Popular Post Groudon9000
Persona 4: Dancing All Night (PS4) - Platinum Trophy Dancing All Night (42.68%) (Uncommon) Despite not initially feeling the urge to platinum this game initially, I decided to do it anyway to enjoy and round out the last persona dancing game on the PS4. Overall, I really enjoyed my time with this game as the story campaign was decent and the gameplay was excellent as expected for this game. This game had a lot of effort put into it compared to the other ones of the PS4, due to it being the first of its kind so to speak for the persona series when it first came out on the vita, which is evident. While I enjoyed the music, I personally liked the music from P5D than this game or P3D but that fine, the songs are still enjoyable to listen to while playing. I recommend this game if you want the best overall persona dancing game! Glad to have another game that has been sitting on my list for a while be completed! I am going to do the version on vita as well, as I have the persona rhythm game experience to finish it more easily and quickly, alongside for my love of the persona series as a whole! I am glad to have this platinum in my collection! Good luck to anyone attempting this platinum trophy! Popular Post Seraphim_Rez
Breakout Red Dead Online: Complete the Intro. Strength in Numbers Red Dead Online: Complete a Free Roam mission as part of a Posse with at least 2 members. Trusty Steed Reach max bonding level with a horse. Getting Started Red Dead Online: Reach Rank 10. Picked to Perfection Red Dead Online: Pick 25 Herbs. Gun For Hire Red Dead Online: Accept 10 Free Roam missions from characters around the world. Buckle Up Red Dead Online: Achieve 5 gold belt buckles from awards. Series Major Red Dead Online: Take part in a Series. Master Craftsman Red Dead Online: Craft 20 items (excluding ammo). Eventful Red Dead Online: Play 5 Free Roam Events. Butchered Red Dead Online: Sell 20 items to the Butcher. Home Comforts Red Dead Online: Purchase 5 camp improvements. So instead of progressing in Freedom Wars or Resident Evil 6 like I was supposed to, I started Red Dead Redemption 2. Well, the online portion anyway. Luckily, it's nowhere near as difficult as the online trophies for the previous game. You really only have to actually interact with other players for 5 of these trophies and none of them require more than 4 people unlike the 6-8 needed for some of the online trophies in the previous game. Also, people have been nice, if not indifferent, to my presence. I dealt with spawn killing and being harassed by other players online in RDR, but in RDR2, I often had no contact with anyone else and if I did, they mostly stuck to their own business. I would get posse invites quite often and unless killing was part of the objective, they didn't shoot you either. I got into upgrading my camp and want to get a good horse so I've been spending more in game currency than if I just focused on trophies. Yeah, it was expensive, but how can I say no to having a camp doggo? Edited November 3, 2021 by Seraphim_Rez grammer

Popular Post KenjiCBZ
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 It Was a Good Fight. I Have...No Regrets... (1.79% - Ultra Rare) Finished all stories and Free Battles in the Hero Colosseum. My God. What this Trophy was. For over two years, it was gatekeeping me from getting the sweet 100% on Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 that I wanted so bad: before earning this Trophy today (November 4, 2021), in fact, my latest Trophy from Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 was earned on June 30, 2019. Coincidentally, it was my milestone Trophy number 1500, and right now, my number of Trophies says 3479. It's crazy. Around 2 years and 2000 Trophies apart. Why did it take me so long, you might wonder. Well, this Trophy is an absolute grind to even be prepared to attempt it: and when you might think you're ready, well, you must overcome several hard battles in the Hero Colosseum mode. Hero Colosseum Mode is a mode that kind of reminds me of Yu-Gi-Oh: you play with five of your characters, called figures, and your goal is to defeat all the five figures of your opponents; alternatively, you can kill the opponent's "Master" (Who is the player himself) to win, but it's harder and longer to do because he has more health and is often protected by his figures. Ever since the Hero Colosseum Mode got added to the game back in 2018, I absolutely fell in love with it: I love the concept (I used to love Yu-Gi-Oh when I was 12 lol) and I love how tactical it is, because certain figures are strong in certain aspects and weak in others, and also, the landscape of the battle changes according to the position where you put your figures at the beginning of each turn. Under that point of view, Hero Colosseum kind of reminds me of chess, we can consider defeating the opponent's master as a very cheap way of doing a Stalemate, considering that you might do it when the opponent's figures are still alive and kicking But despite loving the mode, this Trophy was a mirage: clearing all the battles, pure insanity to me. At first, I was able to overcome the very first few battles with ease and with random figures, because they are very easy to beat; as I kept playing and progressing with harder battles, however, I had to create a deck by myself. I was carried a bit by it... But a certain point, I met a point where I stood no chance in hell and I took a very long break from the mode. Well, sort of. In reality, every now and then, I would return to the game in order to obtain better figures and create a better deck: and here is the worst part of the Trophy, because obtaining figures is totally RNG. Literally. To make it simple, you literally have to press a "Obtain a figure!" button, and the game gives one: that's it. And it's not like figures are for free, you need to pay them via an in-game currency called PT Medals. And guess what? There are two ways to obtain them: the first is to grind as fuck, the second i$ thi$. Obviou$ly, I cho$e the hard way. So yeah. Every now and then, in the middle of playing other games and Trophy hunting "for real", during the last two years I would grind as fuck in order to obtain enough PT Medals to obtain better figures. The grind wasn't actually that bad because you could do most of it while being afk, but yeah, it was ridicolous anyway And I swear that at the end of every single session, I used to think: "Now I am 0,000001% close to that Trophy!", it still feels