The feels are very strong in this one. Shed manly tears during episode 4. Anyone who owns a PS3/PS4 should definitely pick this game up. Popular Post TheFinalEmblem
Platinum #48- Devil May Cry 3 Why can't these games have awesome plat trophies? Oh well. Anyway, this game was a hell of a lot of fun, I enjoyed pretty much every second of it, except DMD mode, that mode sucked hard. Definitely my favorite of the games so far, and I'm looking forward to DMC 4.
Popular Post MesopithecusUK
#92. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 3/10 One last time indeed....considering I said I wasn't going to play Uncharted 4 after the tedious treasure grind I experienced on the MP of Uncharted 3, I actually enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to. Graphically, the game is absolutely gorgeous but I wouldn't put this as my game of the year or join the 'best game ever' crew. I'd say to start with this game was a slow burner for me, in comparison to the other Uncharted games. I experienced recycled set pieces and even drew distinct comparisons with the previous games, but later in the game things improved and it cannot be refuted this game has a great story. I have drawn some parallels though with another 4th game in one of my other favorite game series and feel some of the ideas and themes were somewhat borrowed (it's not a bad thing though as imitation is the sincerest form of flattery) One thing where Uncharted series always shines for me is the symbology, from the glaringly obvious to the subtle undertones. Gameplay wise, it suffers from the same frustrating jumping problems as the previous games Some silly checkpoints that put you directly in front of an enemy when you're trying to be stealthy. At one point I got locked in a loop of infinite death. I can't help but feel there is a certain cheapness in allowing bonuses for crushing difficulty.... Uncharted 2 will always be my favorite UC game, with this coming in as a very close second. I actually love the MP on this game and even without any DLC packs, I will be playing it for some time to come Edited May 18, 2016 by Mesopithecus

Popular Post Wdjat Prinny Doods
#132-Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational (Vita) All our thanks to Hot Shots Golfers My first Hot Shots game and I absolutely loved it which was surprising since I'm not really into golf (love me some mini golf though ). This game has a cartoony look which gives it a welcoming presence to newcomers but don't let that fool you, even with its look and some unrealistic skills available the core gameplay is that of actual golf which is what makes the game a nice challenge. I love the strategy that goes into the game having to consider many things in each shot: checking how the wind may affect my shot, accounting for slopes/hills, knowing how much power and impact to put in a shot, when to put spin into a shot, and accounting for different weather patterns. All the strategy that goes into this game made it very addicting at times as it is so rewarding when your strategies and planning pay off. The plat was pretty tough due to the crown challenges which require you to do a specific requirement in a tournament while also winning it. The only downside I had going for the plat was having to grind over 300,000 points and having to max out the remaining 4 characters loyalties i had left after doing everything else. All in all a really great game I highly recommend even if you aren't into golf doods Edited May 19, 2016 by Wdjat Prinny Doods

