The ending wasn't too bad (considering the dark nature of the story), but it wasn't perfect either... Don't get me wrong though, I actually liked the darker story, it was a nice change of pace for a Tales game.  & Gameplay-wise, this was probably one of my favorites in the Tales series yet (best combat system so far imo).  

 

Now I gotta prepare for NG+, I already have 3000+ Grade from just playing through the game, but I'll probably need somewhere around 8000 to get everything I want though (herb enhancements cost 1000, really? I knew I should've been saving them instead)...  I also haven't done much of the side-quest stuff, maybe I'll just save that for NG+?

This was my second Assassin's Creed game and it was pretty great if you ask me. The stand alone is very good and its trophies aren't difficult but rather tedious. Especially the trophy for plundering 30 ships. That took me a couple of hours but it was worth it. I did enjoy the battle on the seas aspect of the game. I don't know if it's just me but when ever I was fighting with the ship I got a Sly 3 vibe because you can do the same thing in Sly 3. Overall I enjoyed this game very much and I'm considering getting the PS3 version in the future.