surreal that today is over. But about the grind... Most of it was useless, because, as I said, which figures you get is totally random, so if the game gave me bad figures, I had no other choice but to accept that the previous grind I had gone through had been useless. Luckily, at a certain point, I realized that I could overcome this problem by using PS+ Cloud saves: doing so allowed me to keep my PT Medals and try my luck as much as I wanted until I obtained the desired figures. This was a huge improvement and made the Trophy look way more realistic to obtain. So the issue was: which figures to obtain? At first, I had decided to follow a guide written on another site, but I was a bit skeptical because, figures aside, it wasn't very clear about the strategy to use. However, one day, I received a huge help from another player who happened to be one of the 7 players I boosted some Trophies in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z. One day I was bored/curious and I looked at his profile, I noticed that he had that Trophy I was grinding for since almost two years, and I asked him for advice. That hero sent me pictures of his figures and explained me his strategy in detail, I will never thank him enough. At the time I wrote him, maybe I only had one of his figures and like 3/4 from the previous guide, but I gave him my faith so I restarted my grind and I went looking for the drop of his figures. And my god: the grind for obtaining the desired figures was WAY WAY more tedious than the grind for obtaining PT Medals. As I said, getting Medals was annoying but not that much because you could do it afk, but getting the figures was all about starting the game, getting to the Colosseum Mode, trying your luck, praying to the RNG Gods, close the game, load the PS+ Save, restart the game, and all of this over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, for like 5 hours. I still remember the headache I had. But eventually the grind was over: I had all of the figures I wanted! And it's not like now it was all a catewalk lol But yeah, I had done most of the job: the first fights turned out being very easy, and I give him credit: my PSN Friend's strategy is great and works perfectly, I'd like to say that it's broken... But unfortunately some of the fights I had to go through involved more broken enemy's figures lol Most of the fights that were left were very easy once I had the right figures, but others gave me a bit of trouble... Until the very last ones, that turned out being pure insanity: I still have no idea how I overcame some of them, they had ridicolously overpowered figures. The very last battle, in particular, gave me a lot of trouble and I was actually thinking I couldn't make it, that after all of that work I would miss the Trophy at the very last moment. Thankfully, I was eventually able to defeat it with a very weird tactic that I didn't think it would work myself, but I gave it a shot and it worked Basically, I allowed my opponent to attack my master all the time, but they would only do few damage to him because one of my figures increased his defence drastically; having my master attacked multiple times would give me, some turns later, the chance to perform an ultimate attack (That attacks every figure and the master) and, combining this with the fact that in the previous turn I had made some little attacks on my enemy's figure, allowed me to make a desperate comeback and to overcome the battle. When in the end, from the 5vs5, it turned out being a 2vs1 with both masters with low health, I was still afraid I would not be able to kill the last remaining opponent: had it happened, I would have lost and then yeah, then I would have had no idea what to do in order to win. But thankfully, it worked. Right before the last attack landed, I recorded a video of myself talking over the screen: "Please kill him kill him kill him kill him kill him YES I WON I WON I WON I WON I WON I WON I WON". ? For some reason this Trophy (Along with other DLC Trophies from Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2) unlock only when, after satisfying the actual requirments, you talk to a NPC called Oshi: well, when I went to him and he had that beautiful orange icon over him meaning that he had something to give me... That was satisfying as fuck, like, "I have been waiting for you since over two years, where have you been?" . This Trophy is definitely one of the more satisfying I have ever obtained, and I didn't make it my 3500th Trophy only because it goes, instead, straight to my Trophy cabinet Ever since I became a Premium Member few months ago, I only put 9 Trophies in my cabinet because I wanted this one to be the 10th, finally I can do it And now that I have 100% in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, my quest to obtain every Trophy in every Dragon Ball game is definitely more likely to happen in the future
Popular Post MrGarland
. Wrapping Things Up - Collect 100% of items Undead Agent - Clear the game without dying World of Gods and Monsters - Discover of the map 100% Dedication - Unlock all trophies for The Mummy Demastered I wanted to play something that fits for Halloween, so I decided to platinum this, since it was brought to my attention. For a Metroidvania-style game, it was pretty good, though I wasn't fond of collecting all those relics. If only I had used the map from the beginning, I could've saved myself a serious amount of time. I also have to mention that I had to beat the final boss three times. Once, because I died in the cavern after the boss, but only because I was too slow. Second, because I didn't explore that cavern completely, resulting in 99% of the game map explored. Third, doing the same thing, expect that I did check every goddamn pixel of that map and finally popped that trophy. How fun is that? And no, you can't go back to that cavern, since you will always reload the save before the final boss. At least it's easy. Against The Odds - Destroy all enemy towers on Stage 5. Heat Ray - Burn through 10 enemies with your Laser. Unstoppable Grog - Ram through an enemy wave with your Energy Shield. Lord of Destruction - Destroy at least 15 enemies with one Mega-Bomb. Handsomely Rewarded - Collect 100 000 stars. After getting that game done, it was time to resume this. With all the upgrades now collected, the game has become so much easier, and perhaps a little more enjoyable. I'm saving the hardest trophy for last, as I want to farm the cards that can be useful for that.