Popular Post 30 Year Old Boomer
Well got two new platinum's today! Here's the first! Platinum #30 Uncharted 4 PS4- Rating: 10/10 Wow I've been waiting for this game for a long time to come out! And since I was that excited, I decided to make it a platinum milestone. And I'm glad to have this as my 30th platinum! Anyways this was a great game! The graphics were superb and beautiful, the gameplay was pretty fun, the characters in the game were great and I liked their relationships with each other plus there was a pretty good villain! The story was great as well and I liked some of the plot twists in the game that I didn't realize were going to happen. Truly a great ending to Drake's last game! I had a lot of fun going for this platinum as well. The trophies weren't hard to get and there was some fun ones in like the high score trophy, Marco Polo one, and some others. Plus I never felt tired of hunting down those trophies. I had fun as well with the mulitplayer and thought it was pretty good. Overall, I'd give this game a 10/10 and it's a perfect PS4 game. Truly one of my favorites out there! I'll do the Nathan Drake Collection and Golden Aybss as well this year. Also I am pretty happy that I played it at launch and didn't backlog it! :DDDD And platinum #31 Lone Survivor PS4!- Rating: 9/10 I had originally missed picking this up when it was free on PS+ in 2014 and I regretted it. But then it was on sale for 2 dollars back last month and I always wanted to pick this up and I'm glad that I didn't backlog this game! This game was a lot of fun to play. I liked the atmosphere of the game and also the graphic style of it fit pretty good. I liked sneaking past the thin men or just deciding to unload my pistol's bullets in them like in my first playthrough, I just slaughtered them all! My mental rank was so low that I just did a new game as I couldn't get the blue ending no matter what. The story of this game was pretty good and I liked the characters in it. The Lone Survivor was a pretty good main character. I also liked Hank, and the people you met in that apartment. The trophies in this game were pretty fun to go for plus they're all rares and very rares which was excellent! And I didn't have any problems with getting the White ending which is good! Overall, I enjoyed this game a lot and I'm glad I finally got it! Next up will be Tales From The Borderlands PS3 by next week. (I only started that as I needed to make Uncharted 4 my 2,500th trophy and it had 7 trophies so it seemed like a good choice.) Popular Post usrmd
#40 New to the Souls series, though I understand brutally punishable gaming since my plat in MGS Rising.. which is the only game I've played that I can compare in terms of difficulty and battle mechanics. Dark Souls 3 is amazing. You know what this game is about, and what to expect right away, whether you've played a previous title or not.. it is beautiful in every regard, it does the genre and series justice in every way, except that it may be easier than some veterans might like.. but as a newbie even after multiple deaths, massive soul losses and gank squads galore, the music and tone had me continually immersed and enjoying myself. Summoning friends can be difficult.. now I can't say much else about it. I won't be uninstalling anytime soon, and could easily pick this up daily for the next few months.

Popular Post Bumperklever
#22 Table Top Racing: World Tour (PS4) TTR Legend! Rarity: Rare (13-14%) Enjoyment: 7/10 This is a fun little game that was free on PS+. This game got a fair amount of events, but most events were easy and only some of the later ones were bs, What I really dislike is that there only were a few maps and that the online servers weren´t so good. That said thanks to casataco60 for the online wins boost. Edited May 19, 2016 by MvP-BumperKlever

Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#116 - Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures As far as platformers go, this one is probably one of the best and most underrated. This also must be the only platformer without retarded mini games, instead it actually has them implemented as cool arcade games. On top of that it's one of the few where the camera angles aren't utterly fucked up. I'll probably end up getting the 2nd one at some point. Enjoyment: 6.5 (only because I generally don't like platformers much as a genre) Difficulty: 2

Popular Post AdventCloud7
#29 ULTIMATE DYNASTY WARRIOR GUNDAM Unlock all DYNASTY WARRIORS: GUNDAM 3 Trophies Never in a million years after Colony 195 did I think I would beat, let alone platinum Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3. Long ago, after having played demo for the first game, I had dismissed the series as yet another pale hack and slash exercise and a simple cash grab slapping two fairly popular franchises together in Dynasty Warriors and Gundam. And while I don't usually skip to the sequels in regards to games and movies, I made an exception by testing the waters for the third installment. Released in NA in 2011 and thus, as obsolete as a mass-produced mobile suit engaging in battle against a Gundam fleet in our modern gaming culture, the all but forgotten DW:G3 piqued my interest when I recently found a copy of the game collecting dust in some old retro game store upon glancing at the back cover's in-game screenshots. The price was decent and I thought, "meh, what could it hurt?"; an easily justified impulse buy in hindsight. Those would-be Gundam pilots needing a break from the complexity of some of the more engaging and lengthier games will find a pretty decent action-oriented game in Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3 as you mow down masses upon masses of disposable mobile suit foes; so many that you'd probably have enough scrap metal to build a suit that Rosie O'Donnell could probably comfortably cram herself into… Poor bastards-- her and the mobile suit pilots, that is. That concludes my report, Captains. Moving up slightly over 1,000 spots in the PSNP world rankings so quickly has left me dizzy and I must temporarily retreat. Here's hoping that our milestone 30th platinum will be a very special one. Godspeed. Edited May 19, 2016 by AdventCloud7
