruin the experience of getting it, trust me Survivor difficulty is pretty fair and is not that hard to beat, although this version can crash quite often so is a good idea to save a lot. The challenge room was pretty fun and actually I liked it a lot, really cool idea. It was a lot of fun and nostalgic coming back to Rapture and getting all the trophies in one playthrough was pure fun! Here's why you save twice on Survivor: Spoiler My advice... turn off that annoying quest arrow!!!
