Popular Post Roster13
#92 Table Top Racing TTR Legend! Unlock all trophies Enjoyment : 8/10 Difficulty : 5/10 Had no intentions to try this game at first since I'm not the biggest fan of Racing games, but a friend recommended me after playing it so why not. Ended up enoying much more than I thought and decided to platinum this simple and yet very addictive game. Highly recommend !
Popular Post Maddawgmax
# 43 Uncharted 4: A Thief's End One Last Time Collect All The Trophies Date of achievement : May 18th 2016 Time to platinum : 1 week, 6 hours, 47 minutes Difficult : 3.0Enjoyment 9.0 Awesome game and a good conclusion to Nathan Drake's story. It will be sad to see him go, but maybe we'll see Joel and Ellie sometime in the future. If not them, then the next great character Naughty Dog comes up with. Multiplayer was pretty bare bones, but I'm more of a single player guy anyways so I don't really care. Uncharted usually provides a stiff challenge of a platinum, but the cheats you get for beating the game make almost all of the trophies a joke. # 43 Lego Dimensions Vortech's Bane Collect all the trophies Date of achievement : May 20th 2016 Time to platinum : 5 months, 3 weeks, 1 day Difficult : 3.0Enjoyment 8.0 Probably the best Lego game they have ever made. Story's the most interesting as it wasn't quite a direct ripoff of a movie already made, though it had those moments as well. Particularly the Simpsons level pack was an old episode that I had forgotten about. Now that I think about it I want that James Bond villain episode with that red headed guy lol. Never played Skylanders or Infinity so the portal pad stuff was completely new to me. I didn't mind using it to get through puzzles, but having to move characters constantly when trapped to break free got annoying to me since the pad was a bit off to the side of me. Overall though it's definitely a must buy for Lego fans, just get the level packs and pick and choose your fun/team packs wisely. Everything Dimensions was recently 40% off at GameStop so it would have been a good time to catch up or get into it. (I bought 4 level packs and the useless Doc Brown fun pack, the dang time train doesn't even fly).
Popular Post Lilseb93
#39 White Night Difficulty: 2/10 Just follow a guide. The autosave system in this game sucks. If you miss a collectible you may have to start the whole game over. You can manipulate the time on your system to avoid a 2nd playthrough, but it wouldn't work for me. So I replayed it. A speed run without collectibles only takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours. Enjoyment: 8/10 I really enjoyed it. It's very old school survival horror. It's entirely in black and white. You rely on light in darkness surrounded by evil spirits. Getting the plat was really annoying though. The autosaves suck in this game. You miss one item and you may have to replay the whole game over again. Edited May 20, 2016 by Lilseb93

Popular Post Blitz
#218 - Dark Souls III It was realy enjoyable to watch how this series grew, from ordering Demon's in '09 from Play-Asia until now when it became recognized all around the world. It was great journey and I really hope that they'll move on now to something new because they have all the talent in the world you could have to make same if not even bigger succes like with DS series. Until then, Umbasa : )
Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Game of Thrones Fun: 6/10 Difficulty: 3/10 with guide With everything going on, I felt like I was playing a story in game of thrones. The game play could be better however. Just be sure to follow a guide to make sure you do not miss one thing and do not let your allies that are not main characters die.
markcavan
#90 - Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition on PS4 (24th plat of 2016) Guacamelee is one of my favorite games of all time, I absolutely love it. Visually beautiful, challenging platforming sections (orbs) and a nice fighting system. I was somewhat worried about starting on hard mode and the Jaguar fight as he is a right pain in the ar$e when I played on the PSVita a few years ago. However, once you get the INTENSO upgraded the game becomes relatively okay and nothing too challenging. However, I just realized that to get 100% on the DLC I'm going to need another hard play through for the "Greatest Tag-Team in History" trophy. Wish I has checked that before starting the great temple on my first pass as my arenas are now cleared :-( Overall 9/10 enjoyment with a 7/10 for difficultly.
RavenousAardvark
#13 Severed Possibly my favourite Vita game and also the first Platinum I've gotten without needing to refer to a guide at any stage which I'm pretty happy with. A real shame the Vita didn't get more games like this earlier in it's life cycle.

