Ah, at last the list is up and it's as stellar as I expected! Gonna be hard narrowing this down to 1/2 choices per category, but here's my votes:

 

Exceptional Trophy Guide

Sol Cresta by CelestialRequiem (absolutely lived up to the long-awaited hype and is the definitive source of info for this insane game)

Slay the Spire by ArkhamKnight895 (surprised me when this went up on PS+ and there was no existing guide for it on the site, but you more than stepped up to make one for the community - the best guides provide everything a player needs short of skill and determination, and that's exactly what you did here)

 

Exceptional Gameplay Guides

Final Fantasy X HD - The Remaster Supplement Guide by The_Kopite (any guide that explains and clarifies the confusing aspects of JRPG gameplay is quite useful in my book, and a guide with enough information/images to set my laptop on fire whenever I open it surely deserves an award for comprehensiveness)

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - 100% Walkthrough by Argandalf_01 (comprehensive. complete. the sort of walkthrough that every Souls game deserves)

 

Exceptional DLC Guides

Assassin's Creed Valhalla - Dawn of Ragnarök DLC by Argandalf_01 (the Valhalla DLC king himself deserves commendation for wrapping up the lengthy DLC season with another great guide)

Cuphead - The Delicious Last Course DLC by MohandGamer7 (for such a long-awaited DLC to a notoriously hard game, this guide is exactly as detailed and helpful as everyone needed)

Well damn, one of my guides actually got nominated! It's cliched to say "It's an honour just to be nominated" but, well, it is.

 

Tough competition in my category for sure, so no hard feelings towards the winner. Personally, I was slightly more proud of my Killzone and Red Faction: Guerrilla guides, but I put a fair bit of time into the one for HTTYD too, so all good.

Can we still vote? I got confused going for the DLC category to https://psnprofiles.com/guide/14744-cuphead-the-delicious-last-course-dlc-trophy-guide and seeing the stamp for exceptional guide. ? Or the blue stamp is for all the nominees? (which is pretty cool ?)

Besides, what is the deadline for voting?(cannot find it, maybe I was too quick) There are a lot of guides to check for each category (which is really good actually ) but require some time to do it (enough) seriously.

Voting ends when the thread is locked in two weeks. You have until 1/23 to give your votes. All nominees get the EHQ seal, but only the GOTY top 3 get the special GOTY seals

First off it's absolutely criminal that we only get 2 votes per category, after reading all of them for about 3 hours it took another hour for me to narrow it down. Thanks to all the writers for helping others in trophy hunting, as well as increasing my backlog (these guides are too good not to use!)

 

Secondly, this isn't a vote, but I just wanted to use this time to thank my co-author OFFICER_OILDAB who helped immensely with our Cult of the Lamb guide. Before I've always been nervous about making guides at all and I just wanted to let people who are likewise unsure, you can always ask for help and any help you give is always appreciated!

It's been a tough year for the Guide Team, as we broke record after record in almost every category! Most publishes in a year, most consecutive days of publishing, most guides in several seasons (all of them iirc)... Big thanks to the authors for writing so many quality guides, and to the team for examining each and every one of them!
 

I'm also very stoked to again be nominated this year, and again in the Best Formatting category! ? Maybe I'll even earn a top-3 spot this time ?

 

As for my votes for this year.. I'll try to get each category down to 2. I wasn't able to do this last year. Too many darlings to kill, too little time to shoot.
