Nope, the one I see is different. I live in Canada, and I use NA PSN store. The diamond avatar that I see is $26.99 CAD. It is a picture of a cut diamond (Not the one you have shown) and again, it costs $26.99 CAD. I just looked again, and the avatar is there on the store. Either that or I'm always seeing the same few people with a Junko avatar on the leaderboards. I hate that so many people use it but there's not really a lot of others that I like. It's in the description, some people think it's a status symbol. They spent $20 on it so somehow they're better than everyone else.
