Popular Post Boooda
Platinum #197 Rayman Origins (PS3) Sweet Dreams Woohoo, double platinum day! I platinumed this ages ago on my vita, in fact it was probably one of my first ever vita plats. Shortly after I got the vita version I decided to try for the ps3 one aswell, but found it a bit more difficult on the dualshock 3 and the time trials grew cumbersome. Thus, it went on the backlog and 2+ years later here I am with the platinum finally Spectacular game, much better than its sequel and has one of the most memorable soundtracks out there. Graphics hold up amazingly and the gameplay is top notch, probably my favorite 2-D platformer of all time to be honest. I'll give legends another try, but the Vita versions touchscreen levels are so bad it hurts to play. Dun dun dunnnn, 2 more plats till I work on #200 Enjoyment: 9 Difficulty: 5
D4N11--
#42 Hotline Miami This game is good at the beginning, but as you travel further it gets really unfair and frustrating the NPC is made to kick your @ss and make you rage a lot.. But pretty short game, you really only need to complete story and then A+ all missions, and after that collect all collectibles. Took me under 2 days to plat this game. Do not recommend if u don't want to rage a lot, but if u like rage then its the game for you! Difficulty: 6 Enjoyment: 6
Popular Post ExHaseo
#77 - Final Fantasy Type-0 HD This game was super fucking weird. I mean, the gameplay was great, but the story was nonsensical most of the time, and insanely slow paced. Nothing really happened, outside of, you're at war, until chapter 7. And the graphics just looked horribly incomplete, and the inconsistency bugged the hell out of me. The main characters models were all obscenely high quality, some other models were just slightly better than normal, and then there were the horrible looking models that were obviously directly ported over with no changes. Then there was also a large inconsistency with the quality of textures. Some areas, everything looked fine, other areas, everything looked like blurry garbage. It drove me absolutely insane. Overall, it was really an incredibly lazy port from Square, which was really disappointing considering the quality of FFX/X-2 HD, and the Kingdom Hearts collections. It also really confuses me why they even bothered to make the main character models PS4 quality, when they could've made them PS360 quality, and they wouldn't have stuck out so much, and they would've been able to release on the PS360 as well. Oh well, whatever. It was nice to be able to play this game, and it was fun, but it was just weird how they handled some things. Also, fuck the 25 Knowing Tags trophy. It made me get 86 tags before acknowledging that I had gotten 25.

Popular Post ButteredPretzel
#9 - PAYDAY: The Heist (PS3) OVERKILL Do it all. Fun: 4/5 Difficulty: 4/5 This one was kinda tough as all heists/trophies needed to be strategised with a dedicated team of players, which also made this platinum much more fun. The heists have great replay value, and are no bloody joke on the OVERKILL difficulty . I was lucky enough to find a few dedicated team mates. However, the annoying grind to $1 billion was major suckage.

Popular Post Radebe78
#58 Assassin`s Creed Revelations The Conqueror You can say I was late to the party for this game. I did multiplayer one year ago and ever since it was sitting on my pile, waiting for my attention. So finally I decided to clear some of my backlog and had a ok time with it. Story was decent, sometimes confusing...collectibles were not so much of a grind this time. Gameplay kinda sucked, since I played AC III and IV before this and in those games it was more fluid than in this. But overall, nice addition to my list.

Popular Post Sunflower
#19 - Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Hope's Last Reward Earned every other trophy in the game Hooray at last, I finally got around to tackling the dreaded Island Mode again & Magical Girl Monomi Mode. While the trophies are a lot more time consuming, I'd say they're slightly easier than the first game, especially Island Mode since you don't have to finish the final task, unlike in the first game, to get the character endings. I had a lot of fun with this and out of the two Danganronpa's, the sequel is definitely my favourite. I'm very happy to have this as part of my platinum collection - now to wait for Another Episode to be released in September.
Popular Post Gregorymany
#113 Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One 4 Play Ratchet and clank games are always fun, but this one kinda sucks if you play alone. The game is made to play cooperative so if you don´t have a friend to play you have to create an online session and wait for someone to join you (like i did), or play alone and ruin the experience, because playing alone is so boring. The graphics and the story are good, but i did not approve the way they changed the gameplay and the weapon upgrading system. Even with these major changes the game is still good because the variety of the fun weapons you can play, and the good humor that the ratchet & clank series is known for, but don´t expect challenges or arenas that make you keep playing for a while.

