"quick rewards" is something that applies to all areas of life. in fact, this discussion of quick dopamine is an all-encompassing discussion in modern psychology, given the many easy pleasure triggers that exist today. from pornography to social media and screen time. there are no great discoveries here. there's just a game with a bug where people go and get easy trophies. that's it. nothing complex or innovative. it has happened before and it will happen again. and then people like kenji will show up and cry again and again. life goes on. I've been watching the same people cry like children for days because others used a bug to get trophies. so the fact that you feel the constant need to point out how wrong the friend next door's trophy list is makes you pathetic. You guys are acting like some random forum approval makes a difference and you're making a huge show about it. it's like if you go up to a group of people who got this platinum and say, "hey guys, your platinum is worthless" and then someone in the group responds, "okay, I get it, I can help into something else?" and you kept repeating it day after day. everyone already understood that for kenji and a few others, we don't have their approval. Can someone fill me in I’m completely out of the loop here... for this exploit, the platinum would mistakenly pop for anybody who joined a lobby with another player who had it? How does something like that happen or even work? I’d heard a few different people mention this exploit this past week and just assumed it was a known glitch, not one that was newly discovered. It’s also interesting how quickly the developers rushed to fix this too. One could argue that it is a waste of time trying to talk some sense into someone like you, though the motivation is entirely different so most people would not deem that comparable, also unlike you I will not do this for much longer, because once I identify a lost cause I will just have a laugh and move on to leave them to it. TheRetroManiac Posted July 16, 2023 Share Posted July 16, 2023 I have not got the game finished yet as I have been just enjoying it much more than I thought I would, I'm honestly having a blast with it except for losing my raft due to a glitch it just vanished which sucks lol. It will be least another week before I get a chance to play again, and no doubt this will be patched by then, but oh well doesn't bother me. Some of you need to take a chill pill it is not that deep, just worry about yourself and don't get yourself angry because other people are not doing it the way you want it done on their profile.
