Both were bought same day so hard to say which came first. Dishonored GoTY (Played PSN Plus Version and wanted to play this after losing access to PSN Plus) Elder Scrolls V Skyrim GoTY (Been playing Skyrim Special Edition on Steam but my PC broke for some reason.