Popular Post markcavan
#44 - Sly 2 played on PSV Finally managed to complete this game. I'd actually never played it on PS2 so was curious to see what all the fuss was about but I've have to say for the most part this is a forgettable game. Sly 2, Episode 1 was not too bad and I found I was enjoying the game but 2, 3 and 4 were just a chore (awful almost) and I wanted to game to be over already but still had to play all the way to episode 8. Luckily enough episodes 5 - 8 was not as bad as the 2-4. All that running around from mission to mission and then back to the safe house, what was the point bar just adding time to playing the game. But worst of all is the camera, my god it is terrible and like some have said already its actually working against you. Overall the game itself is okay, I found it a bit long, 20+ hours of small based missions but nothing is hard, just tedious IMO. I would give the game 1/10 for difficulty and 3/10 enjoyment.

Popular Post Xillia
#15 Persona 4 GOLDEN Golden Completed Earn all trophies. I loved the game, especially the characters! Kanji was my favourite and KanjixNaoto is so adorable It sucks only that I was spoiled about the bad guy and Naoto's secret before I'd even started playing the game. :< The platinum wasn't very difficult. I was worried about Hardcore Risette Fan but I ended up getting it in November on my first playthrough. Though I did not appreciate having to do my 3rd playthough because I forgot to beat Heaven's optional boss for One Who Has Proven Their Power. Popular Post captainskyhawk
This week I have earned 2 platinums. Platinum Number 53 The Wolf Among Us - PS4 Great story, really enjoyed it. Will there be a number 2 ? ******* Platinum Number 54 Driveclub - Playstation Plus Version Fun game but lack of events made it very grindy. Also the A.I are very annoying if you go anywhere near the racing line.