Popular Post Valkyreth
#82 Gravity Rush It's All Relative Collected every trophy. Congratulations! This game was quite enjoyable although combat was easily my least favorite part of the game, every fight was basically the same thing - fly into the air and gravity kick the enemy's weak spot over and over and over and over. Really hope they improve the combat in the sequel. Difficulty - 4/10 Rating - 8/10 Time - 15+ Hours

Popular Post MStalker58
#103 Mass Effect Finally got around to starting on this trilogy and cleared the original from my backlog. I have some mixed feelings on the game. During my first 2 playthroughs, I enjoyed the story, characters (my favorite was probably Wrex), and finding out everything I could about the universe. However, by my 3rd playthrough, the story was no longer able to distract me from some of the games several flaws. These were things I hadn't originally noticed much but now that I had, it was hard to ignore them. The Mako: Everything about the Mako drives me crazy. Once the shields have been depleted, it's pretty much useless in combat. Sure, they will eventually recharge, but you basically have to leave your PS3 on overnight for that to happen. (Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration but it sure felt that way). Outside of combat, I found just driving the damn thing to be a chore. I understand planets having rough terrain, but it almost felt like I was never on all 4 wheels. Basically just go 5 MPH up a mountain and then bounce all over the place while going down the other side. Rinse and repeat. Unfortunately, the Mako seems to handle mountains better than it does flat land. There were at least 10 times (probably more) that I was driving on perfectly flat ground with no obstacles in sight and all of a sudden the Mako would completely freeze. Couldn't move, couldn't fire weapons, couldn't exit, nothing. After about 10-15 seconds, it would just start flying and flipping through the air and usually resulted in death. I'm usually the type that likes to explore in games, but the Mako wasn't very fun. Checkpoint System: Luckily I tend to manually save a lot (way more than I probably need to) so I didn't notice this until I was trying to speed through my last run. There were a couple of times that I lost an hour or more of progress because of the horrible auto save system. Bullet Sponge Madness: I hate when games rely on making their enemies ridiculous bullet sponges in harder difficulties. This is taken to insane lengths in ME. Even with a maxed out character, the best Spectre weapons and upgrades, some enemies could take 1000's of bullets before dying. It wasn't frustrating because it was hard or anything though. With my Colossus armor and maxed stats, I was a bullet sponge too and they couldn't kill me either. So every fight just became a boring grind of pouring hundreds of rounds into an enemy for 5 minutes and then doing the same for the next. It just wasn't fun and very boring after a while. And don't even get me started on those loading screens. If you have to go from the Normandy to anywhere in the Citadel, might as well load a movie while you wait. Exit Normandy (loading screen), take elevator (glorified loading screen), fast travel (loading screen). All within about 10 feet of each other. Okay, vent over. I know it might sound like I didn't like the game very much, but I actually really enjoyed it until that final playthrough. I'm intrigued by the story and universe and am looking forward to playing Mass Effect 2 and 3. Just hope they correct some of the issues I had with the original.

Popular Post Senbon Kaguya
#174 - Doom 3 Ultimate DOOMer Earn all 65 Trophies Well its done, I ended up doing it in the same month I got out of high school last year! What to say about this, Doom 1 and 2 are classics, I'll love them forever. Was amazing to go through again and mess up so many demons with the shotty/SSG or the BFG. Doom 3 wise, its ok. I got glitched quite a few times in the main campaign which is so annoying but other then that, no huge issues. The side campaigns were way more fun because of the new items and the Super Shotgun! Definitely glad I got it finished, and Doom 4 is next soon!

The fact you had to keep going back and forth to avoid boredom kinda tells people that they should take the negative comments in to consideration lol. Congrats on the plat though!
