I really find it a help, because on days I can't move from my bed or sit up I can still do stuff online, and I can use the touchscreen when my hands hurt too much for anything else (which happens a lot). In an otter box case - I somehow managed to kill my first case (how do you kill an Otterbox? beats me) and so have another as my phone would be TOAST without it.