Popular Post UK-Danny-93
Platinum #38 Enslaved: Odyssey To The West 13.99% Rare This game is a real hidden gem. I've heard it mentioned a few times but don't remember it from when it came out and it's not a game you hear talked about very much but it's dirt cheap now so i decided to try it out and I'm really glad I did. The games best feature in my opinion are the two excellent main characters: Trip and Monkey. They're excellently scripted, facially animated and voice acted. They're both interesting characters and they have a unique dynamic that evolves over the course of the game. The game begins with Trip stranded hundreds of miles from home, after the pair escapes a flying slave ship, and out of desperation forces Monkey (enslaved) to help her get back home. The story is engrossing and the character interaction between these two is in my opinion comparable to the best story driven games out there. Something I found particularly affecting was how was done the instances when trip is in peril and she cries out for help so desperately and genuinely that I found myself completely immersed in the moment and the urgency. The game is pretty heavily story driven, there's a fair amount of cut scenes (skippable so not a problem) and some dodgy camera angles. I did two playthroughs, the first completely blind so as to get an unspoiled first experience on hard and then a second trophy clean up run. That's the way to do it I think because to get all the collectibles definitely requires a guide and thorough exploration of all the levels and it'd be impossible to do so without spoiling the game. At the end of the Chapter 2 is a simple but beautiful narrative moment with a fish tank and that was the moment I knew i was hooked. It's one of the moments I'll always remember as truly capturing the spirit of a game I really enjoyed. You're going to want to see the world for the first time without reading about it first too because it's beautiful. It's set in the far future, largely in a city reclaimed by nature after the power went out and largely inhabited by hostile mechs left over from the old war. The gameplay is good enough to keep you engaged. Starting off straight on hard meant the game was a reasonable challenge all the way through. The melee combat at first seems quite limited but as you get upgrades for you're staff you get access to stun attacks, evade attack, focus attack and a counter attack along with the light and heavy attack. Combined with the different mech varieties it makes for fairly challenging and strategic melee combat. There's also a ranged attack that feels a little stiff to use but adds a little variety to the game. The other side of the gameplay revolves around platforming and orb/mask collecting. The acrobatic platforming is very straightforward, almost automatic and only sometimes requires simple timing to avoid taking damage. More interesting is the cloud which is hoverboard formed from Monkeys energy shield which is fun to use throughout including some well done case scenes. The first of which by the way features the most brutal death scene for Trip I've seen since the Tomb Raider reboot, if you aren't quick enough. I only really had two issues with the game although one is quite serious. I can't stand the third major character introduced about a third of the way through. Pigsy has some good moments and lines throughout the game and he serves as the primary comic relief throughout. However a major part of his charcter revolves around his jealousy of the relationship growing between Monkey and Trip. So much so that he endangers Monkey's life and then a few scenes later is shown to be disappointed by Monkey's survival after a last ditch rescue of Trip. And after that you have to play through many more chapters as he makes crude jokes and bickers with Monkey and oafishly tries to impress Trip which could have been funny if he hadn't been rooted for the player characters death beforehand. I don't know maybe I'm making too much of that one point but it really bothered me. My only other complaint pertains to the collectibles which are numerous, uninteresting and necessitate the use of a guide. Some have complained about the games length but I had no problems with it. Searching as much as possible for the tech orbs and playing on hard With that said I really enjoyed this game. I can't think of many others that had me so emotionally invested in the characters. It's a real shame that a sequel seems highly unlikely. I'd have loved to see more of Monkey and Trip and the world of Enslaved. Overall I'd give the game a 8.5/10 for enjoyment, a 3/10 for time commitment needed and a 3/10 for difficulty.
Popular Post MStalker58
#58 LittleBigPlanet 100% Complete Considering I'm a huge sucker for platformers, I have absolutely no idea why it took me this long to play this series. Once I finally started, I couldn't get enough of it. The game had something for everybody. Whether you were playing the game solo, trying to ace every level, teaming up with a coop partner to find all the prize bubbles, exploring the community levels, or creating your own levels, there was just so much to do. I'm not the most creative person so I spent most of my time playing the main game solo, but some of the levels people created simply amaze me. Sure, there were a few minor issues. The controls could have been a little tighter, the camera (especially when playing with 3-4 people) could get frustrating at times, and it was annoying when Sackboy wouldn't jump to the plane you wanted him to. Those minor issues aside, the game was a lot of fun and I wanted to keep playing even after getting the platinum. I'm probably one of the last people that had never played this series, but if for some reason you never have and you enjoy platformers at all, I'd definitely recommend it. As for the trophies, this was probably the easiest/fastest Ultra Rare platinum for me. Then again, it's ultra rare due to it's popularity, not it's toughness. I thought acing every level was more fun than difficult. Some of these types of trophies are difficult due to cheap tactics. Luckily, those weren't really present in LBP. The most difficult level was probably "The Bunker" and it's wheel of death, but even that wasn't too bad once you practiced it a few times. If you aren't a fan of MP, the hardest part might be finding a good coop partner to get all the prize bubbles or getting enough people to heart you and your levels. Thankfully, great communities such as the one here on psnprofiles made these much easier. Major thanks to Three-Ps and Xcheese12345 for their help with collecting the coop prize bubbles and other MP trophies.
Popular Post SuffyZorugelion
#133 Rocket League I hardly ever play my PS+ games, not because I dont have interest, but because I have so much other games. This time I decided to play this one right away. It's a pretty fun game. Always hated soccer, but it's a little bit more interesting with Cars.
