Platinum Trophy

 

My first ever Platinum was It can't be for nothing from The Last of Us. Now it's Platinum #20 and I just obtained the same trophy. That's cool, dudes and dudettes. At least I think it is...

 

 

I don't know what I can say about this game that hasn't already been said. To me this is the best game ever. After total 7 playthroughs and still I'm thinking about should I start playing the story again. Or maybe it's just time to give chance to some other games. I'm kind of sad that this epic journey is finally over. Well, there is always the multiplayer that is also freaking awesome.

Honestly this Game Is my Most Favorite J-RPG Title & Proudest Platinum I've got thus far...I loved the Characters & Story to the point I felt legitimately Sad when I got the Platinum.

I hold A Love & Hate Relationship with the game, mainly because of how Much of A pain in the Ass "We're In The Money!" was to Grind without the DLC "Tower & Level Cap".

The Gold Grind was 1 of the worst I've experienced thus far, but I Made Complete sure to remember to isolate My love for the game with the Hate of this fucken stupid Trophy that I want to Flip Compile Heart's employee who decided to include it.

The game holds the same Mechanics as "Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory", except is more evolved by adding the possibility of "Avalanche Attacks".

The game is not hard, but the Grind for that 1 trophy is Enough to make me give the game A jump in rating(you literally spend 3/4 times the amount grinding for "We're In The Money!" over playing everything else.

Anyone who got this Platinum before the DLC Released, has my fucken Respect.

I Still plan to play the game, even after getting the platinum; but have to wait for the rest of the DLC's release first.

SO Finally after 5 years, 6 months and 2 weeks 

This Platinum has come to a reality 

(*a not so proud duration up there by the way) 

 

But nevertheless this is one of my PROUDEST Trophy so far.

Did I mentioned about that WANTED Trophy.? 

 

And am also happy to share that both my 1st game for PS3 and PS4(Knack) are now Platinum-ed. 

In which, are only an objective and a dream when I first joined PSNP. This humble and wonderful community

had really pushed my Trophy hunting skills and passion to hunt more Trophies. For that, I really thank you guys! 

 

Lastly, another stat of mine, which is a first since March 2009(Date of my first Trophy, also GTAIV)

That I had multiple PLATS in a span of 2 weekends. Last Saturday was KNACK. 

 

Plat Difficulty: 9/10

Game: 9/10

The game every 12 year old is playing with their mother. 

Fun game, few annoying trophies, I'm looking at you floaty ghast thing!

But good, cheap fun no less.   

Highly recommend.. especially if you're a 12 year old who likes playing with their mother.. and not in a dirty way.

What is not to love

 

The clever and intriguing story of....I think alien cats coming to some planet and kidnapping red slimes so that a blue slime can rescue them...or collect stickers...or something o_O.

 

Or what about the great game mechanics where you would fall through floors to your death. Or enemies would spawn where you were standing causing you to die. Or mapping your special attack to the touch screen, where you have to scroll through them with the right analog stick but are trying to dodge with the left analog stick and then jump with x and float with triangle and using R-Button to shoot right and L-Button to shoot left so you forget which of the 3 attacks you want to use as the enemies spawn from all directions...but all good games don't let you map your own buttons right o_O

 

Or how about marathon mode where the levels keep going on and on and all play exactly the same...but that is great right? We all love games that seem to go on forever. But wait it turns out that Marathon mode (the mode that rewarded you for not dying and getting all the gold stars) was not actually the real game. It just unlocked challenge mode where you had to...not die and collect all the stars...again o_O.

 

Or how about the fact that the game froze and crashed on me all the time. I mean that is great because it increased the difficulty and length of the game (because I had to keep playing levels over again). I mean that was just more GREAT gameplay for me to enjoy o_O

 

Or the fact that you got Stickers for completing all the challenges. That is a great way to celebrate 30 years of your company. Not with cool videos talking about your company's history, or neat artwork showcasing off your company...nope. Stickers that don't do anything but are there...for reasons o_O

You collected all the trophies in Wolverine

 

It took me a long time to find a copy of this game. Thankfully it was worth the wait.

A fair warning: Wolverine is riddled with glitches. Absurd ones, funny ones, annoying ones, freezing ones. You name it, this has it.

The graphics were a bit rough 'round the edges, but so is the furry man himself. No biggie.

Camera angles...mostly solid, but there were times when the only thing I could see was the wall or the bottom of my feet. Not cool in a boss fight.

But when it's time to rumble, none of the negative aspects mentioned above matter, because this game simply kicks ass. Ultra violent style.

The only really (and I mean REALLY) ball bustingly annoying thing was the last fight with Deadpool. Words cannot describe how 

much pain I felt when falling from the dam for the 20th time. Just because one of those many happy glitches decided to occur. You really have to experience it yourself.

And FINALLY, I got a Platinum that even remotely justifies my signature. I'll drink to that, bub

A solid Action/Platformer, the action was fun for the first two hours but then becomes a constant Sqaure Button masher. The Map was also horrendous, so I'm glad to be done with this.

Good heavens is this a grindy son of a b.  It's not the grindiest Platinum in my collection, but it's close enough to see #1 from where it is.  A few minutes shy of 527 hours of playtime, to be exact.

 

I can see why a whole bunch of the 50 people PSNProfiles has as having achieved this particular trophy hacked their way to it.
